When we first got our vehicle not even a month and half ago everything seemed great! Until now! Have only had it for a month and a half, 2 car payments and engine lights come on 3 times! It needed an alternator, ground wire replacement and now just got a call it needs front acceleration replaced! All within 1.5 months of having it! I have looked up the lemon law and have asked numerous times if we can get a different vehicle where these major things have occurred in such short time and nothing. They kept sending my calls to the service/garage which just kept telling me their working on it and will cal when it’s done…..now gonna be a week until we get it back and hopefully it’ll be fixed completely by then!!

I am very upset with this place. On November 29 I went in to purchase a vehicle I change my mind about purchasing the car due to all the cars on the lot had too many miles on it I paid them a $500 Deposit they told me they were going to refund my money today is now December 5 still have not received my $500 back in my account I have contacted them 3 times, About my money they tell me we already submitted the refund they are liars so I will be contacting my bank Reverse their charge beware all they care about is your money.

I seriously wish I could put no stars. The customer service was great but the quality of their cars is horrible. My sons father purchased here 1st. Hes had issues after a few weeks of having it. Mines started messing up on the 3rd day of having it!!!!! Spoke to the manager and he stated that since its a used car Im going to have issues. I understand that but I shouldnt be having issues within days of having it. Im very unsatisfied.Funny how you can write me on here but when I call to speak to the manager no one is available or the manager Steven is busy. I will keep calling or come up when I get off to resolve this issue.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THE CARS ARE TRASH!!!!

Very bad customer service. Im a OTR truck driver. I was there for 7 hours. Its been 4 months and 3 visits back to the dealership and I still dont have a hard tag for my vehicle. The sales rep keep lying to me about getting this situation solved.

I purchased a car over 4 months ago have made every payment on time if not early have paid over the car payment that was due almost every time. This company came and repossessed my vehicle today stating it was for non-payment. Credit security acceptance did not repo my car the manager Steve actually general manager Steve called and ordered my car to be repossessed. He did this because they screwed up the paperwork and didnt get the title for my trade in. Theyre now holding my car Ransom telling me that I have to sign a new contract that theyre going to rewrite the contract giving me back the trade in. He meaning Steve the general manager stated that he has no idea what condition my trade-in is in now or if all of the equipment is in it that was when I traded it in or what the mileage now is 4 months later. He sold my card in auction apparently and had to buy it back because he didnt have the title. It was an illegal repossession credit security acceptance his email him telling him to return the car to me immediately. He now wont answer the phone or return my phone calls. The sales girl that took care of me Annie was so gung-ho to sell me a car she didnt care about paperwork clearly. Now it is left in my lap. Do not buy vehicle from this company. Wow their program seems to be very enticing and seems to be a great deal the employees of this company and the general manager of this company is by far not trustworthy or a person of integrity. No one should have their car held for ransom and demanding to have a contract rewritten because they failed to complete their paperwork and handle things correctly at the time of sale. They were asking something of me that I could not produce by any way shape or form. I strongly urge you to look at any other dealership rather than going here. I would hate to see anyone have to go through what theyre putting me through right now.Update to reply from Rock Solid Auto: That looks lovely in black and white but considering I reached out to you all day today to discuss my vehicle and getting it back you not only wont answer my calls you wont return them or reply to the text messages that I sent. So again even in your reply to my review you are pretending to be something in someone you are not. You are not sorry about inconveniencing me or trying to make it right in any way. Not allowing me to even get my possessions out of the vehicle is even more repugnant!New information...I now spent the entire day Saturday trying to take care of the wrongful repossession. Steve would not allow me to get my belongings out of car. Insisted I sign new paperwork removing my trade from deal. I of course refused because he does not even know where my other vehicle that I traded in is at. He wont answer any questions. Everytime I ask a question he accuses me of being confrontational and threatensto call police and have me arrested for causing a disturbance. I had to have the police do a civil stand by to get my belongings out of the car. Steve lied to police telling them my trade in was on the property but after walking entire lot with the officer he concluded it was not there and he said hed try and find out its location by Monday. Upon getting my belongings out of my vehicle he repoed there was over $500 of missing items the officer had to add to police report. The manager said hed look at the tapes and see what he could find out about those items. It is now late Monday evening and still no word on my trade vehicle. So now Rock Solid has possession of both of my cars over $3000 and I sit here with no way to go anywhere!

Usually I dont write reviews but I had to help others considering this place. Spoke with a customer service rep. before going over there. Told her about my situation and that I didnt have a cosigner. She told me I didnt need one and that theyll be able to get me approved. When i got there the lady I was seated with was very nice. As time went on she got really rude. Sat there for almost two hours to be denied because I didnt have a cosigner even though the lady I originally talked to said I didnt need one. By the end of my visit I was treated very poorly and very unhappy with the service they had. While walking out another customer was telling me she had her car for a month and shes already had to have it worked on twice! Also she was stranded for four hours before they sent a tow truck for her. Thank goodness I didnt get a vehicle from here. Would NOT recommend.

Sat in a waiting area far to long because it looked to be under staffed I was told to log in to a link that was provided it took 20 mins to do that and was told to fill out a paper application after I was told I didnt do any thing was so frustrated I walked out with out a car or any intention on buying from here went to the closest dealership to hopefully buy a car

How do they sleep at night? I knew I should have walked out when I had the chance! They lie about the condition of the vehicles, I just needed a car to get me to work, so I bought a beautiful car two months ago and have had soooo many problems. I thought the platinum service agreement was a good plan, but they lie about that too. So after 2 months my car has been to the shop twice and they were holding my car for 4 days over the weekend without the loaner car they promise with the platinum maintenance plan. When you take the car for a test drive go straight to a car shop to have it looked at.

John was super he did his job which is sale the car. But this place is trash. They sold me a car that after a week had major issues. The door wouldnt stay shut and I tried to take it up there to get repaired and I sat there all morning for then to tell me I had to come back. The repair shop hours are only M-F which isnt convenient. Then the company they finance through are rude and disrespectful. Do not buy from here. Save you r money and go to another place.

My daughter had a 9am appointment this morning to drop off her vehicle for some repairs and to pick it back up at4pm today. Once we got there and my daughter completed the paper work she was informed that the tech was not in today! I was livid because this place of business didnt have the common decency to call my daughter to reschedule instead of having US waste our time n gas.

This place is horrible, my brother got a car from there 2 years ago and is still paying it off and the car on Kelly blue book says now it’s only worth $287 . But he still owes 6800 on it, no where will trade it in because of how high his interest is on it. He constantly keeps up with his car and has never been Late on a payment. But because rock solid only cares about money they gave him a 26% interest rate on a 2008 Chevrolet Impala and acted like it would be fine. Horrible lying thieves, messing with people’s credit and lively hood to make a quick buck.

I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION!!! This place it TERRIBLE! Yes, I agree, they financed us when we were having some credit issues due to medical bills but they sold us a OVERPRICED car supposedly based on its mileage and when I asked the salesman if the car had ever been in an accident he said no and that was an outright LIE I was contacted by the previous owners’ ATTORNEY because he wanted to inspect the damages. I told the attorney I had no idea what he was talking about he told me they the car had been involved in a front end collusion and I have the pictures and paperwork to prove it. On top of all of that after a job change we asked due date change by 1 week and was told no problem, you’ve been a good customer and made payments consistently on time every 2 weeks. Well that was a bunch of bullstien because this morning at 06:00 they turned the kill switch on and the car would not start. The dealer was closed so we had to call a number for a one time start code. You’re better off going to Atlas Auto and if you can’t approved then SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE and rent a car, borrow a car, or build a car, JUST DON’T GO HERE unless you like hassles and being overcharged!The reply the owner left below says they don’t use kill switches but that’s absolutely not true. I bought the car from Rock Solid and used the financing they arranged and if I am even 1 day late they disable the car’s starting system. Then I have to call in to get a one time use code that will let me use the car once and then I have to get a second use code for the return trip. They allow only these 2 codes then when you pay they turn the starting system back on and not until. If that’s not a “kill switch” then I don’t know what else to call it. Fast talk abounds here!
