I cant recall a negative visit to any Dairy Queen in AZ & other states. This location is no exception.

Small but Awesome location. This location has been here since I was a small child over 20 years ago and in my life going here has always been amazing and I have never came across any issues what so ever! Always served my blizzard upside down!

The line wasnt as long as usual but if it had been, it wonder have moved quick!

The ice cream was excellent. My problem was I ordered a chocolate covered cherry blizzard. To my shock little chocolate and one piece of cherry. Disappointed.

I ordered a MINT Oreo blizzard. The picture showed it was green. You know mint colour... When I got the blizzard it was just ice cream and Oreos. No mint flavour. Really kinda sad. This isnt the first time.

Line goes into incoming traffic due to the wait. Very unsafe. Not sure whats going on. 45 minutes for ice cream seems excessive.

We took part in the Dine LA in this restaurant. Our experience was nothing less than exceptional 5 star experience. We were greeted by our waiter, he was professional, courteous, attentive. Monday night is half off wine bottle night. Excellent promotion, we ordered 3 bottle of wine to accompany our dinner. Picture worth a thousand words, let the picture show you how pretty the food is. What I remember the most was, my wine glass is empty, I looked at my server far away, he saw me looking at him and immediately brought me more wine. We were all blown away with our experiences.

Ordered a Banana split with my family last night, just popped it in the freezer and I opened it up today. After eating maybe 1/4 of it, I found a small 3-4 inch black hair in my icecream. I called this exact store and asked if they wore a hair-net while making food and I was told No they dont by an employee there today. They did offer me a free banana split but ofc I denied it. Please start wearing hair-nets . Thats disgusting, waste of money.

It was ok the service was delightful but the speed of the food coming out should have been alittle faster

Do you know how some DQs feel like the skimp on the toppings? Well, this location doesnt! I have been here many times and never have I been disappointed on the ice cream to topping ratio. Best blizzard of all time is the Cookie Jar (cookie dough bites, Oreo chunks and hot fudge). Go try it out!

Open for takeout good customer service and food is also very clean

They served us already super melted ice cream that spilled all over. I was too tired to go back and ask for new blizzards. I wish they would have cared.

Theres always a line, its a very busy store you got to try to go during non peak times or off normal schedules the staff is usually pretty nice sometimes youll get one that doesnt seem like he/she is enjoying their job there orders have always been correct and food is always good. a lot of the staff is high school age or a little bit older. Always seems to be busy.

They dont make the DQ full menu. This is mostly an ice cream only stop. Other than hotdogs.

Oh honey, I was HANGRY! So I whipped into this DQ salivating at the thought of devouring a hot delicious char grilled burger, crispy golden fries and an ice cold DP. Imagine my chagrin when the menu options only included hot dogs and BBQ chicken sandwiches! Blasphemy! In desperation I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait! Foiled again! 3 layers of hot fudge, instead of alternating caramel and chocolate. I pulled in HANGRY and I left HANGRIER. On the plus side the people were super sweet.

Sunday night at 8 pm not the best time to decide you want dairy queen. The wait in the drive thru was about 12 cars (inside closed) but the crew was still nice. Problem is I ordered 2 hotdogs and when I got home only had 1.but no receipt so I couldnt call and do anything about it.

Clean and convenient hours.

Reminds me of a hood stores that is only a front for money laundering. But i got a combo of snickers and cheesecake blizzard. Was amazing.

Dying for a blizzard but got a mixed vanilla ice cream with little to nothing in it. :(. We usually love this place. Hope this does not continue!

Great service here. The only thing is if you order on different days/shifts Ive noticed what i order isnt always consistent the way its made but still tastes great.

Tonight was our second night since we have moved here having ice cream. The peanut busted parfait was not as good as before. It was very short on the layers of hot fudge. Both times they have given a short spoon to eat the parfait with. The drive through was packed which is good for the them, but probably why the items were not up to usual standards. The open sign was lit up that was next to the door to go inside. Everyone was parking and trying to go in but the doors were locked. It was very misleading to have the open sign on in the dining room and yet only the drive-thru was open.

Fast service, and my order was spot on. Staff was very friendly. They seemed to all work as a team. I wish walk in was avail, but new standards, i completely understand.

Ice cream is fine when they get your order right. I have been 3 times this summer and they have only gotten my order right once. I have talked to them, asked them to double check to make sure we had the right order and what not. Everytime its something new and they act put out when ordering. Will not go here again

They are so rude and the service they need to change employees how are you upset at me cause I cant eat whipped cream asked for a blizzard not a real banana split and all she did was put it in a cup and tried to mix it together like I didnt see you thru the window! You trying to make me sick when I specifically said I cannot have it! Long story GO TO THE DAIRY QUEEN ON MCCLINTOCK THEY ARE WAY BETTER.

Ice cream on a hot day!

The sign on the door says open but then a sign taped to the door says drive-through only. Could not understand the speaker at the drive-through and she didnt want to repeat the order. We asked for a pup cup for our dog and they were charging a $1.57. No other Dairy Queen has ever charged us for the popup cup. Ordered multiple items and they didnt have drink carriers. At the prices theyre charging now we will go to a higher end ice cream shop from now on.

Fast drive thru line although around 630 7 every day this line gets out of control. So long.

I walk to Dairy Queen 4 night because i have no car until they stop taking walk-up orders what when I discovered a new ice cream palce Cold Stone ice cream its so good i never known about COLD STONE ICE CREAM

Whats not to like about DQ?

Whats not to love about dairy queen. I actually went here and was confused they didnt do food, besides hot dogs and a few other items. Instead I got a peanut butter cup and banana blizzard. It was awesome. And the dude was super friendly and didnt give me a hard time for my confusion.

No burgers or chicken. Didnt realise they dont all have the same menu. Chili dogs were great, but was in the mood for a burger.

Horrible management just flat out childish and rude the employees are really nice and comforting

Ive been to Dairy Queen dozens and dozens and dozens of times. In terms of what they serve its pretty Universal. But this particular store basically on the corner of Country Club and Main Street is absolutely Superior to all the others. Why? Because of the people that work there. They always smile they always go beyond what a normal person would do to please me and they give me discounts when I dont even ask for one. Example, I went in today and God a moolatte and also a six pack of chocolate Dilly Bars. I didnt tell her Im over 65 anything like that it was going to cost me she told me and then said but Im also going to give you a discount and I said why because Im old because Im a veteran and she said because youre a veteran of course

Ice cream is great. The hot foods not so much. Employees need to clean more

We had malts all around and unfortunately pretty much every place else in town has quit making them. So they were really good also one person had a Banana Split Blizzard which was to die for. We were celebrating a friends birthday and couldnt have been happier.

Dairy queen is the best, and you get food!

Wish my banana split could of been made with three ice cream choices.
