The cricket store here in Cocoa sucks! The staff is not very knowledgeable about the very phones they sell. Not curtious at all. Would never visit this store again. The cricket store in Merritt island is totally different. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable.

I went to get help with my phone at this store. Noelle and Rickelle are amazing. Ive been with Cricket several years in another state. I just moved here and these two ladies are the best Ive dealt with.

I always have a good experience at this store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. This morning I went into AT&T looking for a phone and left feeling extremely frustrated. Later, I decided to go to Cricket and was greeted with a smile by Noel and she quickly helped me with everything I came in for. Almost every time I come in, I get Noel and its always a relief because I know shell help me and give me all the information I need. Daniel and Noel have a fun dynamic, overall not just a good experience but a fun one! Great staff.

The staff at this location is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Store cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend anyone searching for a phone to this location.

I was able to open a line and had good customer service from Rickelle. I also had a screen protector replaced. I was happy with my experience at this location.

Went in to upgrade my phone. They are having a really great deal on top notch phones for the holiday season. Very grateful for Daniel who explained the difference between them all. He even put my screen protector and case on for me.... Also set it up so I was able to use it as soon as I left. Great customer service! Also want to add I only pay 40.00 a month. So awesome!

Daniel got my phone plan started up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes so I was able to carry on with my day and not have to sit at a phone store for hours! :) Super friendly and so was the girl but I cant remember her name, maybe Noel? Love this store!

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel today. He was very knowledgeable, and made my experience with buying a new phone smooth. He was fast and efficient but not to fast. I love having cricket be my wireless carrier, and glad Daniel was there to be so helpful. There was also a girl there she seemed fun and i think her name was Amber this is the place to go if your looking for a new phone or accessories. I am sure they have not seen the last of me.

I went into this cricket store hoping someone could help me after leaving the cocoa location so disappointed. I was looking for someone to show the benefits from switching from my galaxy to apple. The first store I visited did not try to show me anything about the phone and asked me was it because I didn’t have the money the reason I was hesitant to buy the phone. Once at this location I was treated with such care by a man and a woman. They took their time to go over benefits and how the phone works and other options. I was highly satisfied with their customer service and bought the phone outright like I told the other location team members I would. As I walked out of the cocoa store they told me the phone would still be there when I came back, legend has it, it’s still there. Great job Merritt Island team!

Daniel, Sales Associate, and Noel, Store Manager, both assisted me while I had to purchase a new phone, and then, exchanged it for another one d/t it being defective. They both were great with excellent customer service skills and I appreciated their time, help and effort. Noel took the extra effort to ensure that the 2nd phone was working appropriately and that all the apps were fully downloaded, as well as, my SD Card was installed properly and everything was functioning appropriately prior to me leaving the store. She took, at least, a hour and I truly appreciate her effort! They were both wonderful but she was amazing! Thank you again so much for your time and effort!

I have never been more pleased at any cricket or any wireless provider for that matter. The store manager, I think her name was Noel, went far and beyond the expectations of what any customer service person would provide. She made sure I understand how to use my phone, she made sure to show me the right case for my phone, And she even told me about external batteries and how they can help when Im on the go. She took her time and she was so focused on details. It really made my day and my experience. I couldnt imagine going to another store anymore. Thank you Noel for being so amazing.

Ive been with Cricket wireless for several years, and have had no issues with their service. Love their upfront, no B.S. billing. I have also had nothing but positive experiences with the staff in their Merritt Island store.Last week I went in to upgrade my phone. I had already done my research online, so I knew exactly what device I wanted. The service rep, Andrew, assisted me promptly, got my new phone programed and ready in no time, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. No hassles or upselling, like other providers do in their stores. Just fast, courteous, friendly service.Lastly, I truly appreciated their social distancing practices and requirements that everyone wear a mask in the store. It is comforting to see businesses that uphold this practice, and are committed to keeping themselves and the community safe from infection.Thank you for everything.

I have been with the telephone company for 5 years now and I saw the Cricket store and decided to pull in and see what kind of promotions they had going on today is the day a big promotions on telephones you can get good deals to just about every place. Do the my hunch, they had just the phone I was looking for and it was free or signing up with Cricket and transferring my number over to them. I have nothing but pleasure with my new phone now and I would like to say a word about the customer service: they were fantastic! From the moment I walk in the moment I walked out only 20 minutes of transpired and I was hooked up with a brand new phone, awesome!

Very negative experience. We were a Cricket customer over 5 years. Store manager (she said she was the manager) hung up on my husband when he was calling to find a solution to a problem with a new phone. He wasnt sure she hung up on him and finally got the store on the phone again and she admitted she hung up on him. My husband called the Cricket Customer Support number from the Cricket website and the Cricket employee tried to call her to discuss the issue and he was hung up on after trying to talk to them as well. My problem is with THIS store itself.

All good things must come to an end. This Cricket location was amazing, they were always helpful, assisting with the new phone process. Then it took a dive with a staff that could care less. I was told by Anthony that he doesnt care about my complaint, because he doesnt get paid enough. The short Hispanic girl was helpful once, then turned into an employee with zero job integrity. Now that the rave for Cricket Wireless is over...this store went downhill fast ...just skip this place. Both Melbourne stores have higher levels of customer service.

Im a cricket wireless user and my partner and I were on a plan together and thought it would be affordable if added add one of his family members to the 3 for $90 unlimited data plan. Upon doing so the clerk that was assisting us informed us that there is an individual fee for each of us to cross over the the 3 for $90 unlimited data plan. For being a customer for some time I would like to see some insentive during this 3 fo $90 unlimited plan in the future.

So slow.Criket throttles your you tube videos down to 480p and the data stream still cant keep up.Cricket is so slow they would come in 3rd place in a two man race.Cricket so slow they measure a 40yard dash with a calendar.Cricket data so slow they got a parking ticket when they tried to cross the road.Cricket data slower than a heard of snails traveling through molasses in January.Thumbs up if your laughing on the outside but crying on the inside because cricket has bandwidth issues.Customer service at this location is good.

Very disappointed and frustrated with cricket! Staff was friendly however not so helpful. We have 4 lines on our acct. I clearly explained to her that my daughter got her phone wet and we needed to replace. So gave my # and pass. She never asked what # to upgrade and automatically choose mine. Went back to fix and was charged an additional SIM card fee. Also during our visit we tried to purchase an accessory that was CLEARY marked $4.99 just like the rest of the like accessories, however it rang up $14.99. Ve

I am disabled and at the store on Merritt island they only have high stools for you to climb up on with out wasting my time. I told him up front I wasnt there to buy a phone. I already own enough of the garbage I am not in the market for another one okay.He is done with me then even though cricket and Att are supposed to be as one cricket killed my att phone and took my 80.00 for service no one gets no use of it now I am just screw once again. I should have never let my daughter put my Att phone on her plan so listen to me dont you do it cause it is a scam so they can put there lock on the phone and blame it on old provider and the guy that runs the 520 cricket wireless Is horrible .

Made me wait 2 hours for a sim card swap. Then started helping other customers while I was waiting and told me to come back later and expected me to leave location with no working phone - which I did. I took sim card out of old device and put in new one, and worked fine. So, basically they made me wait 3 hours and leave without a working phone for nothing and something I figured out. Also, charged me 30 bucks for this swap LOL and didnt have know how to just say - let me go ahead and refund that since we did such a terrible job. No thanks - Stay away.
