No masks during a Pandemic! And when asked, the installer could only find a mask that had a broken top strap, so it was just a joke. They installed the counter with a large seam, even when we were told that the design would not have seams or multiple cuts. The seam was very visible, uneven and does not match up the quarts counter design from one side to the other. The under mount sink is not aligned and they drilled a hole through the sink mounting bracket, which means you cant install a faucet or other hardware. They need to stop and pay attention to what you are doing, and I suggest that you stop looking at Chivino and look for another company for countertops. UPDATE The caulking on the back of the countertop is non-existent or was poorly applied and if any liquid were to spill. It would go straight behind the cabinets.

Customer service is horrible. Delay, delay, delay. They consider three steps to the porch stairs and charge additional to carry countertops up the stairs. I would not recommend doing business with Chivino. There are so many choices out there in the valley....make another choice is my recommendation.
Update: We finally had the install completed and the slabs came with several cracks that the crew repaired on site and pitting everywhere that they did not fill. Working with the company to get someone out here to at least fill the pitting (30+) but this is now taking days to even see if they will. Grout lines should be white but they didnt wash their hands so all grout lines are dark due to dirty fingers. Horrible company to work with.The horrible customer service experience continues. I keep leaving them voicemails and no response. We arent even on their schedule for a date for install yet.Jason (Owner), please address these issues as Im getting nowhere with your staff except promises for a call back or their lovely voicemails.Went through Home Depot and so far the customer service experience has been disappointing with this company. Every time I call the ladies answering on the other end are short and rude. Almost impossible to get a call back within a timely manner. Most calls go to voicemails. We are paying thousands and the customer service for a 59 cent hamburger is better than what Im receiving. Will be going straight to the owner if this continues as its been like this from the very FIRST call.
I ordered countertops through Lowes in mid May and unfortunately got stuck working with this company for the installation.They are extremely unprofessional to work with (do not answer or return calls within their own stated time periods, field employees only work half days, etc.) and unbelievably slow.I ordered and PAID for the counters in mid May and although as of July 9th they have my counters, the earliest that they can schedule to install them is mid August.I was originally told this would be a 3-4 week process. In reality it is going to be more than 12 weeks.Horrible company, Lowes please break your contract with them or your business will likely suffer based on being partnered with Chivino.

If I could give Chivino and Floor and Decor zero stars that is exactly where I would start and take away more stars if I could. Worst experience I have had in sometime with the subcontractor business model. They broke both vanities and we went a week without them. They cut a backsplash short and then they did not inform me that they only cut the hole for a drop-in sink but do not install it like they do with the undermount sinks. Buyer beware....
Well so far I would definitely NOT recommend this company. As a paying client that wants to feel like a valued client (especially when you are paying a substantial amount for a product)..you would expect good communication. It is frustrating when you cannot get ahold of anyone In scheduling... or rather they can call you but you cannot call them. I have a good laugh when I listen to my voicemail when I’ve missed their calls and it’s Danielle telling me to call her back. I WISH it were that simple!! She calls me and I literally call her back within 2 minutes only to get her voicemail and no return call again for days. I’m ready to pull my hair out. That’s how it’s been every single time! And of course this results in delayed time lines😡. In renovating my home every vendor I have gone with has worked to return my calls within a couple hours MAX. This company takes days! Either Chivino needs to staff up and get someone to help Danielle out with communicating with clients or she needs to work a bit harder to return calls. It’s frustrating and it makes me feel like my business is of little to no value. I wish we had gone with the other company we were debating but we instead went with a sale to save a few bucks. Ugh. I would gladly spend more elsewhere now to feel valued and appreciated. And will likely tell all I know to do the same. Will update my review when the project is over but at this point they better rock my socks off.😕
I have used Wayne and Jason on 6 houses. The quality is impeccable! Wayne is a master! The pricing is better than anybody else. I promise. I bid 2 other competitors and they were ther best bid by far.

And after going here and there in the valley, we decided to go back to IKEA and purchase from them, so we could do 1 stop shop and STOP driving everywhere. We paid and came home! And... my wife, who is the QUEEN of reading reviews read the negative reviews about Chivino Surfaces and was disappointed. But... I shared with her 2 things: 1. Everyones review doesnt mean it will be ours!2. Everyone deserves a second chance!Jesus gave us a second chance, and we are so GRATEFUL He did!(We had horrible reviews)We are so glad for 2nd chances, bc the service from the 1st email to the installation has been phenomenal. They have treated us as gold! Answered all our emails, promptly and they even were moved by our situation. Covid-19 and stay at home orders have made our lives a bit challenging, since we have not had a kitchen for 2 months. Instapots and electric frying pan in small coffee bar! They moved our installation up by weeks and did a beautiful job! We are so happy with the services we intend to use for our coffee bar and 3 bathrooms.I know there are some negative reviews, but... everyone deserves a second chance, especially today!
Honestly I havent used their services so it may be good. But today I had to drive near one of their trucks going up the I-17 to Camp Verde both people in the car were on cell phones, crossing the center line, and they would accelerate to over 100 and then slow to around 65. I literally had to pull off at an exit and wait just so I wouldnt be driving anywhere near them.
They were responsive. Did an excellent job especially since our project was in Happy Jack AZ. They drove up did their measurements and installed right away!
Recently dealt with Chivino from a purchase that started at floor and decor, everything from the scheduling staff to measurement team, and especially the installers (Chris and Donny) the experience was great! Chris and Donny truly cared about the outcome of my countertops and it showed in their work. Thank you very much guys!
This company was absolutely horrible to work with from the start. If you go through a company like Home Depot or Ikea for counters you likely will have to work with them. The office staff is nothing short of condescending every time you speak with them (if you’re lucky enough to get anyone on the phone at all or get a call back). The installation crew talked us out of our dream sink because he said it would cost too much money to put in and couldn’t be done. He then told us that a different type of sink wouldn’t cost extra money, it did cost us extra money. It took us days to get a return phone call about our order and then because our item was out of stock, which nobody told us ahead of time (even though the person who came to measure our counters saw it on the work order). We spent an additional $2000 on supplies and installation after they came to measure our counters and it’s been 4 weeks since we placed our order and we still have no countertops or date scheduled for installation. Instead of communicating with the company they’re working with they just tell the customer “well it’s not our fault” and you’re left to figure it all out on your own. I would love to edit this review with a more positive review once it’s finished but we will see. Between Danielle and Lisa, no one ever seems “to be in the office”. Some customer service training wouldn’t be a bad idea for the team.
Worst customer service ever. The scheduler never answers her phone. We have called literally hundreds of time. It took us forever to get someone to come out to measure and even longer after the countertops were done, for us to get the install scheduled. I even tried filing a complaint with Ikea and they couldnt do anything. So Ikea is worthless too.
Very disappointed in their service. Wayne came out right away to do the measurements but after that communication always had to be initiated by me. He didnt follow up with an install cost. I then went to the showroom and picked out some quartz requesting pricing. After a week and no response from him, I contacted him and was so surprised by his response. Their customer facing personnel should really be trained on how to communicate with customers. His response was sorry about not getting back to you but Ive been busy. Translation...I have been working with other customers that I find more important. This tells me they arent interested in the smaller jobs (a few thousand dollars). If this is the case, they should be up front about it and not waste a customers time.
On time, price was right, installation perfect, they did a counter top and drop in tub deck that had some angles to it around tub skirt and they fit perfect. Thanks for the great service.Larry
Awful company HORRIBLE customer service. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. No wonder they have to 2.9 reviews!!! I Purchased countertop from floor and decor Chivino installed the super dirty, scratch, ... countertop for me, when I ask them to come and clean it they told me I have to pay extra money. They must have given the customer the clean job to begin with which they NEVER done They are not reliable and they are not honest I do not recommend them AT ALL
I wish I could give this company a zero star rating. From the very first phone call for measurements the customer service was awful. They installed quartz countertops through our purchase at Lowes, when install was complete I immediately noticed several matte or dull marks on the countertop (which is a glossy finish) while installers were still there. Both installers noticed them too, tried to clean them to no improvement and marks were notated on paperwork. I was told someone would call me within 2 days and that it would be fixed. No phone call, only when Lowes got involved did they call me back. They had one of their employees come out to fix the problem. He showed up and scrubbed the dulled or matte marks with BarKeepers Friend...which took a 1 x 5 inch mark and made it a 4 x 8 big dull mark. He called the office because his recommendation was thst it needed to be buffed out, the office manager told him to clean entire area with BarKeepers Friend again....he agreed with me that it was making it worse and left telling me they woud be in touch. Again...NO phone call until Lowes got involved, then after many apologies by acct manager, I was told that the were submitting to manufacturer for warranty and it would take up to 3 weeks, but that someone would call me weekly to follow up (which I never asked for) and I was not surprised when no one called until about 3 weeks later asking me if the areas were rough to touch. I stated not really and she then said the manufacturer denied the claim and basically I was stuck with with brand new quartz countertops that we paid top dollar for that look like someone came through with sandpaper in several areas. Then I was told that due to the window reflexion it makes it more noticeable...as if Its my fault for having a large window highlighting the flaws on the product they accepted and installed. If I could have refused it when it was installed I would have, but that option was not there. The only option was to notate the invoice and I was trusting enough to believe them when they said they would fix it. Lowes came out and notated all the marks as well she said she did think it was rough to touch like going from a glossy finish to a matte finish and Lowes employee got them to resubmit to manufacturer. This company doesnt care about its customers...I am very leary that anything will be done at this point. My options are to cover areas with knickknacks or put dark blinds up so its not noticeable. Lowes buyers beware!!!**follow up** while waiting for resolution, a crack appeared in the same countertop piece over our dishwasher. Now I have marked up areas and a crack (which a 3rd party inspector told me happened because it was not cut correctly and the hot/cold from dishwasher caused it to crack). Chavino had the nerve to suggest we cracked it when we put our floating backsplash in! So after escalating it further with Lowes they finally replaced the damaged/faulty piece. It took almost 9 months for resolution and the ONLY reason it was fixed is because Lowes put their foot down. I wish I could have updated this saying that they stepped up and really made the situation right...but the fact is they continued to make excuses and only when the big dogs from Lowes got involved did they fix it. With bad reviews and an F rating from BBB Lowes should not have sent these people into my home to begin with.
These people drive like idiots during AM hours. They have no consideration for other drivers or the customers product they where hauling on their trailer. I witnessed this man cut two vehicles off while merging (I being one of them) to get to the HOV lane, and speeding at approximately 80mph with a trailer. I know this man was going 80mph because I had to accelerate to take this picture “check yelp review” and still couldnt match his speed. This was still during HOV lane restrictions, and he was a single driver. I consider these actions a reflection of their work and professionalism. I warn anyone who is considering doing business with Chi Vino to seriously investigate before buying.
Dont believe the positive reviews and do not trust any of their work. If you purchased a countertop from IKEA like us, these people install them. Cancel the order and go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Rude, arrogant, and dont listen to you.
We purchased our countertops through Ikea, IN FEBRUARY, and unfortunately got stuck with Chivino. The man who came out to measure was so nice and really new what he was doing. However, they do not have the quartz we ordered in stock. We were told there would be a delivery truck on Thursday, but according to a different employee the truck wasnt scheduled to come until the following Monday. So either they lied or are not informed. They also said they cant guarantee that our stone will be in the next order. We paid for our counters in February!! They never answer their phone and they do not call you back when they say they will. NEVER use them. I am sitting here paying for a home I cant use and they dont seem to care at all.
We just had our countertops replaced and couldnt be happier, the work was done on time as we were told it would be. Thank You very much for the help and the fine work your pople did.
Our quartz kitchen counter tops are beautiful and the Chivino crew did a first class measuring and installation job. However, I cant give Chivino a full five stars because of the delays in getting our job done. They measured our kitchen on September 19th and committed to completing the installation on October 4th, but lost the material and had to re-order. We didnt get our counter tops until October 17th. Meanwhile, we were without a working kitchen for 13 extra days which meant added inconvenience and expense as we had to eat out much of the time. I think they should have offered to reimburse us for at least part of the extra expense but they did not.

I was almost run off the freeway today by one of their employees driving a brown Tundra. The aggression in which this driver showed had no regard to the safety of anyone else around him. I would have taken a picture of the license plate and reported it to the local PD if there was one on the trailer he was probably pulling illegally. These people are a menace to any driver on the highway and given the poor reviews of the driving abilities of their employees and the lack of response from their management shows that they dont care about anybody but themselves!
The absolute best fabricator in Arizona
