After getting into an accident in June 2021 my car was transferred over to the collision center. I’d used them once before and my insurance company suggested them again. Although it took a little while to get my car back 3 months almost 4, I guess due to Covid and a part shortage, the staff at the collision center were helpful and respectful but I felt like I was somewhat getting the run around and know I was a bit of a pest, around the final month I had to call several times just to get an update, as parts and service were pushed back, but I can say they overall did a good job, however, some items in my trunk went missing and because of the accident I didn’t have access to my vehicle to retrieve them but I guess that’s how it goes. However the car looks like it did before the accident.

Charlie was amazing in Expediting my claim, explaining every process and procedure, and just overall putting me at ease. I absolutely love these guys! My third time using them and in my opinion there are no others for me to turn to or for that fact that I need to because Ray Brandt got it!! Thanks again Charlie!!

Well I was on my way to bring my dog to the vet. Out of no where a car slammed into my bumper. My poor pup flew across the vehicle. I didn’t know what to do so I looked up collision centers near me. Ray Brandt popped up.I made a call and this guy Joey picked up. He comforted me saying it’s nothing to worry about and walked me through the process of making a claim. When I dropped off he call the rental company and got me into a car. I felt more than welcome at the body shop I got to meet the Manager Lynn a very nice lady and a guy named Charile. This is a very professional group of People that love what they do. When I picked up my car I couldn’t even tell where the damage was and to top it off my car was super clean the cleanest it ever been in months. Thanks to the staff at Ray Brandt Collision y’all did a awesome job!!!!’

My insurance company recommended ray brandt collision after I was hit, sustaining tons of damage to my car. I’ve never gone through this process before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but luckily to my surprise, they made everything as simple and pain free as possible! I signed a few papers upon drop off and and they kept me updated every step of the way (which by the way wasn’t that long, I was amazed at how so much work got finished so speedily and accurately). Thanks again y’all for making a bad situation so much better, I would definitely recommend checking them out before being discouraged by some of these deceptive bad reviews I’m reading on here now.

I got into my car accident Friday March 26 2021, my car got towed to Ray Brandt the same day I went to the repair shop that following Monday to make sure my vehicle was there and let me tell you the receptionist is so rude they told me my car was not there that I needed to call the tow company of the insurance company to find out where it was, nobody went and physically checked to see if my car was there at the shop so I’m calling around to see where my vehicle is and it was at the repair shop the whole time. Terrible customer service . The second thing Charlie customer service and lack of communication was terrible as well he told me my car was gonna take two weeks to fix it and my car has been that repair shop for over a month & I have yet received my vehicle. I would call multiple times and go up there to see when my vehicle will be finished every week he gave me a different it got to the point to where I maxed out on my policy for rental car & I had to come out of pocket for it . It is now May 6, 2021 & I have yet gotten my vehicle back.I would never never never never bring my car back there or recommend them to anybody else. I felt like my car was not being worked on every time I asked the receptionist and Charlie the status on my vehicle I felt like I was being brushed off & both attitudes where terrible. I’m spending more money than i have because they are taking long with my car and I still don’t have it back it . I’m practically paying to car notes . I honestly can’t give them a review of the work they done on my car because I have yet to see it. But my experience has been terrible so far with them on the customer service end of things

My car has been there for almost 2 months. A 2021 Vehicle i only had form2 months. Everyday I call a different lie is being told to me. Not satisfied with the company and performance at all. I finally picked up my vehicle on yesterday 5-13-2021 supposedly they detailed it but dust is all over the inside. My right passenger side window look like my tint has been scratched.

A friend recommended that I check y’all out and I am very glad that I did. Great quality and very quick service. Also special thanks to Charlie and Denise, they were both AMAZING. They treated me like family and treated my vehicle like it was there own, that’s all you could ever ask for. Always great when you can feel at home and not stress since you know you’re gonna be taken care of, by far the best shop around!

A wonderful hidden gem in Metairie. Well worth the find. Exceptional customer service!! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting this krewe a year and a half ago when I was having problems with a vehicle repair. These folks took the time to meet and explain to me in detail what type of work was going to be done, how long it was going to take, and the cost. I brought my Infiniti QX 70 for repairs after a car accident. The people (Lynn-mgr., Joanne- front desk and Charlie-estimator) were excellent. The repair was completed on time and the workmanship was 5 star.3 days after I picked the auto up the hatchback began to malfunction. I brought it back and Lynn and Charlie immediately brought the SUV into the shop and determined it was not related to the accident. Charlie volunteered to bring my vehicle to the dealer for me. The vehicle is still under warranty. Excellent customer service. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you, good service is hard to find these days.

I visited this location on 9/24/2020 with my $80,000 vehicle damages were roughly 3, I was told my vehicle could be repaired it’ll take 10 days. I went to pick it up the man handling my claim saw I was unhappy with the poor quality of work which was done then he tells me my brand new truck which came off the show room floor 3 months prior to accident was the result of rock damage ( laugh sarcastically) to make a long story short they kept my truck a month and the work was the quality of a back yard shop. I’m currently getting there trash work repair by another facility. I do not recommend this shop

I went here when I was in a horrible accident. The shop took care of my car and was so personable and answered all my questions with great detail and helped me step by step through the process. I love this place! Ive had body work done here twice in the past year (2016-2017) and both times the results were beautiful. In addition, the not-so-clean car Ive left them is given back to me all shiny on the outside AND vacuumed on the inside--certainly not necessary, but much appreciated.

I had the most wonderful experience, not once but twice. I got into a horrible automobile accident in April. My car was repaired beautifully. The repairs were over $8,000.00. They were so professional and kept me up to date regarding the repairs which took awhile (but was expected). I went to see Joey a couple of days ago regarding a part I needed for my car. The management team looked up the price of the part which was half of what the dealership wanted (I have 100 percent warranty). Joey repaired my vehicle in a couple of hours. I had to go to work so he had James bring me to work. Like, who does that? Best service ever. James and I talked on the way to my job and a couple of hours later, my car was literally delivered to me. Joey went OVER and BEYOND any expectation that I had. I will refer business to them because of the way they treated me regarding this most difficult time. Thank you a million times to Joey and thanks to James for getting me to work on time!!!!!! A big shout out to all of the office staff who treated me so good as well!!!

The repairmen were extremely nice and helpful but the receptionist is impolite. I came to the shop twice and she didnt greet me. Clients information is laying around for the public to see. Theres toys on the floor which is a safety hazard. This place should really consider getting a better receptionist.

They did an excellent job repairing my car, save for not really matching the pinstripeing on the side they repaired to the other undamaged side of my car. Thats minor though, and my car is nearly 10 years old so I can live with it. My one gripe about Ray Brandt on Edenborn was the lack of communication with me about when my vehicle would be ready to pick up and poor coordination between staff members.Edit to add: yall replied to my review to say that the pinstripe doesnt match because my car is old. Thats not it at all. The PATTERN YALL DID THE PINSTRIPE IN doesnt match. Thats a bit different.

I was visiting New Orleans and was rear ended on I10. I was recommended to bring my Porsche there for repairs by the insurance company. I was extremely concerned because of the amount of damage and that it was over $10,000 of repairs. I can say that I received phone updates regularly, was able to see my cars progress and they made me comfortable with the repairs to my car. When I picked it up it was flawless and everything appeared perfect. When I returned to Houston I brought it to my Porsche dealer and had them raise it up and inspect everything. I stood under the car with them. They confirmed that everything was done correctly and accurately.

They had my truck for a week they call to say is ready. I get here and its not ready there was scratches in the paint and it was not sanded and they did not do what was in the report. But yet they was quick to take my 10000 deductible. I had to wait for 2 hours for them to finish my car. And did not once ask me if I wanted a drink or water. I will never come back here again.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone. Charlie was very rude. I had to go back many times to get my car fixed, there was no communication on their part. I got brushed off by Charlie every time I went there or called him. They did a shotty job fixing my car. Very poor customer service. Trust me dont waste your time unless you want to be very disappointed! My car still isnt fixed correctly and it was damaged while in their care and they refused to take responsibility for it. Receptionist doesnt have customer service skills at all. Just worse experience ever!!!

Although Infiniti sent me a survey to complete for my car repair it was remiss in asking questions regarding how my service was handled and taken care of by my serviceman. So, Im doing it here. Charlie was fantastic and exceeded my expectations in taking care of my car and getting it repaired. Id held him up waiting for my car to be repaired by Geico but the person who hit me didnt own up to her responsibility, therefore leaving my car sit at his facility for a couple of weeks taking up space. Once I had no choice but to use my insurance company to pay for the repair work Charlie handled everything with speed and efficiency. Hes a kind person and made sure my car was put back together so as to alleviate some of the cost coming out of pocket for me with car rentals. He also arranged for my car to be picked up at the hospital where I work to look at a problem I had and the two guys, sorry I dont remember their name, did just that and couldnt have been nicer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired at a collision center as they truly did a fantastic job, were professional, and efficient. Thanks Charlie!

I got rear-ended while I was at a dead stop in my brand new, 1 month old SUV. The at-fault cars insurance company (USAA) was trying not to pay for the damages and finally a month later they tell me to go to Ray Brandt Collision Center for an estimate on my car. Plenty of people have told me that you NEVER use the insurance companys preferred auto shop because they will try to get the repairs done as cheaply as possible and since my car was new when it was hit, I want it back in brand new condition. As soon as I walk up to the door, I see USAAs name plastered everywhere and I had a bad feeling.The estimator comes out to look at my vehicle and as Im pointing out whats wrong hes just saying, Uh huh, uh huh and doing his own thing. Since I got rear-ended, my new car has been out of alignment and one of the rear tires is facing INward towards the center of the vehicle. I try to point out that the tire is crooked and the estimator says he cant determine that unless he puts it on the rack. I tell him hes welcome to put it on the rack and offered the keys so he could take it for a test drive because once you drive it, the damage is obvious. He declines to do either of those things and instead writes me an estimate for a back bumper repair and an alignment only. He also said that he doubts a rear-end collision could damage the suspension on the rear of the vehicle. HUH? I then asked him to tell me what he thinks could cause that type of damage to a BRAND NEW, 1 month old vehicle with 1,700 miles on it since hes an expert and he has no answer. Theres no wear and tear on a vehicle with a production date of October 2015. How can you be an estimator when you clearly have no knowledge whatsoever?To top it off, as I was sitting there waiting for my BS estimate one of the workers comes in and tells the manager that he kind of scratched one of the cars they had just completed repairs on. The manager asks how long the scratch is and he replies, The whole length of the car. All I could think of is how I glad I was that I would NOT be letting these people touch my car and couldnt wait to get out of there. The whole place seems to be unorganized and theres a bunch of people walking around doing nothing. These jokers are clearly fat and happy ($$$) and work FOR the insurance company and not for the customers they service, so do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere for repairs.

Terrible Customer Service. I wrecked my truck on November 5th. It was delivered to them for repairs on November 12th. I called to check on the progress and get a tentative completion date. I understand it is hard to give a hard date, but a timeline would have been nice. Instead I got an explanation of the process: Complete Mechanical Repairs, Paint Shop, and Alignment. But no time frames. I knew it would be awhile, so I let it go. I waited until the 20th to call again before Thanksgiving weekend. They still were unwilling to provide any resemblance of an expected completion date. I had a rental from my insurance and prefer they do not rush the job so I once again let them be. I called yet again for a status update on December 3rd (You would think they would give me a complimentary call at some point). This time they explained that they found some additional suspension parts that needed replacing. So I was once again pushed off with no idea of a time frame. So I called today (December 10). The customer rep said he wanted to check with the guys on the floor and put me on hold. He returned and said they must be at lunch since no one replied and that he would call me back and asked for my number. Shouldnt he have had it already? Maybe that was why I didnt any courtesy calls. Two hours later, I thought they surely had to be finished by lunch and called back. This time I talked to the receptionist who stated the customer rep was on the other line, but he didnt call me because he actually lost my number. Shaking my head, I gave her the number again and waited. One hour later with no return call, I called again and the receptionist stated that he was in the shop and would call me back. I was leaving work so I gave a different number. I am still waiting for that call.So they have had my truck for almost one full month. I have been patient and only asked for rough timelines and all I ever got was blown off. I suspect this is because the check from the insurance company is already sitting in their office and they only need me to sign it to cash it. And they know I will sign it when they eventually finish. I explained today that I just want an idea of what to expect since I am trying to schedule a surgery and some travel for work but they could care less. I will be sending this info to my insurance in hopes that their status as a Preferred Shop gets reviewed.In the end I hope that at least the work is superior quality since someone could have literally built a new truck from scratch in the time they have been working on my repairs.I didnt want to write this and gave them plenty of opportunity to communicate with me as a customer, but after being blown off three times today, I feel like this review is warranted.UPDATE: Seven weeks later and the level of service continues to be an issue. I did receive some communication the week before Christmas, but after that they are back to being unsatisfactory. Additionally, seven weeks to make the repairs is totally UNSATISFACTORY. I have incurred additional rental costs and then when I was tired of paying, I turned it in and took vacation time. I am lucky that I actually afford this, but I imagine that most people would be in a real bad position if they had to experience this. So please be very weary before agreeing to use Ray Brandt, even if they are on your insurers preferred list (Maybe knowing the money is guaranteed is facilitating their repairs with timeliness).I know it is a huge risk writing all of this while they are still conducting repairs, but I want to get the word out about my experience so someone who cant afford issues like this is affected.
