BUYER BEWARE! If I could give this company a ZERO for review I would. Sales Rep said I could cancel anytime and when their system wouldnt integrate with our CRM (which they stated it would) I tried to cancel my annual contract. Company said too bad, EVEN though they have done ZERO work to my account, i.e. never transferred my account from my original provider, didnt set up any extensions, doesnt integrate into my CRM and now Im paying for two VIOP systems. Worthless company and service.

Weve used foneco for decades and they are always incredibly responsive and great at what they do. If you have a quote from somewhere else take it to them FIRST! Cant recommend them enough.
