It is Oct. 17th, 2021, I have been calling this store all evening, the phone hangs up before anyone answers. This is very annoying, I want to know if they have a certain product before I go to the mall. I will look else where..
Open up the store on time-people have things to do
How can you not make a logo look right? Supposed to be professionals more like amateurs. Thanks for wasting my time.
When you go to this store you have to make sure that this people give you the right information. I went today to check on a price for embroidery for a hat that i have. When i ask for the price of the work that i want it done the employ in the store gave me a price for $8.00, me giving him my hat which he hold in his hands. I ask him the price 3 times and the first time he said $7 and the other 2 times he said $8. So i left my hat so he can do the work. When i came back to pick up the hat he told me that the price was $18 and change. So i reply to him letting him known that he had told me $8. So he told me that it was a mistake on his part, and that i have to pay now $18. So i told him that he have to do something about this because he made a mistake and i left the hat because he told me the price was $8. So he told me that why wouldnt i pay the $18 if i had a nice watch on me and then he told me why i was so cheap. I reply to him with a lot of respect that the situation was that he gave me wrong information and i was not going to pay for his mistake. So Michael call a second store to talk to his manager and he explain the situation without letting the other manager know that he had made a mistake on giving the wrong price. So the other manager ask me to go to the second store where the manager try to make look that i just want it to take advantage of the situation. I explain what happen and at the end he call me a liar and ask me to leave the store and when i ask for his name and the other employees name he told me that he was not going to give me his name and if i want it the other employees name that i had to go ask him my self. Then i ask him who was his manger and he told me that he was the owner of lids. So people be careful with this people in this stores because they dont assume responsibility for their mistake even when they accept that they commit the mistake. Hopefully nobody had to go thru this situation. I made a complaint to the corporate offices and ill let you customers know what was the outcome. And in top of all look at the poor job they did on this embroidery.
I went in to get some embroidery work done on two hats bought outside of the store. The gentleman who greeted me was very polite and helpful. When the cashier was going to charge me for the embroidery he tried to charge me for the price of my actual hat. Worst part is he told me there’s a one hour wait which was fine with me. I go back after the hour and some other lady tells me “No that it will be another 45 minutes before they can get your hats embroidered due to the fact that the machine isn’t functioning properly.” That scares me a bit because I don’t want a machine that isn’t working properly to possibly cause my hat to be damaged. Second I didn’t have an additional 45 minutes to wait. I walk around the mall and see there is another Lids (I believe the one I originally went to across from JC Penny is where the New Era store used to be) and their machine was working fine and had no hats waiting to be embroidered. I went back to the first store and told them if I can get a refund that I want to take my hats to another store. That’s when they say “No your next don’t worry I’ll have them done in less than 10 minutes.” Thankfully the embroidery came out well. The employees attitudes were the only downfalls.
At this location they offer two lids stores. They are both good and provide a variety of hats such as snap backs, fitteds, dad hats, and comic hats. Staff was friendly when we walked in. They did carry some exclusives by lids, Mitchell and ness, and others. They also do provide the Stitching to be applied to your hats.

Very helpful staff, and I loved the hat with my husbands customized last name on it.
Supposed to be having a buy 1 get 1 half off deal, and I still paid almost $70 for 2 $30 hats! 1 hat didnt fit right, so I took it back the next morning, and the same lady charged me another $12, and the hat I wanted to exchange it for was $3 cheaper, so go figure that one! Very unprofessional, had her kid back there crying, so maybe she couldnt do simple math!! Will not return!! Buyers beware!!
They are not open like the paper on the window says they are
They told me to wait 45 min i waited 1 hour and a halve or more and i told the representative i need it done he told me you can return the hat if you cant wait very rude people working there
