Excellent service before, during and after purchase. Brendan was our Sleep Specialist and he took his time explaining the benefits of each mattress. He was very patient with our questions and helped us make a decision based on our needs, not our budget. After a few months, we ran into an issue with the base. We called the store and Sarah was SO helpful. Even though we didnt buy the mattress/base from her, she treated us like we were her customer. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend THIS store to make your next mattress purchase!

I just bought a mattress so it wont be delivered in a couple of weeks. The store itself has quite a bit of variety and unlike some stores like rooms to go were they only sell king and queen size mattress here they sell all the common sizes from twin to king. The prices will vary from maker to the type of mattress. I will update once I get mine.

Initially they didnt even want to bring the mattress is the house, much less take it up stairs to the actual bedroom is. They would have left it in the garage, if it were up to them. The comment was the order is only for delivery. I guess putting the mattress on the frame is considered installation? I live by myself, I had to have my neighbors help me get the mattress upstairs.

The in-store service was fine, but we needed to pick up our pillows at the warehouse as they were out of stock prior to Christmas. The customer service at the warehouse was ridiculously poor! They could care less about the people in the lobby waiting to pick up their items! No greeting, no friendliness, zero customer service because they probably realize we’ve already purchased the items. No need to win over customers at this stage so why have good customer service! I will not be purchasing from Mattress Firm again as a result of their treatment of their customers. I would have cancelled the purchase had it not been a Christmas gift.....that’s how bad the service was. Wouldn’t allow for lesser stars or they wouldn’t have received even 1 star.

My go-to for mattresses. My son needed a new mattress. My son showed up 45 minutes before closing and we followed 10 mins later. By the time we showed up, the salesman had already helped my son with a choice (it wasnt the highest priced mattress in the store either!). This store did have the box springs but not the mattress in stock but the store 1 mile away did. Salesman did the order to where we could pick up both at the other store.

I came in and told Sara I wanted an adjustable queen bed. She showed me how the bed works ( first timer) and after I told her what kind of mattress I wanted, she showed me a few. She was very patient as I decided how i wanted to pay! And I loved the sale!! Sara would tell me the sale prices and there was no way I was passing up mostly half price!! I recommended to my daughter to buy her new bed there.

I made my way to the store walked in and the sales associate was helping another customer but he acknowledged me and said he would be with shortly. My turn came up I explained what I was looking for and I was in a tight budget. He showed me a mattress that was in my price range let me try it out. I bought it he set up the delivery day. So about two years ago my husband and I saw this clearance mattress firm and decided to go in and see if we could make our first real adult purchase of buying our own bed. Well it was really easy, I was surprised, but I was able to get store credit and make payments monthly through their finance program. So today we went back because our awesome bed needs just half of the box spring replaced. We were believing it was going to be at least 200 bucks or more. We get there, greeted so nice and was asked what they could help with. We mentioned box spring for our California king and he already had an idea of what it would be. Then I mentioned that we didnt need the entire set, just half (1out of 2 box springs). He looked it up and said yep, no problem. We were done with purchase in about 20 min or less. Such a great experience as before. This store is awesome for all your bed purchasing needs on a budget.
