I had a great experience with a knowledgeable associate named Chris. I searched for a certain lawn tractor part that no store or appliance place seemed to know about. So as a last resort I came in to sears and was helped by this gentlemen immediately. Fortunately they did have the part I was looking for with the utmost professionalism. I definitely will be coming back for all my parts needs!

Very easy to find the part I needed online, then place the order and pick up at a local store. The only recommendation I have for PartsDirect is to have some signage in the store to locate that department, since its not the same as Merchandise Pickup.

I wish I could give zero stars. I made a simple order online for a customer. They lost it the first time, and the second time I ordered it I was promised 2 day expedited shipping, and it still took over 6 days and me going and picking up the doors myself from the shipping company because the people at Sears and at the shipping place couldnt find it, AGAIN. Horrible customer service, horrible conflict resolution. I wouldnt send someone I hated to that website

I think I was scammed by these people from Sear Direct Parts. I ordered a part for a washing machine and 3 weeks running it still hasn’t arrived. Their website initially said in stock for that part then after making several calls I received an email saying its now backordered. I emailed the manufacturer and they rwsponded that part is discontinued. Sears scammed me. I want to cancel the order by they deliberately avoid my calls. No wonder they are closing so many stores. Customer service is non existent.

Please add a zero star option so I can give it to sears. This is the worst company ever. I dont know how its still in business until now. They cheat in everything they make or sell. Last experience with them today. I went online to order a part and they gave me the price for the part and told me if you want to pick up locally its a available too so I drove almost one hour to the store to discover they increased the price from what they gave to me online by 50% and when i showed the saleswoman the price they gave me online she denied that it was sears website!! So i proved it to her that it is their website on my phone and she changed her story and now she started to tell me that its my problem because I dont understand that sears has two prices, the one they show you online and the actual price you pay when you go to the store. Her name is Bri. After that I learned my lesson and I will not deal with any sears products or services any more and I will advise anybody I know to do the same and avoid avoid avoid dealing with this company. Hoping if anybody protect their rights this company will at least go out of business.
