No one ever brought out our curbside pick up after 30 mins we had to go in. The lady inside just told us to go find whatever it was we ordered. All while 3 employees just sat outside on the tables that are for sale as we get to the car same lady brings out the car next to our order.

My husband went to Home Depot yesterday, we are installing shower glass ourselves and had been missing a piece. When he went, he asked 5-6 people and no one could really help him. However the last person he asked, a very kind soul named Laura helped him through and through. English isn’t his first language but she was super patient with him and slowly went through everything until they were able to find the piece we were missing. Laura saved us SO much time and I know not everyone has the time while working to help others out, but I’m super appreciative for her. When he called me and told me what happened, it moved me to tears. We definitely need more people like Laura in this world.

Love this location! I would like to leave a review on this location especially about a certain employee, I believe her name is Gysell. I love how she’s always eager and willing to help me out every time I go to HD. I find it pretty cool that I bump into her too. She’s got a great attitude and great customer service! I’m always comfortable going to this location thanks to her!

I was there to buy 2 items so I used the self check out. Since it was less than $ 2.00 I was going to pay with cash. Card only. I put in my debit card, read error .I then used my credit card to make my payment. The issue with that was the reader was on the wrong side of the screen . I had to step over where 2 others were checking out. So much for social distancing. I know times are difficult but please make simple transactions simple.most of my experiences are good. Todays was not

One of the best home depots I go to. Went in for a quick purchase and to my surprise they had several self checkout registers open and not one with an actual person that worked there. So I had to wait to be helped. Not a big deal but this is the same reason I quit shopping at Walmart. I do not work for Home Depot or Walmart so I do not feel comfortable working their register. Please tell me this not the new normal.

Home Depot is 5 stars because they have some great plants that look healthy and theyre getting all their Christmas stuff in and ready to go bought some lights getting ready to get my patio ready for the fall so get out there and get you guys some plants and build some stuff

Went this morning to pay on my account and asked a associate for help and she told me I could do it myself on a register. Well I could see if she was busy but there were at least 2 associates not doing nothing.What bad customer service.

Friendly and professional ... Wide selection, and if you need help, just ask and they will go out of the way to make sure you get an answer to your problem. Clean, well organized, Plus there are always clearance sections... my favorite feature at any store..

This store is a joke. I will no longer order anything online and send it to this store. They screwed my orders completely over and over They had me waiting on the phone for over 30 mins so I showed up at the store while still on hold just find them on their personal phone. Then had the nerve to give me an attitude.

They had everything we needed and the best giant epoxy resin jugs ever. I came home and clear coated everything.

Had to buy 2 new trash cans to be compliant with the City of Mesquites Solid Waste ordinance effective October 1st. (Unfair trash tax). Home Depot has a very good selection with nice price ranges for their trash cans.

Nice market in Christmas holiday. I got several dot tape for protection the wall. It calls Gorilla $8.48 before taxes.

Very poorly played out. There were center cubbies down the back Isle where it caused a jam. A bit of rage from others. Not to helpful. When we did asked we were spoken to like we were stupid. So we figured it out ourselves.

The store is kept clean and stocked, so I have no complaints. I appreciate the addition of the self-checkout lanes, as it makes quick errands even faster.

Employees either dont wear mask or they dont wear them properly. Customers arent all wearing mask either. This is why covid is spreading so fast7-22-20 I went back to this store and again they arent enforcing customers to wear face coverings.

Amazing, an employee came out insanely fast with our order. He was EXTREMELY helpful in loading it for us. His name is Oscar, he’s a great employee and will happily do curbside pickup again thanks to this amazing experience.

I asked a store attendant who was working in front of the mosquito control area if they had any other mosquito control products in the store. He just replied NO. While walking toward the counter to pay, I saw a whole section of mosquito control products ON ONE OF THE MAIN ISLES and I found what I was looking for!

Home Depot in Mesquite. No customer service in door department. One customer ahead of me,45 minutes later, same customer. Obviously, they are not discussing doors. As I was leaving there were several employees standing around but they don’t work in that department. Hmmm - guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Poorly organized, inattentive staff, youre better off going to Lowes as its much cleaner more organized and the staff is knowledgeable

First time I used curbside pickup. It was extremely convenient and I never got out of my car. I just popped open the trunk and they put in my packages. Highly recommend it.

Busy place, has everything you need, good employees, what ever happened to cashiers? All self service check out which undoubtedly will require an employee to help. Then you have to stand and wait because there is only one helping others. On the bright side, your purchase of a grill comes pre-assembled and the new range gets delivered and installed. Overall couldnt live without them. We order online as well.

Ive been to this location before for a curbside pickup and it was great!! They even brought out a cold bottle of water for me on a hot Texas day. Apparently Sunday afternoons are the opposite. I checked in and waited...I tried to call but was immediately put on hold. I waited a bit longer and then tried to call again. The second call was answered and someone finally came out withy order. It was about 15 mins from the time that I checked in. 15 mins isnt long but its a lot longer to wait than with most stores that promptly brings your order out within minutes of you checking in. I noticed that there were only a few curbside pickup parking spots so I imagine that Home Depot is phasing out the curbside pickup option which is fine. Theres always Lowes or Amazon.

The tool rental experience was a relief. They are fair and helpful. This particular location is laid out a tad quirky especially in flooring and lighting. But if quirky is what they are, then quirky is good. I ALWAYS buy too much here. So they’re doing great! 😂

The worst customer Service of any Home Depot I have shopped at. I purchased a lot of items from Home Depot because of my construction business. The Pro Sales department is a mess. Abdiel is rude and lacks communication skills. He rather be sitting down not attending customer. Austin the Manager was indifferent earlier when I had another cashier who was rude. He literally said to me “I will work on it” and walked away.

This man was very helpful. Highly recommend you go to him in Lumbar.

Usually only go here on a rare occasion when I have home projects. Never thought of going here for appliances, but since my dryer went out, I had to explore my options. Glad I did. I went to Lowes first, but didnt even get a greeting or any help. Left and came here, and we had zero issues. Greeted instantly and they answered all of my questions. Ended up signing up for their card and ordered my dryer through them. Seemless and quick. Not sure of anyone elses experience, but they have surely earned my business

I went in there too get a boxs of Self tapping Screws I also picked up some chain so I could get My Solar panels to hold th Employees were Nice and was Knowledgeable of the Store But the Bathroom needed th Attention.....

Service is a mixed bag. There are some employees with a smile and happy to help and then there are others on the other side of the spectrum who doesnt want to help you. I encountered both during my visit to this store.

As always it is a pleasure over the last several years i have remodeled two homes and a few other projects i know most of the people its nice when the people who work in a store remember your name i feel like a part of the family since i dont have any family of my own

Home Depot us not what they used to be anymore. Theyre more like walmart employing less people hoping theyll get everything done. Very hard to get someone to help you whit any questions you might have. Thats how I see it.

I shop at a lot of home depots. The 2, I can find everything I need at are balch springs,tx an mesquite,tx. Employees are knowledgeable of their work areas. Outside of their comfort zone they will locate someone who can help.Other locations such as any home depots in ftw, tx, they need to have some retraining done. I get from employees out in ftw stores, Im on break, or my favorite, Not my dept, but I will get you someone. They turn the corner an never seen again.If you want great service go to balch springs or mesquite

Typically my go to store for everything I need for my house, However, Lowes just moved into 1st. Bought a new Husky rolling tool box. Got it home. NO KEYS to open the locked doors! Yes, I should have looked before leaving the store, nobody there looked for the keys. I called back asking for assistance. The said call Husky for replacement key end of story. They offered an exchange or refund but all I want are keys to open the locked door and drawers. Pretty disappointing

Outstanding service, bought my mother in law a washing machine for Mothers day. They allowed me to pick up at will call later in the day to keep it a secret.

This Home Depot was great. I usually go to Lowe’s but I think I will make the switch. When I went to go buy a new garbage disposal they had plenty in stock. I did not have the best of luck when going to Lowe’s. I know I am only comparing one item but the fact that there were non in stock at Lowe’s and Home Depot had multiple brand and with plenty of each one in stock. They are the greater choice. Not to mention the great customer service.

Employees here are extremely incompetent. They refused to help any customers who asked for help, not just us either, we saw a whole lot of people be denied help in the 2 hours we walked around while employees stood there in their own world. We gave up on trying to get stuff on our own and placed an online order after a few minutes. HUGE mistake, they straight up lied and said they didnt have any of the stuff for our order after we waited over 3 hours. Took a picture of one product they said they didnt have, right in the middle of the sales floor, fully stocked with PLENTY for sale (and yes I know how to verify a sku#). THEN when we finally gave up and just cancelled our $1300 order they didnt even have the ability to refund us properly. They were short by our refund amount for the order total by almost $200. We had to go back in and listen to more lies about not being able to refund it so it took even longer to demand that and prove to them they do and are fully responsible for that refund, another hour wasted. 4 hours of our time wasted not to mention the 2 hours of drive time to get here, so 6 hours just to leave empty handed. Complete idiots, incapable of doing their jobs, or just that lazy they dont care, who knows but either way they really shouldnt have a job in customer service if they have zero work ethic. Ive worked in customer service for over 13 years and have never seen or heard of this kind of incompetence, hire better people.

Went looking for a push mower. Staff was friendly and helpful to narrow down my choice for my needs.

I ordered a tool, and my estimated shipping days were January 4-5.It is now Saturday January 6 and i haven’t received the notification that my tool is ready for pick up.When i track my order it says that their is no estimated shipping days.The Home Depot website is incorrect when they give the shipping days. Worth the drive to avoid Lowes

Took my 86 year old mother to purchase a water heater. As soon as we walked in we met Mr. Willie James the third and he took care of us. With the help of Ms. Lisa my mom was set to go ;-) Thanks again to both of them for the excellent experience!

This is your typical store. The aisles, being the holiday season, are completely cluttered with Christmas items. It was hard to get around all of the extra displays. I needed help finding a certain electrical item, bit no employee was around. After about ten minutes of looking, I finally found it. I used the self checkout line and it worked just fine. There was a line of a few people on front of me. I waited about ten minutes to check out.

Its fine. A lot of people with only half wearing masks properly. Offering curbside, Id use it if I were you.

They were very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for and was in-and-out quickly.

Staff very helpful, kind and considerate.

UPDATE * they also block reviews on their website that are true* I ordered an oven that was supposed to deliver a few days after I ordered but here I am 35 days later and still no delivery so after 15 phone calls and still no stove I tried to cancel my order after another 10 days still no refund. STAY AWAY FROM TRASH DEPOT

Love the store most of the time. Today however, you can barely get around because of the pallets of merchandise taking up aisle room.My last couple of visits have not been the best when it comes to assistance from employees. They do not seem real knowledgeable and offer little or no assistance.

I worked for Home Depot for 5 years and the energy of this store is different... and not in a good way. I walked past 10 associates and none of them said anything, even when I greeted them. I went to the paint department which is where I used to work and a ladder was unlocked (safety hazard). I politely let them know and they gave me the dirtiest looks and then still didn’t ask how I was doing or if I needed help. Not living up to those orange values.
