Worst tasting water and the absolute worst branch manager. He is not doing his job and does not care if water gets delivered or not. He has had a driver out all week and isn’t worried about getting his route covered. He is not even responding to the customer service people when they send a message. This is the only number a customer has to call. This is a joke!!!!!!! Costco should be ashamed they are partnered with this company!!!!!!!

The Mesa branch does not honor their appointments and its extremely difficult to get resolved. The people on the phone will give me a delivery date and then they dont show.Dont bother getting water with these clowns - go with someone else.

I appreciate the ability to modify my order before it arrives. The constant communication on delivery dates and new enhancements is great. My delivery person is always warm and friendly. I have been extremely pleased with this service and would highly recommend it.

If I could give one star i would. What they do never matches whats on the online account. We were supposed to have water delivered Tuesday of this week, that got changed to Thursday and now today. NO phone call, no explanation. When I called the Sparkletts customer service number I waited on hold for 1 hour 2 minutes only to be told, nothing they can do. The local branch is understaffed. I asked for the number to my local branch, to which she could not provide. She actually told me if we need water right now, we can pick some up at Home Depot AND many customers choose do do that. ????? She eventually got so tired of having no answers to my questions she HUNG UP ON ME!! Stay away from this company!

I have been with Sparkletts for over 10 years and now that they switched to Primo you cant get a hold of anyone. I was suppose to have a delivery on 6/21 and no one ever showed. I spent over an hour and a half on hold to have them say they would deliver the next day. It NEVER happened. I have called multiple times and each and every time over an hour and half wait times. I also have sent multiple e-mails without any responses. I cancelled my services on 7/5/21 and still waiting for them to pick up their equipment. I cant believe how bad the services it. I am just glad I went somewhere else, especially since we live in AZ and its to HOT not to have water.I will never recommend this company ever!!!

I’ve been a Sparkletts customer for about 4 years. I love the convenience. My family and I are big water drinkers and this is much better than buying cases and cases of water then not having enough room in the fridge to chill them!! I always have cold water whenever i need it. Super easy to order. Delivery is always on schedule. What more could you ask.

I have called 4 different phone numbers that are listed on various sites, including a statement we received. On hold for almost 2 hours Extremely poor customer service. How can we speak to a customer service agent? Did not even want to give them 1 star but could not post this otherwise. Hoping to hear from someone in this company.

Very unethical and poorly operated company. I have been on hold 3 separate times for a total of over 3 hours. First time I was able to reach someone they hung up as soon as I said I need to cancel. Second time, they sent me straight to voicemail as soon as I said cancel without even telling me they were transferring to VM. I would stay far away from this company. I decided to cancel after signing up at Costco. I eventually had to escalate to manager at Costco to contact the Sparklets direct manager. Stay away from this company.

This is unacceptable, on hold yesterday fir more them 90 min then it hung up tried to call back said to call back tomorrow . Now I’ve been on hold more then 2 hrs . I have multiple accounts & if no one contacts me I’ll start to look for other services. Our water tower leaks & needs replaced

We went with this company because of our Costco membership. Holy moly, they have terrible customer service and communication. Their customer service operates out of Florida so you cannot talk to anyone local if there is an issue with your delivery. Save yourself time and find someone local to deliver your water.

Terrible customer service..Change the weeks in between service with no communication of that. Change the driver who is unaware of why . Commit via phone that they will deliver in 2 days and after 3 still have not done it...Have a supervisor requested to call you back that never does...No follow through and they tout great customer service...Not at all!

Man, dont get in his way... This driver cut me off when I was trying to enter my condo complex. I opened the gate and he quickly darts in front of me. He later ends up stopping near my place and sits in his truck for 10 mins... was cutting me off necessary? NO! Especially if you arent going to deliver right away. Vehicle number 10036 or 110036. The stamp on the back of the truck was messed up. The vehicle itself looked to be in bad shape. Terrible. Im never buying from you guys.

You guys are awesome, quality of water is great and last but not the least, your customer care is excellent . We can get hold of someone in a minute and dont need to provide lots of details . They can recognize us by our phone number that we call from . Very easy and efficient way of handling our queries.There was a time when it was difficult to get water from other sources (costco, walmart ...), you people delivered it to my home without any problems and always on time.You deserve a 5 star rating .

Be aware if you use them they charge almost $6 just to come out to your house even WITHOUT dropping anything off. You cant just throw out the bottles or recycle them they MAKE you return them AND charge you to pick them up. Im beyond upset that they have apparently been doing this for awhile. I found a different way to get water and Im just finishing what I have and if I do get water service again it WONT be with them. I found another company just as cheap and no bottle deposit nor delivery fee.

We have used sparkletts for about 15 years now. I love them I always get what I need no matter what. I have left notes on the empty water bottles that we need more or less and they have always listened. I have had my water cooler go out twice and they have been very prompt on getting me a new one. The drivers are great. Sometimes the customer service from the call center could use a few lessons on how to be nice. But I don’t deal with them very often.

When this whole covid thong took place, I called sparklettes to see if at all it’s possible to receive water . The customer service Rep said yes with no hesitation. Within a week I was brought a 5 gallon cooler and 6 24 packs of water! Convenience at a great price. The delivery rep very professional and friendly too. Had them now for about 7 months, will continue doing business with them . Sparklettes is a great company indeed.

Worst company I ever did business with . after a few months decided no longer was gonna use sparkletts and request to return our jugs and water cooler last month received a call from a collection agency stating we owed $300 for a cooler when they had picked it up shortly after we canceled our subscription . Contacted sparkletts advised that it would be handled that someone didnt notate that it was picked up . 2 days ago got a collection attempt call again saying the same after we had spoke with sparkletts called back and was advised last agent never put anything in the system but confirmed someone entered not that cooler was recovered but wouldnt confrim that meant picked up . horrible business to work with .Funny enough as soon as the collection attempts started we no longer gained access to our old login info for sparkletsAnd now wont allow me to get to the log in page

OH my God, terrible.Signed up at CostCo, was told would receive a bottom-loading cooler and a free pack of bottled water.When cooler arrived it was top load, much less expensive unit. Called to have correct cooler sent and that hot water does not work (hold time exactly 29 minutes), they told me the correct cooler would arrive on Monday. Promised pack of bottled water no longer being offered. Monday, the tech shows up and tells me the bottom load coolers are not currently available. Brought another cheap unit, installed and left. Attempted to get hot water - and it works. Too bad now all it gives is hot water - no cold water.Tried calling to get replaced or find out when my correct cooler will arrive (as Im still paying the price for it) and for 2 days could reach no one. Extremely long wait times. Now, day 3, Im still on hold waiting for a rep.Avoid this service!

They consistently deliver water, even though we put a sign in our window stating we dont need any. Then they leave it by our front door on a Thursday or Friday and it sits there all weekend. Probably the driver trying to meet a sales quota. When we get it on Mondays, the package of small bottles has been opened or one of the cases taken. Their customer service is horrible. I asked Shantee to call me back in February, after she spoke with the route manager. Never heard back from either of them. Now they want to tell me how valuable of a customer I am and try to retain me! Just a bit too late!!Must use the same customer service philosophy and manual as Century Link,

Do not waste your time on this company. I ordered online and thought I was all set up for delivery. On the day of delivery, I called to see what time the delivery was coming. I waited on hold for 24 minutes before someone answered. The representative told me that the guy would show up before noon, and that she would instruct the driver to contact me with the actual arrival time. The delivery did not show up before noon, nor did I receive a phone call. I called a second time and waited 29 minutes. The representative told me the reason for the long wait was that they had a new phone system that allowed for more calls. I cancelled my order because I already had an idea of the bad service I was going to receive. They told me they could not cancel my account until the following day, and the representative told me they did not have the capability of sending me a confirmation email.This place is a mess. Get your water elsewhere.

I would give them less if I could. If you set up a business account, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I have tried for 4 months to cancel. Each month I call to cancel and I am told the coolers that LEAK will be picked up. NOPE doesnt happen. The next month I get another bill, call again and I am told the same thing as the prior month. Sales person promised a front loading cooler, delivered 2 top loading for a small office. We where supposed to get 5 bottles free, billed for the 3 that where left. Personally Im ready to toss everything in the dumpster.

We got this service through Costco for use at home. We received 4, 5-gallons every 2 weeks. We have the water dispenser (bottom loader) which has kept the water cold. The quality of the water is great. Weve used them now for over a year and theyve been priced great and their customer service has been wonderful. In fact, the driver assigned to our route has been very consistent in many ways. We let him know know our needs and wants and has delivered perfectly. Hes also been very personable with our whole family. As he has come to our door weve interacted with him and have got to know him a little bit and learn of his family. Their customer service on the phone is takes a long time.

Unfortunately the horrible reviews youre reading are true. They drop off less (or more) water than you ask for, if you schedule an extra deliver they dont come by, and now theyve totally messed up my account and charged me more on my last two drop offs. They actually charged me for 3 bottles when they left me two.As someone else wrote, after spending an hour on the phone with them they will correct it. But do you want to do that every month? I doubt it. Im currently looking for other options in the valley.

They only got 2 stars because the driver is great and as long as you dont have any issues that you need help on the water shows up.. However my bill recently tripled I called to talk to somebody and spent 15 minutes on hold the first time (Didnt get to talk to anybody) 40 minutes the second time before I was disconnected without talking to anybody and 10 minutes the third time before I decided to find a different water company. Im too busy to spend that much time on hold for a simple billing issue.

If I could rate them no stars I would the convince is not worth there horrible customer service. I originally started with OPremium Water when Sparkletts took over I was a customer for 12 years and made it my mission to cancel there service and not use them ever again I have had nothing but problems. Let me list a few ... Not delivering the correct amount of water, customer service is usually busy and cant get through when you do you wait on hold and they will send out the extra bottles they didnt deliver and charge extra for that and the bottles. When I asked for the breakdown of charges one was just a fee butt couldnt tell what it was for. When I called to ask they offer nothing to make it better or thank you for being a good customer.My suggestion is if you want water service go anywhere but here unless you want to deal with them and there crappy service.

Liars!They said I wouldnt be billed until after the first 30 days but was billed with the due date earlier than was told. Then they said my first month bill would be $46 but that was a lie too it came out to $60. Was never told how this works and they billed me for another water bottle delivery didnt even let me now the cost of refills. Last but not least was told that I wouldnt get any cancellation fee but thats also a lie. Dont waste your money. Just go to the corner store or Walmart and fill up on your own for $1.50 for 5 gallons. Shame on you sparkletts oh and your customer service number sucks they didnt even care to explain anything either when I called to cancel!

Cannot contact Sparkletts to get water delivered because of technical issues with their phone system after answering all the number links for their automated system. Horrible customer service. local AZ office will not pick up the phone. I called two different 800 numbers and was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally just hung up. We are setup for two week delivery. We have not seen anyone now for a month and were out of water. Pretty sad service. Going to cancel. Too bad the water is good but its not worth the hassle.

This has to be the single worst service based office that I have ever tried to deal with. Ten times over the last six months I have tried to fix or asked them to fix a billing error that led to one of my offices being denied water. They put that bill into collection. Mind you I still get bills and water at my two other offices no problems, same company. Hmmmm. The same person, who only ever identifies herself as Deb is the point of contact and basically tells me to bad there is nothing she can do and go away. I finally told her what I feel about her today, so I shouldnt have done that, but come on, how does she even have a job.....

These people couldnt run a garden hose. I tell them no more water, I put signs on full bottles No more water and they still do it. I love the water. The salesman who set our account number was great, however, the water delivery man was not so great. He was back here to pick up empty bottles he forgot on the routine pick up and shouted out to us that he is only picking up empty water bottles if they are all in one place. We have 2 coolers that are about 20 feet apart and we had half the empty bottles by one and half by the other, he only took the empties by one cooler on his routine visit so this was the reason for the second visit. On his first visit he did not bother to ask anyone how many full bottles we wanted so the order was not complete, besides not taking all the empties. Just saying, this guy needs some coaching in customer service. His attitude was horrible!

With all of these horrible reviews, I feel the need to write a good one. We have had Sparkletts water service at our shop for about 5 years now. Weve had a few minor issues, but most of the time things are smooth. I might as well cover the issues quickly. First issue was that we were supposed to get a pretty cooler and they showed up with a boring black cooler. They said they would install that for now and come back and exchange it for one of the pretty ones when they got them back in stock...well that never happened. 5 years later, still the same cooler. Not a big deal. Things went smooth for about 3 years. Then all of a sudden I noticed we were accumulating quite a bit of water and I was wondering why they were giving us more water than we needed. So I would tell the guy as he was walking in with more water, hey, can you just get the empties, we have way too much water over there. I had to do that for a few weeks in a row, thats how much extra bottles we had. Then they would come so late that we were closed and they would just drop bottles outside the door. So, we still had the empties. Wouldnt be much of a problem, but we never had to leave the bottles outside before because they would come during business hours. Anyways, someone in management must have caught on to what was going on and that guy got fired. We got a new guy and I said something along the lines of We probably dont need any water, we still have a ton over there . Especially after getting 2 dropped off at the door after we were closed. I said it in a tone that I was obviously kind of annoyed. The new guy said Yeah...thats why that guy isnt working here anymore. Weve had absolutely no problems since. Sparkletts people shouldnt interrupt your day. They should be like little elves that secretly replenish your water. On schedule, like clockwork. I want to get Sparkletts for my home. Hopefully the deliveries further southeast are just as good. Overall, for about 5 years of service, these are minimal issues and I still consider it a convenient service.

Impossible to get customer service on the phone, impossible to talk to someone about billing, impossible to stop water from being left at the more (seem to always show up when I am not in the office), impossible to cancel my account, impossible to have them pick up the machine and 8 jugs of water that are unopened. Were two roommates with 12+ bottles!!! even though I notified them many times to only replace the empty bottles I had, they never did that, in fact they spammed me with more bottles, charged me for it and so on until I went on a vacation last may and they put my account under a collection company even though I had requested them to freeze my account until I come back and figure their continuous spamming of water. Have been a customer for 13 years. Last 2 years Ive had multiple issues with them overcharging me but they fix it when I call. Recently my autodrafts were almost twice what was agreed upon with the occasional extra $12 charge. This time however, the rep told me that my extra charges were a result of extra deliveries and because I dont pay my entire statement on time. I have autopay. He said I didnt. I have had autopay for 13 years. After 10 minutes of arguing I had had it. Told him to cancel my account and the woman he transferred me to was equally as rude. She also told me I dont have autopay. I cant get this service cancelled. I cant afford $2.81 a gallon. Every time I speak to someone (when I finally get through), they tell me they will correct the double billing or the $10 incorrect late fee, or stop the bottle delivery until I use up the9 containers I already have but nothing happens. This company is dishonest in their ptactices.
