Would definitely avoid this place if you have a Tesla. I made an appointment more than a month ago. Dropped the car off last Wednesday. Nearly a week later they havent even looked at it, and have no idea when they will. Told them Ill pick it up tomorrow and they were like OK.

I had my car repaired at the Mercedes Benz Collision Center. I brought it to them for an estimate. The gentleman that they assigned to my car was very thorough. He took pictures and gave me a written estimate for my vehicle. He was very professional and assured me the damage wasnt as bad as I thought. A few weeks later I brought the car to them so the repairs could be done. Bonnie, the lady at the front desk, was so nice. She said it would take 5 to 7 working days to complete the job. She said I would receive updates twice a week. She also said if any additional damage was found once they started I would be notified. She was true to her word and I received updates on the days she said I would. In addition, there was additional damage that could not be seen during the original estimate. They contacted my insurance company and got approval to do the additional repair. Bonnie then contacted me to keep me up to date on the progress. It did take a little longer than the 7 days but my car was repaired to showroom condition. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the repair to my car and the Mercedes Collision Center.
