The owner of the store sold a vape to my mother, when the vape turned out to be broken he started cursing angrily at my mother for daring to bring it back. 5 customers left his store because of how terribly he treated my mother!

You can tell by the shops replies that they dont value their customers. I went to this shop a while back and didnt buy anything bc their products were such low quality

I have never been treated so poorly. bought it and got it home it didnt work. My mouth filled up with vape juice, not fun after paying $65.. I went back immediately and was told they dont do returns. The clerk called him and he was abusive on the phone to the clerk who sold it to me and myself. He hollered and screamed profanity at me and I screamed back in self defense I have never been talked to like this. He said leave it and he would look at it. I didnt feel comfortable after all that. There isnt a UPC code on box, first sign of a scam. The woman apologized profusely, she was embarrassed. DO NOT GO HERE. I was not asked to leave. I have already reported to the better buisness bureau.

Huge selection and cheapest juice prices in town. I switched from another vape shop I was a regular at to this one 2 weeks ago. The lady who works in the evening is very sweet and helpful.

I like the place and the customer service. However, Im sitting outside during normal business hours in which it should be open, it even says its an essential business but they are closed. There is a back in 5 sign too But Ive been out here for over 30 min.. nothing . Its really disappointing 😩

The customer service is great!! Thats it, I bought something from there and it didnt work.. you would think money back!! RightWrong. No money back. Not even a Exchange. Before you buy it make sure it works.

Purchased a vape kit from them and less than a week later it started tasting really bad and gross and the battery would go off and on out of no where and it started to get really hot like it was burning my hand. Eventually it stopped working completely. The manufacturer did not have a phone number and no email address so I decided to try to exchange it at the store. They told me over the phone they can give me $50 store credit for the vape kit which I agreed to and when I got there it was a different story. They told me no refunds and no exchanges and they have no knowledge of me speaking with any body over the phone telling me to exchange the product.

I love mesquite vapes! They have a very friendly staff and they are so helpful. I wish they carried snowwolf coils but apparently, no one locally does. Thats OK they have the best house juice as well.
