I took my van in for a battery replacement. During the install the technician accidentally broke a piece off the radiator. I was amazed how the shop was honest and owned their mistake. Sure it was a bit inconvenient since I was visiting from out of state, but they replaced what they broke and had me back on the road the next day (complete radiator replacement on a van is not an easy task).I cannot say enough good things about the integrity of this shop. Quality work and honesty are rare qualities to be found in many shops, but Firestone has both! If you want to feel secure about the care of your vehicle use this shop.
Very obvious the front desk needs more help. The concierge was polite and friendly but was unable to confirm my online reservation, did not confirm when the vehicle was ready for pick up, and did not ensure all of my tires were checked for inflation.I had to call to make sure I could bring the car in. I had to call to make sure that it was ready (5 hours after dropping off for a single tire replacement) and had to fill tire myself after leaving the store.
Wish i could say better. Customer service was good. My car was in the shop for over a month and they still didnt fix the job. They will use your ignorence of cars against you deny all liability covering there bad business through loopholes, if you have receipts. Youre better off with the dealership or you might have problems long term. Firestone fixing around my car issues until my car finally broke down leaving my in over $3,000.00 worth of damages. The customer service was great but slow. It isnt worth it.

Held my car for 3 days when promised it would be done the day after I dropped it off….kept pushing the days back. $1600 just to say that he couldnt fix the issues & refused to refund lmao. Got my car back the exact same way i brought it to them. Basically just threw parts at my car fixing literally nothing. Car stalled out 5 minutes after leaving the shop.
I always have a great experience when I go to Firestone. Mike and the other associates provide excellent Customer service. Trust is the number one reason I take my vehicle to Firestone. They have a huge customer fan club.

Very disappointing per numerous aspects. The factor that was most disappointing was the attitude of the store manager after I experience such negative experiences in my transactions. The technicians made errors per an alignment service that resulted in numerous senor warning devices in my Toyota Sienna to be activated. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for me to get. However when I go into vehicle I discovered the factor of the sensor lights staying on. The service department personnel was totally not aware of this factor. Apparently no one inspected the vehicle after the alignment regarding this matter. When I notified the service staff I was informed this was a minor matter that would be promptly adjusted. After an hour of my waiting, I was than informed that I would have to bring the vehicle back the following day since the technician could not make the necessary adjustment. Though disappointed I did return the following day. I waited and the necessary adjustment took a hour to be done. Now, regarding my other disappointment was that I brought my vehicle to Firestone to also purchase a new tire, since my tire had road damage (they called it an egg development on the tire that would be dangerous to utilize as a road tire. However, they would not be able to install the replacement tire they would sell to me until the next day. I was told to bring the car back the next day. I was told to bring them my vehicle to them when they open at 7 A.M. and they would get the car back to me as quickly as possible. I did arrive at 7 A.M; however, per the tire replacement and sensors problems that the technician caused, the car was made available to me until 5 P.M. and the senior problem was not resolved. As stated previously, I was told I had to return the car to them the following day to get the sensors problem they caused resolved. When I asked the Manager that since I had purchased the Lifetime Alignment Program, and this was the first alignment per this program for the car, would the sensor problem be consistent with future alignments by Firestone for this vehicle. The Manager specified to me that the only assurance he could give me is that his technicians are human, make mistakes, and will make mistakes in the future. This was not the response to provide me any assurance. Very disappointing totally in the service received per the extreme inconvenience to me per their caused problems, the time required to install the new tire and particularly the attitude of the Manager was so disappointing. Can not personally recommend this Firestone Location.
Waiting time for tires replacement is ridiculous.
I brought my car in to get a nail removed from my tire and have it patched. They got me in with a minutes notice and had my diagnostic done within the hour. It turned out to be something even more minor and they did not charge me for their time. Brittany, I believe the service rep, was very nice and helpful. They were definitely busy, but she made sure I was taken care of. Great service all around.

Great warranties on parts, sometimes even wearable parts. They generally have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and have easy ways to look up what parts are needed.

HUEG CON ARTISTS!Car was FINE !! Went in for an inspection before a 1100 mile trip. Mike was handling my case. After the inspection (45 min), I agreed to change my right axle CV joint, tie rod and then got a wheel alignment ($800 total and 4 hours). The worst decision ever!Guess what.. the right side was not aligned and the car was pulling right for 1100 miles. The right wheel started humming loudly (between 60-65 mph), clicking sounds when the car accelerated on reverse. These guys are complete amateurs. They wrecked a car that was completely fine. I wouldnt be surprised if it was them that slit the axle boot with a knife.I hope they dont scam the old lady that walked in after me.
My van started running rough 100s of miles away from home so we stopped here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even on a super hot day. They managed to get my van running again while we waited. Very honest business.
Michael and the team at Clearview Firestone are awesome! They do their best to get your car/tire repaired ...even if it is late in the day! I love this place and wouldnt go anywhere else for my car needs.
I used this firestone a few months ago to fix my air conditioner. Got hit from behind in a different car and took it straight there. Mike McCann helped us assess the damage until we can get their insurance involved. Great service and attention to detail. I appreciate him taking care of me as soon as I got there.
We came into town late Friday night for a funeral. On Saturday we noticed some uneven wear on our tires and the start of a tare on the tread. We called firestone but couldn’t make it in Saturday. Thankfully they are open on Sunday! We were a little pressed for time, we had to return home for work on Sunday night. We had a 5 hour drive to make it back on time. We went in and asked how long it might take to get new tires and an alignment. They said they would get it done as soon as they could. They had everything thing done in about an hour and we were on the road! Everyone was extremely helpful and they took great care of us. I would definitely recommend firestone Clearview to anyone in need or car service! Thank you again to everyone there!

Guys are willing to call and give advise on additional work, if needed. Quick with service. My car was dropped off at 8 am and was quoted to be ready for pick up around 3 pm for a full synthetic oil change. They called me around 1 pm. Very friendly staff!
The described issue was not rectified initially due to the mechanic not test driving my car. The mechanic performed a break inspection and suggested back break pads and rotors. After repairing the back breaks, I left and my car continued to shake when breaking at a high rate of speed. I contacted Brittany, she told me to bring my car back. She stated the mechanic failed to test drive my car to test it and they would fix the initial problem at no additional cost to me. Eventhough I was inconvenienced, I appreciated Brittanys transparency and excellent customer service. Ive been a customer for several years and this level of service is the reason I return.
The only Firestone I will use. I have one right by my house, but they dont have Mike Boudreux working there. He always makes the experience enjoyable, smooth and with very little issues. Mike is an exceptional manager. Very caring, passionate about his job and always goes one step further to help you any way that he can. I cannot express how pleased I am. The work preformed is always top notch. If I have any issues, it is fixed immediately and without question. I will continue to come to this location every time I have work to be done!
Poor customer service.
I brought my suv in June for ac work. Spent $900 to get fixed. It worked for 2 months. I just brought it back in with the same original problem but now of course they say its some other reason and want another $800. Their so called warranty covers nothing. I spoke with the manager and got no where other than him bragging to me how long he has worked there. If it had been correctly fixed to begin with I wouldnt have this headache. Obviously Firestone is not dependable and trustworthy with their work and refuse to honor and rectify the problem. They are a money scheme. DONT GO HERE!!!
I brought my car in because it would not start or, it would start and just shut off on me. I had my car towed there for repairs. I was charged almost $700 and assured the problem was resolved. Two weeks later I had the same problem. I spoke with Mike the store Manager and complained that I was having the same issues and I was told to bring the car back. The car was kept overnight because I brought it in at 3p and they stated they would need more time to look at. The next day I went to pick it up and they stated they could not find the problem. A week later yesterday(6/10/19) the car did the same thing, I towed it there again. I was called by Mike a few hours later around noon and was told a technician had to leave for the day so they would not be able to look at it today. I had no choice but to keep it there overnight. Today 6/11/19, I spoke with Mike and he stated it started, it drives bad but he cannot duplicate the problem. It was not driving bad before. Iam totally frustrated because it is CLEAR they never fixed the issue to begin with and do not want to admit it, or they have found the true problem and know I will refuse to pay again for what they assured me was resolved. Bill Capo, Lee Zurick or anyone who can help me investigate this business please contact me. I would love to know how many others(especially women)have had similar experiences. I dont want anyone else to go through this.

One star was awarded because the system does not permit zero. This shop is staffed by some of the most incompetent morons I have ever encountered in an auto care facility. Not only did they fail to balance the tires correctly on the first attempt, they also managed to cause a malfunction in the TPMS monitoring system that they did not correct even after it was brought to their attention twice, but was easily and quickly fixed free of charge at a Goodyear Auto Care facility. The failures continued at the district management level when absolutely no effort whatsoever was made to correct the issues and failings to a reasonable degree of satisfaction. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I gave them the keys and sat down in the waiting room. I then remembered that I had to ask them to only put 4.5 quarts of oil in the car to leave room for an additive I put in to stop an oil leak that is too expensive to repair. I have been using the additive, Lucas Stop Leak, for about 3 years - it works great. One of the Mikes told me they HAD to put 5 quarts in - the old its company policy routine. I had to cancel the order - wasted an hour+ of my time. Dump, dump and more dump.
Service was okay. They did fix my tire, and I havent had a problem since. My only issue is that when I asked upfront about how long it would take, the technician said it would only be about 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, and my car still wasnt finished. I was EXTREMELY late to work because of this.
Called to check on my car and was told they are about to replace brake pads and rotors but are checking out the calibers. Gave another about 3 hours later... And was told by Sean they messed up because they havent started mine and he got my purple Nissan confused with the issues on a black nissan! How you confuse the two ill never get !!!Then i called later and was told your car isnt starting at all ... And it would be $199.99 just to run a check to know why it isnt starting ! I dont know what really happened because the whole thing sounds a bit off but i WILL NEVER return to them or any other firestone again!
I wanted to do a no star but I cant.I just went in for an oil change, alignment(which I paid for lifetime!), and tire rotation (which I bought all 4 tires there!). My car was working just fine! Then the guy comes and asks me if I was having problems with my shift gear?? I told him no, that I had that fixed a few months ago and part only cost 7 dollars! He tells me is no longer working and I cant drive my car!??? I told him that tech must have really slammed gear to break it again, of course he said no, that is not same problem, now is a cable underneath, the tech tells me the part is on its way, but cant be fixed until tomorrow by a more experienced tech.???How did he order part before telling me about it?? Because he knew the other tech broke it! One of the managers tells me that these things happen, is not their fault and its not my fault??? WTF!!!??? I told him yeah but ultimately I am going to be the one paying for it, WHICH I SHOULDNT!!! He said that they would work with me??? After reading these reviews, I see they will never admit to doing something wrong!! My car was working fine when I brought it in and now is not, why should I have to pay anything when they obviously damaged it themselves???? I asked them how much did the part cost, the said he doesnt know.So now I have to wait and see what they tell me tomorrow?? So angry, pist, disappointed, mad!!! I have such a bad headache, this is ridiculous!!!Will see what they say tomorrow and will update review.If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

Avoid these clowns like the very plague!I also wish that I could issue zero stars.I had to make an appointment to have 2 tires installed in Oct 2014. One person there when I arrived and 2 more within 10 minutes, all with the same appointment time. I was served last as they were shorthanded. On Mar 2, 2015 one of the new tires got a flat. I had to bounce all of my 160 pounds on the lug wrench to loosen each of the lug nuts and one stud snapped off. Im 65 years old and I have never encountered lug nuts that tight unless they were installed with an impact wrench. I went back to these guys this morning and was told that they never use an impact tool to install wheels.This was said with a straight face while a tech was re-installing a wheel with an impact gun right behind him!They would not assume responsibility for the damage. They would not repair the damage at no cost. They would not even negotiate a price reduction. I could leave my car until they got to it however, but they are short staffed today. Oddly, I was told that they could not make an appointment - first come, first served.
This store is very comfortable and clean, so you dont mind waiting for your car.

Brought my truck in for a tire change. Called me at closing time to tell me they couldnt remove lug nuts from my tire and Id have to leave I overnight. Next day, they break 2 of the lug bolts and charge me 70 dollars to replace them. I tell them I have to leave for work by 5 and the guy tells me they are wrapping it up and it just went up for alignment.. should be about 30 minutes. I arrive here 30 minutes later, and see my truck being pulled around. To be put on the alignment rack! How does it take tire mechanics 2 days to change 4 tires with a lift and air wrenches when I can do 1 myself with a jack and tire tool in 30 minutes??
Kept having issues with my car battery/alternator/starter. Couldnt figure out which one was the culprit. Had previously been to the Firestone on Carrollton (closer to my home) and had not had luck or a good experience. Decided to go here based on previous experience even though it was further away and harder to get accommodations when leaving my car behind. So glad I made this decision. They discovered that my starter was falling (after i had already replaced the battery and was preparing to replace other unneeded items) a few months later i started having the same issue and couldnt believe it. I called, they took me the same day and replaced the starter that was defective with very little interruption to my day and no cost to me. I have made a point to use them more since this.
I went in to get a new tire, and everything was great until the guy opened his mouth. He scowled at me and told me that hes really short-staffed. He then asked me to go get the tire from my car and bring it in so he could look at it. If I didnt, he said it would take a couple hours. So, I went somewhere else.
I went to this Firestone with my husband on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. I knew I needed to have at least two tires replaced, before we made a cross country move. They scheduled me an appointment for 11:30am the next day and said it would only take about 1 hour to do.I showed up with my car at 11:15am on Wednesday, February 17. I stressed to them that my husband and I were driving across the country that afternoon, I am pregnant, and it was extremely important for everything to be safe and secure. They did end up replacing 3 of my tires and preforming an alignment. The process took 2 1/2 hours, instead of the 1 hour they told me. They assured me that everything looked good and my car was ready to go.That night, my husband and I started our move. We were only 2 hours (about 120 miles) outside of New Orleans, when one of my tires they replaced earlier that day blew out. After getting the spare tire on, we drove the car to the nearest Firestone store, which was in Hattiesburg, MS. They said that when the Firestone on Clearview Pkwy, replaced my tire, they did not install the stem valve correctly. They also did not reset my tire pressure monitoring system. These mistakes caused the tire to go flat, and then get cut on the rim, causing it to blowout.The Firestone in Hattiesburg, MS, did replace the tire and got us back on the road. However, my tire pressure monitoring system is now broken. We were extremely disappointed with the service provided at the Firestone on Clearview Pkwy. The Firestone on Clearview Pkwy caused huge loss of time, money, and a whole lot of extra, undue stress. Awful experience.
I came to get new tires mounted and an alignment. Service here is terrible. It’s was over two hours until I got my car back for these simple things. Employees just stand around on their phones instead of working and they playing loud rap music with foul language with children around. They have no respect for their customers. They came back saying I needed a new air filter and I just got my car serviced 3 weeks ago. Do not come here, you will be waiting for hours for simple things and they will try to make you buy things you do not need.

I have been to many firestones with absolutely no problems but never to one that the staff was so incompetent that they couldnt align a simple after market camber arm. First they tried to tell me it wouldnt drive up their rack when i asked if they had a different rack then all the other firestones they said they didnt know. I asked to look at the rack told him it would be fine. Then came up with another excuse of why he couldnt do it his techs didnt feel comfortable with it. All this after waiting 1 1/2 hours so they could refuse service my guess is because I have had the lifetime alignment and they knew they werent going to get any more money. Thankfully after reading these reviews Im glad I decided to go to another store. Hopefully firestone reads these complaints and changes somthing up in that store. I wont ever go there again.
