That negative review was written by my friend because she wasn’t very happy that myTotaled mustang wasn’t sold in a timely manner . I guess she/we thought they had kept the car. It was a simple miscommunication issue/misunderstanding, which has been resolved right away . The situation was taken care of and he got my totaled car sold and Handled the situation professionally. We tried removing the review but google is delaying . So look at this review as basically a rewritten review of the negative one💯

These people are thieves and steal cars, I am warning everyone to stay away from this place, they vanish with vehicles and never respond to phone calls. Hopefully we can get this place shut down completely very soon. Beware.
