Great place from the first time I came in the owner is awesome very professional, knowledgeable, as well as helps the customer try different and well vers cigars. It is not an intimidating place at all the owner treats all customers very well. Very clean place and a great selection of all types and flavors. I highly recommend Royal to anyone weather your new to the cigar world or well versed a great place to come.

Out of the many cogar shops i go to. This one is the most neighborhood friendly and welcoming. The no pressure form of letting me look at the cigars and only offering help once to not bombard me with the question of if i have questions, makes this place a favorite of mine. Wish i wasnt so busy and could go here more often. Wonderful service, wonderful staff, great place!

Hands down, my favorite cigar shop. Their walk in humidor always has a well stocked selection of great sticks. There is definitely something for everyone and at prices everyone can afford. If you just want to take a load off and enjoy a smoke, you are free to take up a leather chair, watch the game and relax. Dont pass up Royal Tobacco. A must visit!!

We are new to cigar smoking and not from Arizona. And out of all the shops we’ve been in so far, Royal Cigar Shop is the best experience we’ve had. The gentleman immediately greeted and helped us when we entered. He made insightful suggestions as to which cigar we should try. As soon as he picked up that we were beginners, he explained the process that goes into making cigars, and showed us a video. We definitely came out of the shop with a new appreciation for a cigar and it’s history. Definitely recommend and will come again.

The owner has good suggestions for various taste from his cigar inventory in his large humidor. One can find a selection from a list of main stream makers.... the business provides seating in AC and a TV if one wants to watch... the young man working there is very attentive...The owner Moe is attentive and will suggest a good stogie... good variety of flavors and prices

Avoid at all costs poor attitude and wont own up to promise of cash back when our gift card couldnt be spent. Did i mention the person who helped us was high on weed smoking it in the store? We are now stuck with a useless gift card that we wouldnt even give away cause we dont want anyone to deal with them. Again would u go too a store that has poor business ethics and poor attitudes?
