I’ve been interested in getting a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I walked into the dealership yesterday and met Teddy. He was personable, not pushy, and listened to what I was looking for. Due to the shortage of vehicles everywhere, he was able to show me a Wrangler Sport that was in the shop getting a lift. Teddy allowed me to look at it and he explained the differences in a Sport vs a Rubicon. I told Teddy I would come back later in the day to look at it with the lift completed, but with that in mind, he knew what was at the top of my wants list in a Jeep. Later the same day Teddy called me as soon as he learned of an available Jeep that was a Rubicon and met most of my wants. I dropped off my Jeep on a Wednesday morning after making an appointment on the previous Friday. My Jeep didn’t get a diagnosis until 3 days later, Friday morning only after I called the service manager Brandon who took the time to go into the shop and see why my vehicle wasn’t looked at yet. I called Wednesday evening Thursday morning Thursday evening and got the answer that if I needed my vehicular back so badly then come pick it up, this issue with that is I had a rental car which the warrenty company was paying for only if work was completed. 72 hours in a rental car, unsure if it was going to be paid for, and 2.5 hours worth of labor to diagnose and fix is just ridiculous in my opinion. If your business is this backed up be up front with the customers who have véhicules checked in don’t say maybe tomorrow and maybe this afternoon. Be honest. Brandon was great once he knew of the situation, yet still having to deal with the rental car reimbursement situation.

George Brennan and the rest of the people at Courtesy went the extra mile to make sure I was happy in my new truck. Definitely coming back soon to buy another ride from George.

After a less than stellar experience at my local dealer, I found exactly what I was looking for online at Courtesy Jeep. I called in the morning and Matt was the salesperson assigned to my call. I explained that I was over 2½ hours away and was looking for something specific. He assured me they had it and I took the chance and made the drive. BEST buying experience I have ever had. Took my jeep in to resolve a issue at 9am. Didnt hear anything all day so I called at 530pm. They didnt get to it unfortunately and it was staying overnight but no one was going to call me and tell me that. Next day the same thing took the day off thinking resolution would happen because no one was communicating with me. I called again around 5 and the service advisor told me they hadnt figured it out yet but was not going to call me unless the found something. Anyway this happened a few more times where I was the one who had to call at the end of the day because no one called to tell me it hadnt been resolved and was staying the night. The problem wasnt that it took 6 days to fix. The problem was no one communicated anything including it was going to stay the night unless I called. Missed work, unneeded frustration due to horrible customer service in the service department. Courtesy should definitely not be in the name.

Had a very bad experience here. Had an appointment to see and test drive a jeep. Drove almost an hour to see it when I got there they couldnt find the jeep. Look over the whole lot and other dealers they owned but still nothing so they said they would look for it the following day and call to let me know if they find it or not the next day they never said anything Had to text one of the sales people to come and find out they sold it. Didnt even let me know til I asked about it wouldnt recommend

I dont typically leave poor reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case. I really tried to give these guys a chance. Maybe its because I came from a Honda background where the service was always outstanding, but Ive felt my service experience with Courtesy has always been average at best. Most recently I tried to get help with a small issue, but I received no assistance. I left several messages with the service advisors over three weeks without a call back. I finally requested a live person, but I was relayed instructions from a service tech to the woman who answers phones and she didnt repeat them correctly. I dont blame the receptionist. It just wouldve been nice if the tech had taken the time to pick up the phone and tell me him/herself. I finally decided to drive down and get physical help from someone. I sat in my car for awhile in the service area without so much as a wave, a be right with you, or even a hand gesture to acknowledge my presence, so I drove away. Unfortunately, this has been characteristic of every experience Ive had here. There are other Jeep places in the valley. Id recommend trying others out instead.

Stopped by today to test drive a vehicle. The test drive was fine and I was interested in buying however this dealership was not interested in earning my business.After I test drove the vehicle, we came back in, sat down for maybe 10 minutes and I attempted to negotiate (I explained that the tires needed to be replaced, the windshield had damage, there was body damage and I didn’t want the $2,500 in dealer add ons) but they were unwilling to work with me. Thankfully neither of us wasted too much time (30 minutes max from the time I got there till the time I left).Luckily enough, I found a better vehicle after leaving this place and they were able to earn my business - took home my new baby today! A blessing in disguise 😊

What seemed to be the head service rep (end door/window) seriously lacks basic courtesy and people skills. i enter with an appointment- as i stand around a couple minutes, no “hello” or “i’ll be with you shortly”- nothing but turning his back to me, eating some food out of some bags, shuffling sets of papers around etc. finally gives a rude look like “why are you bothering me. “. i said i have an appointment and looks at me like somethings wrong with me. he sent me down to others who were fine and the service was fine. but is this who’s leading??? jeesh

Did diagnostic test on my Jeep and allowed me to store my Jeep there while I found a new engine and shipped from New York. All around I had a great experience!

From the first call Bill was patient, thorough and he expedited my service appointment.. Every person that I spoke to was friendly and helpful even if they just passed by me in the service area they were friendly. That is huge in face to face customer service. Gene was the service person Bill had to go with me to take me home, what a genuinely nice man. Work was finished on time, the trailer hitch looks great and the price quoted was the price I paid. Courtesy Jeep is a professional pleasure to deal with!

I had a great experience with the staff at Courtesy Jeep. I started looking for a new car and was between a Jeep Wrangler and another brand of car that must not be named because it wasnt a Jeep. Ive always wanted a Jeep so I wanted to check out this dealership and thanks to all the amazing help from Riley Tellez I was able to get my dream Jeep Wrangler. He showed me the different types that they had between a hybrid and the standard and answered every question I had. I took my Jeep for a test drive and man was I sold on it. Riley went above and beyond to get the best deal that worked for me, running back and fourth getting the numbers. If you want a sales person that isnt pushy and cares about their customers ask for him. When a hiccup came because I didnt have a thick enough credit history John from finance and the manager that was there on Sunday helped fix the situation and worked out a good deal. When going into a dealership I feel like everyone is a little leery about pushy cars sales people but thats not this dealership at all, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
