We love ZukaBaby! We came over from Pensacola and visited while I was pregnant, and I have since made a few orders online. They have natural products I feel safe giving our baby. Their prices are totally comparable to amazon and I’d much rather order and support a small business. Often times I visit their website just to learn about new brands and products. Thanks ZukaBaby!

As a working mom, I have saved for over 2 years to purchase a running stroller. I was so excited yesterday to find the model I needed with a coupon. I made my purchase, got a receipt, and my credit card was charged. This afternoon, I get a voicemail from Becky at ZukaBaby informing me that they’ve canceled my order with no warning or attempt to work out a solution because the coupon shouldn’t have applied. That is not my problem as a customer, and I am astounded at how unprofessionally the situation was handled. I will never be purchasing from this boutique again, and I will make sure my family and friends know the same.

Very nice baby store - lots of different items. Staff was helpful when I was looking at strollers. Prices were comparable to big box stores. Great!

The worst shopping experience ever...they cancel the order which was in stock.And changed immediately only in store available.Still my credit card is not refunded.And just sent me a email that they were mistaken.Few days later they will sell this item only in store.I think the reason is they post out that they give free shipping, but they just want to save money for people to come to store and pick up.Overall, the worst shopping experience.Waste of time and energy.

I love Zuka Baby! They carry a lot of different items and brands you cant get elsewhere in the city, which helps me avoid having to order online. And their staff is great and always super helpful! Whenever I have both kids with me and my hands are full, they always open the door and help me carry my purchase to the car 😍

My review is not about the store and its about my experience for online shopping. I made my purchase for an item and 3 days after I got an email saying my ordere got cancelled because of incorect price they had advertised! They already charged my credit card and the item entered the shipping process. So disappointed with their customer service as their response was not convincing either after I disclosed their term and conditions for their pricing!
