Decent mobile home park. There are many very nice homes here. You can tell they care about their neighborhood. Everyone seems very friendly. There is nice dock and a club house. This is a riverside community. Grab the golf cart and take a nice drive down to the community marina. You just might see a manitee or too.

Very quite. Everyone Ive met while visiting was really nice. The view of the Banana River is gorgeous.

We rented at here 2 years ago and loved it.. Hurricane Irma came and disrupted that plan..I have recently been lucky enough to purchase a riverfront property and have been over the moon since.. The park is very friendly and We cant wait to get back(snow birds). You will love it here..G STREET RULES

Good no frills place

This is such a cute place! It is very convenient to shopping, rivers, beaches, restaurants and more. This is truly a hidden little gem. I was afraid to leave a review bc I want to keep it a secret ;)

It sounds great. I dont live there but Im hoping to after I save some money to move. I just keep looking at the photos and the reviews. Sounds like a perfect place to live.

This is a very safe park. It is very clean and is getting nicer every day. It is close to most everything. It is quiet and people are friendly.

Patrick was such a great host, he had an awesome attitude. Beautiful place to camp- beautiful pier, amazing view of the river. They are doing a lot for their guests! Just wish I was staying here longer!!

The breeze from the river, the view is exceptional. The new management team is 10 star!!! Such a peaceful little hide a way in Merritt Island minutes from all shopping and the beach.

We brought our travel trailer here for 2 weeks. Really great location, weekly rent was inexpensive. Friendly staff bent over backwards to help us. Our spot had a lake in the Left and the Banana River on the Right. Small Gator in the pond and many many turtles that swim up to the Sea wall. Wifi in the club house. Kayak launch. The bait shop across the major road had the best NY gelato.

Dont go there. We left our apartment in excellent clean shape. Deducted from American Volunteers, who funded us, a charge for crispers in Fridge WE NEVER HAD. Charged us for tv and picsTHAT WERENT OURS. Code enforcement made visits there, they had No permits. Potholes will tear up your car. Dock has been broken down for Months. Our neighbors were great but Management is poor, Colleen and Patrick. Patrick is her puppy. Beware of #9 and #10. Black mold and Asbestos. Washers and Dryers work on any given day. Shirley J. Ive stayed there several times. River Palms is a clean, well maintained RV/mobile home park. Good management.
