Cornell was very helpful in assisting me and demonstrated fantastic customer service. However, my experience with other employees was not great. I called back regarding a voicemail about updates on my car’s repairs. When I stated the reason I was calling, the man on the phone stated in a very frustrated and rude tone that he didn’t know what I was talking about. He made it seem like I was making an obnoxious request right off the bat and was very short with me. He asked the name of the person who called me, I said I did not know, and he replied “Well did you even listen to the message?”. I told him that he could look up my name and car, when I began saying my name, he interrupted me and said “So far you’re only telling me your first name, you need to tell me the full name.” After finding my information on their system, he said that he couldn’t give me any more information and to call back tomorrow, then proceeded to hang up. I hope that Lakeside Toyota does not treat all their customers this way.

State farm insurance adjuster was super nice. It was ringing and we came to my car with an umbrella. Inspected the damages and recommended a shop all in 15 - 20 mins. Super service!
Dont even think about this place !!! They had my car for an entire week and didnt even touch it and never contacted me once. I went and took my car out and told them to call me when they are ready for the repairs. They never contacted me once and its been 2 weeks now ! I feel like they avoid your phone calls and emails and act like you do not exist ! Horrible customer service !!!!!

Lakeside can do Nothing more. Having bought autos in New Orleans for over 50 years, this dealership is the very best dealership I have ever encountered.... these service men and sales rep all greet you, smile open doors for you, and make you feel welcome. The service department follows up on your appointments, get you out quickly, and explains what needs to be done. Each person gives me a direct number, so I never need the switch board... and they always call you back ASAP. This dealership actually is so nice, it gives me a reason to continue to buy toyotas in the future.

The Salesman, Rene P. tried very hard to get me into the RAV4, knowing that i need a car with more room and that I could drive. (Im 4 11 and am limited on the cars I can drive.) Excellent produce presentation.
DO NOT, I mean DO NOT go to this company. They kept my car for from July 21, 2019 to September 19, 2019 and did little to nothing to my car. My car had very minimum damage and couldve been fixed by any mechanic in 2 weeks but it took them 2 entire months! Then I asked the mechanic if the issue with my AC was fixed and he told me it was but when I drove it off the lot the SAME EXACT problem I had still existed. They are liars and want to blame the issue on your insurance company when they are in fact the problem.

Worst customer service ever. If you think it’s Toyota certified repair than you’re wrong. They mess up everything and don’t own it. Greedy and reckless behavior. I’m reporting them. Don’t take your car to them specially if it’s new and never been in an accident before.
I left my car there for one week, as was going out of town. Nothing happened. No one called my insurance company, nor initiated action as their hold-message indicates. I called my insurance company 3 times to request that they send Lakeside Toyota the email/fax # as I was repeatedly told they did not have the information. At the end of the day, I was told that they had recieved the needed info 3 times and were confused on how that could happen as it was all on my folder. My plan to have work done while away for a week was ruined. Now I must drive my car for another week while I wait for them to sort this out. So frustrating. Not happy with Insurance company either. Cant wait for October to be over.
Did a great job fixing a minor dent...
I had some bumper and fender damage on my car and wanted to get a quote. I went in and waited 10 minutes and then I was told the computers went down so I had to come back. I went back the next day and then was told they couldnt write me a quote if I was filing an insurance claim. I told them I was still deciding if i was going to use insurance or not. Finally they said they would write me a quote, but the estimator was done writing quotes that day. It was 3 in the afternoon and then I left and went to 2 other places that had no problem writing me a quote that day. I guess they dont need my business.

Walked me through the initial inspection, he was thorough considerate, responsible and very pleasant.
Manager was rude. Shop initially said that they would call and inform me of updates, but no one EVER contacted me.

Substandard repairs. Chipped paint. Lied about being able to replace my vin sticker. Had to call corporate to straighten that out. Its been four months sorting it out.
