Ray and his team were awesome! Tuxedos fit perfectly, not like the other places that give you baggy shirts and pants and that dont fit correctly. Ray took the time to make sure he had the correct measurements for each of us, and it showed in the end. Will absolutely be back!

When it comes to formal menswear, my experience at NOT has been one that is shared by many, 5 star service. I purchased a navy blue slim suit from them and was floored at how attentive and helpful the owner was. For women, buying menswear can be a bit out of our wheelhouse, so heading to NOT with an idea and event in mind is all you need to walk out with a great ensemble for your date. Measurements are accurate and their selection of colors and styles is wide but also not overwhelming. I would definitely head over to the W Napoleon shop for your next event!

Worked directly with Ray Boudreaux throughout the entirety of our wedding planning process and he was able to (with flying colors) juggle a wedding party of 15 - most of which were from 6 different states other than Louisiana. I was wrong to expect issues due to our special challenging situation, because they were absolutely terrific. I didn’t exactly provide as much lead time as most likely would, but that was no issue at all for Ray and his team. Would refer him to anyone looking for a painless wedding planning task 10 times out of 10.

Terrible service.I rented a tuxedo for week, to wear at a family wedding out of the country.The owner took my measurements and prepared the Tuxedo to be picked. The price was $160.Long story short, all the measurements were terribly off, making to tuxedo not wearable.When I returned the tuxedo, owner was not even willing to give a discount for his mistakes in measurements. big waste of money, and even bigger disappointment from a very bad customer service
