This is a wonderful business. I have been using this location for years. He always gives me a fair price and takes great care of my entire families vehicles. My sister and cousin go here as well. Absolutely horrible service very rude and does not understand English!Edit: As you can see, these are horrible people to do business with. I came in asking for them to just put new exhaust tips on my car and was greeted by a rude nasty person. Making up a lie to try to cover up my honest review isn’t really smart. Against state regulation to slip on some exhaust tips?? Unbelievable...

Do not go here! I brought my truck here to get my a/c fixed. The guy quoted me a high price, so my husband brought it the next weekend and got quoted a slightly lower price. We left the truck since I need a/c, its getting hot and I have small children, they told us to come back before the shop closed at the end of the day. He asked my husband for cash and didnt give a receipt. I told my husband we needed it, the guy charged him more to get a receipt. We picked the truck up and took it home. It blew cold air for 1 day. We took it back and they are charging $250 additional to change a hose that they didnt change when they 1st fixed my truck. I offered to bring them the hose and them to install, they were being loud and rude saying we didnt ask for the hose to be changed. Im not a mechanic, I do not know what it needs, I asked for my a/c to be fixed. Now its hot and I have small children in a hot truck because of these crooks....I understand its wrecked, thats why I took the truck myself...and told someone I wanted my a/c fixed I never specified what it needed done. I completely understand when checking out that Im giving a price to pay, I pay and am paying taxes (like everywhere else) but to not give me receipt after paying and charging more when I ask for one. Is not right. And being racist because Im hispanic, I was born here and have always paid taxes. What am I not understanding? Stores charge a certain amoumt, add the tax, and then charge and then give receipt. You are the one requesting cash and not wanting to pay taxes. You people are crooks.

They did a great job with our coils and spark plugs. They also worked with us on our payments. When we started having more issues they worked with us to get them fixed and didnt charge us more than was absolutely necessary. We will be using them in the futured

They dont offer any warranty what so ever. I came in for a wheel alignment and the car still pulls to the left so I took it back and long story short, instead of saying I am sorry, The guy cursed at me in Spanish and pushed me out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Professional and courteous a pleasure

They installed a $600.00 exhaust on my new truck 3 months ago and one of the hangers broke. Went back up there to get it welded back up and he tried to get more money from me. Now my truck is sitting at home because all the welds broke and the exhaust came off.

Wow! This place is the worst mechanic I have ever had to deal with. There was a problem with my car I got it back and My car still has the same problem. It sat there for a week! The only thing he says is oh really come back let me take a look at it. He walks around on his cell phone all day he doesnt even look at the cars. He charged me $428 after quoting me $150!!! then he pretended not to speak english and pushed me out the door!!!! wouldnt give me an explanation!!Owners name is PEDRO ORMENO Hes a scam artist! Never take your car to A&B Muffler!

Me too!! they cussed me out and pushed me out the door! then i realized all the loose change that was in my console was gone except for 3 pennies! it was about 8 dollars worth of silver change!!! I called owner to complain and he hung up on me and when i called back he said %&^% AMERICANS!!
