Someone forgot to tell them that the mask requirement was the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American citizens. Beware, they wont sell to you unless ur wearing a face diaper. I left the store when they demanded that i wear a mask or they wouldnt sell to me. It really worked out, i went across the street and bought the batteries for 1/3 the cost at Harbor Freight. They made purchasing and picking up the item easy and painless, and were pretty quick from order to pickup.My daughter has a battery powered 4 wheeler, and the original battery stopped charging. I removed the battery, only to discover it was from China. ☹️ I was worried Id never find a replacement. Batteries+Bulbs not only carried the correct battery, my local store had it in stock, AND it was a Duracell! They also took the old battery off our hands, so I didnt have to hide it in my garbage. 😁👍Theyre an awesome company.

These people are the best! I had a cell phone battery replaced less than a year ago and today I needed another battery due to swelling from all the updates. I was fully prepared to pay full price for another one when the gentleman informed me that there would be no charge due to the warranty still being active. I had no clue, but they looked out for me and I greatly appreciate it!! Also before I arrived, I called to schedule an appointment, but the website wouldnt take my e mail address. The gentleman on the phone assured me that I could still get the 10 dollar discount and to come on in! Cant forget about the young lady who actually did the repair. Had my worst experience in this store. Went to store yesterday morning to change my battery of my car key. The young lady in front desk told me the price for battery is $5.00 and installation is $6.00. I told them just give me the battery so I can install it myself. Then she replied I have to open it to find out the battery type and it coast you $6.00 . I went to AutoZone next door and they replaced the battery for free and it cost me $5.00. I never go back to that store again. They lost my business and I believe its my duty to let other people know my experience.

William consistently has implied that it is my fault that my battery that I bought less than a year ago is faulty because of my fault. He keeps implying that the trickle charger i bought at this store under their recommendation is being connected the wrong way. He has had my battery for two days and keeps stating they need to try and charge it, first it was for 24 hours, when i went to pick it up he says they need to charge it again, another store employee even stated that it was faulty but he stepped in and stated he would try and charge it again. He told me he would call me after he charged it and i never received that phone call, it will be three visits in three days and still i have a feeling they are not going to honor the warranty.

My ancient Samsung Note 5 battery died during the night. I was afraid Id have to spend upwards of $1,000 to get a new one because no one would have that battery. But BPB did!! It was my first time going into this store. The Lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I had come in to get the battery replaced on my iPhone 6. She checked the phone carefully before she did anything. Had the phone fixed in about 10 minutes. Phone is now holding a charge. I am very pleased.

Needed a repair done for my wifes phone. We thought she just needed a new battery. They properly managed my expectations, letting me know that the battery replacement might not fix her issue by itself, exactly how much it would be, and when it would be done.I arrived later to find the issue had not been solved by a new battery, thereby proving the battery wasnt the issue in the first place.They gave me the phone back (old battery placed back in it, since it turned out we didnt need a new one) and charged me nothing.They said Well since its not fixed, we arent charging you.Thats skme serious integrity. They invested labor into the phone and literally just wrote it off and charged me nothing. WILL shop here again, anytime I need anything regarding lights, batteries, tech repair, etc.

I walked in to pick up a web order. There was too much confusion regarding my order. The employee assisting me, could not find the order. He said that I may have placed the order through another store. I showed him the email confirming that I was at the correct location. He then continued to look for the order. He was able to locate the order after several minutes of looking for it. This process has been easier at other locations. Not a bad experience, but should have been better based of previous web orders at another location.

I purchased a battery last Friday for my Hyundai Genesis the staff assured me it would work in my vehicle and it did not work . I tried to return it today and the manager couldn’t help me out since I tested it out on my vehicle. It would’ve been helpful if the store had a sign or something saying once you use the battery it’s not returnable. Now I’m out $150 and I still have to pay an arm and a leg for a factory battery!!!

Over priced and lewd employees. I just needed a battery for my key fob. 8 bucks for 2. My fault, I should have ordered online, same price for 6 batteries. The dirty jokes between the employees was uncalled for. Unprofessional, cant they wait till the customers were gone? The ridiculous part was, when I asked them for a battery, employee told me 11 dollars to change the battery. Im not sure if that was with battery or on top of the battery price. Ridiculous, considering it took me 2 seconds to pop open the key fob just to show the employee what size battery I needed. Auto parts stores will change a car battery for free. The 2 stars is only for the fact the store has lots of different types of batteries. I would only return if I had no other choice.

Horrible service and false advertising. In order to use their online coupons you have to put your cc info on their website where it can be stolen. They refused to work with me on that and to top it off they wouldnt even test my current battery to make sure it was bad seems that they work on commission and just want the sale.

Knowledge before price. Brand may not always have to be purchased.Also they adhered to the safety aspect of the Caronavirus.

The staff did everything they could to help me . but I had a item that could not the open in order to replace the battery period but they were kind enough to suggest that I came back tomorrow for assistance because they knew of the two employees on that shift and could help me and they did not want to damage my property. I really do appreciate that I was trying to get a battery for my key to my car which it was a difficult thing to open Mercedes-Benz key and I do appreciate them not going any further because they werent able to do with me to be done to put it in Period so I appreciate the honesty and I I appreciate the courtesy.

Tried to get my son’s iPhone repaired, that wasn’t charging. They said it was the battery. After returning 4 times, 3 of which one of the employees would plug it in and comment that the port was loose, but never would recommend the port be secured or replaced. They all denied the port was the problem. One time they cleaned it, the other two they replaced the battery saying it must be defective. Last time I went in, they told me I’d have to pay $70 if I wanted them to replace the port. That’s after I dropped $64 on a battery and am still having the same problem. They instead replaced the battery a 3rd time, since it’s under warranty. I asked them if they could secure the port, since it was loose. I was told they didn’t have the equipment to do that. But they do to replace it (remember they quoted me $70 to replace it) I thought this was a repair shop!! They advertise it as one!!! Didn’t even get home with it charging this time. So basically I ate $64 for a battery. This phone isn’t worth me dropping $70 on top of the $64 I’ve already spent. Expensive lesson in not trusting repair shops. Next time, I’ll just throw a day away and go to the Apple store. So disappointed.

Lack of knowledge from associates, store managers attitude unacceptable, franchise owner agreed the return without restocking fee but store manager overrode his boss direction. It happened at B+B store at 1220 Town East Blvd, Mesquite, Texas on Mar 19 and Mar 20, 2020. Extremely bad experience.

I have took my cell phone twice this week to get one problem fixed and they have caused it to have a new broken problem each time, they wont give me my money back, I am taking it in again today for the 3rd time, it has costs 120. Dollars just to have them first break the speaker and after picking it up last night it wont make or receive calls. It worked perfect when I took it in except for the charger port.

DO NOT GET YOUR iPHONE 7 fixed here. They can NOT fix iPhones with the finger scanning home button. We took our iPhone 7 into them with a shattered screen. Sure, they had it done next day, screen looks great, but IT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY!After a return trip to them so they can honor their warranty on their repair, they apologized and said there is nothing they can do to fix the home button (and mentioned Apples calibration device that THEY do not have)... wish we wouldve known that before they charged us $150!!! Instead they installed a Home Button app... geez.The home button no longer scans your finger, and the phone has ghost texting etc.. as in, it randomly opens windows, types letters, sends texts etc... we paid $150 for this?****We had to have Apple fix the phone, and now it work perfectly. We contacted Batteries Plus Corp and they refunded our money.

I purchased an Extreme battery for my motorcycle on-line and got a notification later that it was ready for pickup at the store. When I got to the store they informed me it needed to be filled with acid and charged. They just happened to be busy but said they would get to it as soon as possible. After the crowed cleared out I approached the desk and asked them if the acid was in it yet. They said no because the acid machine was broken and the manager left early.They were obviously understaffed too.To make matters worse, I realized that the battery I had purchased was the same inferior battery I bought 20 months earlier from them.Please be aware that the name Extreme on the battery is very misleading. It is the most inferior battery I have ever used.
