Ms. Danielle helped us with ordering a new pair of shoes for our daughter that they didnt have in stock. She was very friendly, very through and very professional over the phone and even more so when we got to the store and meet her. I knew exactly what I wanted and was not disappointed. Not only did they have the selection I wanted, in my size, the service provided by the manager, Alyssa, was beyond expectation:Personable, helpful, professional. Whatever you are paying her, Journeys, its probably not enough and Id steal her for my own business if shed come. I hate shopping in todays world but this store made it a pleasant and successful endeavor. Thank you.

Hard to get employees to acknowledge you are in the store. Only reason I did not walk out was they had the shoes I wanted. Employee attitude improved once they realized I was actually buying something.
