My experience was very pleasant. A young lady, Bre, was very patient, pleasant & helpful with my two girls as they searched for sneakers. The store had heavy traffic and all associates were pretty busy, but they were all working well as a team!

I had just walked out of Vans in the mall where the staff would rather play around and talk to each other. It was completely opposite here. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Good job! I will be back.

Nice footlocker fully stocked prices are usual for footlocker the best part of going to this store is the employees.... Very friendly very helpful. The draw back... Located in the center of of the busiest mall in the area and it is huge.

Service is terrible. Most of the time the employees dont even say anything to you when you walk in and if by some chance they do offer assistance or you hunt them down for a shoe, the employees act like youre jabbing them in the eye with a giant needle. Its ridiculous. Its not all the employees like the girl working the register was respectful and the manager seemed like he had his head on but the rest was horrific. Recommend you just go online.
