First time here. It’s a Walmart Supercenter meaning it has groceries as well. What a big place. Nice and clean and I found what I was looking for very quickly. With the exception of the long walk to get to it. Automotive is in the back right of the store. Looks like they are undergoing a new paint job or something. Workers are out front with man lifts in operation.If this review was at all helpful please give me a thumbs up 👍

Clean store. It appears to be well stocked. They are hiring. They announced it over the loud speaker that they are hiring.

As always there was great quick service brought to you by yours truly. Got everything I needed at one store. Vitamins werent in order and couldnt find folic acid but otherwise good experience.

Walmart has gone down. Barely any employees. No opened register with a real cashier. I dont shop to have to ring up and bag on my own.

Its your typical Wal Mart. Some of the employees are good, some could care less. It is all WalMart quality, no different from any other. I rarely shop WalMart anymore. Publix is where I prefer for groceries.

Just awful. First and now the last visit.. Sure it was Sunday and it was busy there but wow, self checkout took 20mins. Only one other register open. Store was messy and disorganized. Guess Ill keep making the longer trip to the walmart in Viera.

They only have one or two cashiers open for the whole store. Multiple employees just walking around in the customer service section with not one customer to take care of yet many of us customers waiting in line. Some of these customers elderly. Prices are moderate but not worth the lack of care for the customers.

I needed something in sporting goods. No-one was working there. It took twenty minutes to find someone to help. Every associate I approached said they couldnt help, but didnt point me to someone who could.Came time for checkout. Had a full cart of groceries and they said I had to do self checkout. It took forever.A woman nearby watched me the entire time, but still asked to see my receipt. She watched me do it! Why check my receipt?I remember a time when Walmart was customer service oriented now they just dont care.

Worst Walmart ever. I park my vehicle near the garden center to get in and out quick. Anything but quick at Walmart. The last two visits cashiers not at register’s. Had to walk two football fields to the self checkout, Then had to walk back two football fields to where I parked .They don’t have any customer service. For some reason at the garden center they have cash registers which they never use anymore,,, the employee that sits at the door there does nothing and knows nothing, ridiculous,,,,,

Good location in Merritt Island. Large parking lot with attached ABC liquor store next door in the same plaza. Nicely laid out; clean & organized.

The cashiers WILL shortchange you. They substitute a smaller bill and hope you wont count your change. Example: I got $12 instead of $17 — she substituted a $5 bill instead of a $10. Because I had 4 bills in my hand, the change seemed correct until I took the time to actually count it.

There is a very good selection at this Walmart. I still think they need to open more registers. After work, I dont want to work.

First time I have ever shopped at one of these. It is huge. They have everything. Tons of deals, along with lots of regular prices. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable...every time I needed help, someone was there and they were fantastic. Store is super clean, and well stocked. Checkout lines were short. I found everything I was looking for, and more. This was an excelent experience.

Checkout staff is hit or miss. Its a computer, their only job is to stand and make sure its going to let people make their purchases. Not to converse with each other and mess around with merchandise.

I was able to find all my items that I needed. One of the Walmart associates was extremely helpful helping me find one item in particular. She went out of her way to look for the item when I couldnt locate it on the shelf. Thank you so much.

I found the small lampshades I was looking for, but could not find Dominos sets with Arabic numerals. Youd think Walmart would be sensitive to seniors having failing eyesight and finding all the dots on the tiles almost impossible to read.

Walmart continues to abandon the entire concept of customer service. From poorly stocked shelves to forcing customers to self check hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise the company is truly focused on the almighty dollar and to Hell with its customers shopping experience.

I hate the person on the door especially the old lady, always checking me one by ine, because ive never use the plastic bag when check out. Though i already categories inline with the receipt.

I didnt appreciate a staff member that was training a few employees, that let them know loudly that they needed to hawk eye everyone, because people will steal anything. Just my acquaintance and I were standing there. Then at self check out, some guy decided to curse his wife out, she accepted it... and everyone else acted like it was normal. Im not from Florida, where Im from he would have had everything within reach thrown at him. Its probably just me, (its definitely not) and there were about 7 people in the entire store wearing a mask - me included. They do have clearance things everywhere, but again that could be normal for Florida. Im a Yankee. 🤣🤣

Good selection of products, but several of the employees were very rude, condescending, and made us stand at the exit for 10 minutes while they thoroughly checked the cart and receipt. Not sure why they thought we were stealing, but we sure didnt appreciate being exposed to everyone walking out of the store more than was necessary.

No cashiers. Rang up $200 in groceries for my family at self checkout. Apparently there were not enough employees to open up normal check lanes.Walmart made record breaking revenues and profits during 2020. Pay better wages and people will actually work for you.Go to publix.

Only 7:30pm and most of their self checkout registers are credit card only, no cash. The few registers that do accept cash have a long line clear into the clothing section.

Please read this. Its very important. Before coming to this Wal-Mart think, something is very wrong here. There is seldom anyone to help with checkouts. The lines for the self checkouts are almost half the length of the store. Why? Because it seems that almost no cashiers work here. There is no body to help. Not even at the self check out. So if something goes wrong, 9 times out of 10 your done. Go home or go somewhere else because its nothing but excuses. Ive heard it all from everyone called out to nobody has access to the self check out system. Only one other review that i have give have I called out to the management to get a grip. This is the second time. Management get a hold of your employees and your business. You have forever lost my business. In fact you should have to pay me for the hour I lost after i couldnt even pay for my products. Me and my family will never be back.

Pretty standard Walmart. Descent selection and quality. Loss two stars for awkward product placement and far too many self checkouts and no where near enough full service cashiers. And self check outs are usual Walmart very slow and awkward interface.

The best airsoft experience Ive had at a airsoft store ever. They helped me find my first airsoft pistol. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Long lines in self check out, I come to get in and out my time is just as valuable as Wal-Marts. Its like they are doing you a favor by letting you work for free by checking out your own groceries. I work hard and I sure dont want to stand in line ......... Note if you are going to make people self check out you should open self check out in every cashier line. There is no reason for 20 register lines and no one at them. When I see this I just want to walk out. Wal-Marts have lost touch with the family, every one is just a bar code.

For some reason this place doesnt have any cashiers!! Went at 7pm.. got a bunch of grocerys and then gotta self checkout everything. I already hate this place but gimme a break. What a joke!! Not happy at all. Ordered item on the 14th that they said they had instock. Not true. Said it would be there on the 16th once again not true. Went today to get it and this is the way it was brought out to us. Needless to say we did not take it.

This wal mart layout was different than the typical store but was very organized and clean. The staff and customers alike where very friendly and helpful.

If you want to be disappointed in the selection this is the place to go. I can feel confident that about half of the items on my shopping wont be in stock. I.E. they havent had the canned cat food my cat prefers for 3 weeks now. Good job Walmart in making sure Amazon gets new business.

These sell checkout lines while several store employees at the front yelling at customers is aweful. I told the guy instead of yelling why dont you get up and help, the checkout line is way to long. I did not wait I left the store. I get there is an employee shortage, but come on. Will never step foot in there again start hiring qualified help. What ever happened to customer service?

Did not have in stock an Xbox cordless remote so we had to buy one with a cord. Seemed unusual but other than that no line through self checkout, in and out!

I have spent $$$$$$$ at Walmart. I started grocery delivery in March. It was awesome till about 3 weeks ago.. They started delivering grocery items by mail, 1 can or box at a time days later, not with grocery order. I have called the store several times only to be transferred to grocery delivery dept. Rings n rings n no answer. The last order was not delivered when suppose to. Had it rescheduled for another day . No delivery.. Again promised will arrive by 8:00 that night.. No delivery... When you call customer Service you get someone you can not understand - at all - several times.One order included for coffe n teabags for some reason was pickup only???Then said I picked up and me or no one I know did not pickup....Trying to get credit and no results due to no positive phone communication.Orders started not receive ing all items n still was charged..Goodbye Walmart found a better delivery at Publix

Meh. We stopped to pick up some produce for dinner. They didnt have one of the items we needed (serrano peppers). Didnt appear to even carry them as I couldnt find an empty spot where they were supposed to be. Store was a bit run down and dirty. Bathroom was in dire need of cleaning. Didnt end up using it.

Update: Over 2 hours waiting for grocery pick up.Original: Came to pick up grocery order. Over 16+ cars still waiting, other cars came and went, without their orders, in the HOUR we have been waiting and only two people have received their groceries. Called the store numerous times to find out what’s up and NOT ONE person picked up the phone in “pickups”, “customer service”, or the general “speak to an associate.” Went inside and was told we just had to wait that he had already made an announcement to have folks go back and help. This isn’t rocket science people, you know how many people made orders.

I dont think anyone cares about my wonderful shopping experience. Its Walmart people. Get it and get the hell out.😁

Im a regular shopper and its getting bad. Each time I shop now theres never enough cashiers only self checkout. Someone has 2 or 3 items behind 4 shoppers who have 4 cart loads and management does not pay attention. Sadly this will continue, thankfully we have more on-line shopping available. Do better Wal Mart.

This review applies to curbside pickup. It generally works great. I order through the web site, and pick a time window for pickup. The employee puts the stuff in my trunk, usually with a wait of less than 5 minutes. Occasionally an item shown to be available on the web site will be out of stock when the order is put together, but not often. You can have them substitute, and their substitutes are always ok with me.

My Walmart is a Super-Store, its HUGE! But my Walmart is Super Personal. I shop; Grocery, The Deli, Clothing, Pharmacy, Garden, Automotive and Wine &Spirits.Each Department is their own store.Organized - well tended to and each with their own personality. The Staff is comfortable - pleasant and helpful.Staff shows great respect and exhibits Pride of Ownership and appear very content.

Nice store as far as Walmart goes but only 2 registers open on mid afternoon on Sunday or long line at self checkout.

Could use more lanes opened to do check outs. Especially when this is florida with allot of elderly. Its extremely hard for them to understand how to ring and bag their own groceries. Its already hard enough for them to make it to the shop and get their groceries in their cart. Forget about them doing the on line ordering. The web sight is too small of print to read and get what they really need. Just remember one day, maybe soon.... You will be elderly too!!!

I feel very uncomfortable every time I enter this establishment. One of the employees brought me into a room with more employees and the told me to butter them up and slide them across the floor, I ended up doing it and now I have irreversible mental damage. Would not recommend. And the potatoes wedges are stale.

Did a curbside pickup and as we pulled in it said picked up. We decided to call and before we could even dial, our order was next to the car for loading. Very quick efficient lady loaded the order and we were on out way. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Not one register open. Only self check out at 6:30pm. Line was 20+people deep. This is ridiculous so I walked out leaving a basket full of food since it was thawing just waiting on line. Shut down or hire cashiers.
