Car wouldn’t start today, got it jumped and went to this AutoZone and apparently I needed a new battery. It’s always stressful when you’re having car troubles, so thank you for the super FAST and professional service! Major shoutout to Thomas (I think) who put the battery in for me!! You’re the man!! The employees here are so miserable and rude, I drive 4 miles to Advance Auto Parts instead of this place, which is right down the street. The customer service at Advanced is so much better, i would drive 20 miles.

This place has exceedingly lowered my expectations. For me this place used to be 5 star place with immediate customer service, great service at that but after going in to have help with replacing a battery that I purchased at this location I was completely disappointed. Not only did I already notice they did not want to help me replace the battery out of my car. But also one of the ladies at this location used as an excuse that she did not want to help or have another gentlemen do it because “she did not want to break my car”. When in the end she said this was too much work. Which in other words to me it seemed like she was being lazy and not wanting to help a customer out. Especially when my car was unable to turn back on due to this bad battery. If anything I would give this place 0 stars at this point!!

The staff here was absolutely wonderful. They worked flawlessly together and everybody had a smile on their face the entire time I was in the store! I felt like I was in a commercial or something! It was the best AutoZone experience Ive had hands down! Oh....and the reason for my visit was for some coolant!

Finally there customer service has improved since my last visit

They were very nice to me and loaned me a device to determine the check engine code from my car when all repair shops wouldnt take me.

Horrible customer service!! The guy would not come out and help me with my headlight issue. He claimed they were too busy. He gave me info on cost of new ones but would not come investigate to see if there was another issue. However, someone else got their windshield wipers changed by an associate, which is much easier, but they werent too busy for that apparently.

Bought electronic spray cleaner off the shelf, checked out promptly and finished my repair....thanks

Poor customer relations.they appear to have everything you need but the management and staff for the most part does not know how to conduct business with their customers.Extremely bad attitude especially with the female employees.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Went in for a battery to a key fob. Even though they were not able to open it up for me, per their store policy, they still showed me how to do it the right way and were able to assist me with battery selection. Prices seemed to be very fair as well.

Literally double the price of Amazon for the exact same parts and brand. They do not price match to any online retailer. If you need it right now, and youre willing to wait in line for 30 minutes to be helped by someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars - go for it. Otherwise, order from Amazon and have it the next day for half the price.

Sold me the wrong bulb, had to go back to return, wouldnt refund without the other bulb in the two pack (the one I tried to install and didnt bother to bring), and it all took forever. Is zero stars an option?

Have always had a good experience coming here. Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful and have gone out of their way to help me. Store usually has a good amount of stuff in stock, and on the few occasions they didnt have something, they were quick to acquire it.

The Auto Zone in Metairie on Vets is horrible or at least the people that work there. Now the one in Mandeville has very pleasant and helpful people at that location on Florida street

It wasnt good until this African American lady helped me check out . The 1st has no customer relations ! I dont know mechanic terminology! So, if I use words like diagnostic then you have a idea of what Im asking. Dont try to make me feel like Im making up services you have revised or no longer do! Explain to the customer we no longer do diagnostic checks and or we do run engine tests/checks butit does not guarantee to fix the problem!Some places charge you for testing your car, but at AutoZone, its free. Dont buy a part you dont need. AutoZone will test your cars parts for free. We can test your cars battery*, alternator*, starter* and voltage regulator while theyre still on your car.

I just had my battery jumped and drove straight there. An employee happened to be outside. I explained I was afraid to turn off my car. She said pop the hood and boom I was out of there with a new battery in 10-+5 minutes.

I like this store. Employees are extremely helpful. They know parts. It is amazing. Competitive prices and good inventory.

Not great customer service. When I couldn’t find the right place to plug in the engine light check on my car, I told the woman and she simply gave me back my stuff and moved on to the next customer. Pretty frustrating.

I buy a lot of parts at Auto Zone. The customer service is very helpful. They have a computer that can help detect the problem. I bought a battery there once and something happened because I gave them my phone number and without a receipt I was able to get it replaced. Overall very good experience at this location!

Good selection of generic car parts, no OEM parts. Staff varies. Sometimes packed, other times empty parking lot. Excellent free discount card program.

Not far from any other AutoZone, but the staff here was particularly unhelpful. Refused to help me search of a part I needed. I found it, and quickly left.

I needed tire caps that you put on the air stem for your car tires. I walked in the door, someone helped me, and I was out within 5 minutes!

This is the worst ever please,I was on the cash to pay and manger she call cashier it’s a lunch time and he said I am already taking care of him and she said just leave him there is three people other than you take care of him..I deal with this place since 4 years I never ever had points..and they said ohhh you have 20$ but expired...Bad experience

I have a 12 year old Chevy Tahoe that I love but it’s been giving me small problems for the past few years . Instead of going to the mechanic and spending 1000 bucks I do research on YouTube . Then I head to autozone ask for the parts i need and also ask for a second opinion . Two things about autoZone is that they will almost always have the replacement piece you are looking for and the other is that you will get all the help you need if you ask nicely. They go the extra mile every single time when it comes to customer service

Repkaced my battery and it was prorated as expected

My battery died, so I stopped by after a jump thinking I would just borrow the shop tools and exchange on my own. Ive done this a few times at other locations.In spite of being quite busy, they changed my battery for me in a couple minutes and sent me on my way.

Service, particulary battery service, can be excellent, and staff can be extremely helpful It depends on who is working there. Usually there is a long wait in a line before service is rendered. B+ for service and parts quality.

Terrible! 2 women working couldnt or wouldnt change a battery. said i had to wait until 4p. i presume shift change and just pass it on to nect shift.The loan a tool case of tools was terrible. bad condition. was told that was only set they had. did see one of the ladies helping an elderly man with headlight. i wont be going back to Autozone again. been going there for years and the men are always willing to help with a few exceptions that just say they dont do that! 🤔 Oreilly has better service! And have made a good impression on me. im an older lady who knows not a whole lot about car maintenance other than oil, water and the easier more common sense things.

No one was there to help and when they did after screaming for assistance the employee s didnt know prices, what the products were made of and just a total disappointment. A lot of items were dusty to smell a candle I took in a lot of dusty in and Im alerject to dust. The quality of the customer service has declined.

Warranties are worth it, my new battery was free and the gentleman who helped me was great.

Just went there recently to buy a headlight bulb, and they just gave me a pack of bulb grease. They charged me. I didn’t ask for it, nor did they ask if I wanted it. Heads up to everyone. My mechanic said you don’t even need it. It was $2 for the grease, but that’s really rude and unethical if them.

Best auto parts store in town. Management has been steady for years.
