I got in a crash with a rental car and needed it fixed in a week. SK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND . I bought it in Monday and got it back Friday. The body work was so good, I wished this rental car was my own car after paying for the work. I told them to do minimal just to make it look presentable to return . BUT THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE GIVEN QUOTE. I went to my own body shop but the quote was 1000$ more than SK. The quality that SK did was amazing for $1000 less. Shadi went above and beyond to look for after-market price even the other body shop couldn’t find. 10/10 highly recommend these guys!!! Shadi and Mike at SK were amazing. We were on the first day of a 3 week camping trip when our bumper sheared off on the camper. We were stuck in Haverhill and found this great shop. They were open on Saturday and fit us in so we could get back on the road with our two kids and two dogs waiting. Can’t say enough good things about their kind actions, helpfulness and ability to quickly access and make the fix to the bumper so it will hold the weight of our bikes and other things for our trip. I was able to make an appointment easily and they were able to accommodate my non-traditional schedule. When I arrived, they went over everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost (very reasonable). From start to finish, they were extremely transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. When I picked up my baby, it was sparkling clean and looked brand new! All of the bumps, dings, and nicks were gone and the inside was cleaned too! I couldnt be happier with the results and will definitely be going back (if I need to).

Shadi is not only very personable and knowledgeable, but he’s more than fair on pricing. He makes you feel like you’ve been a part of his family for years. I had dings, dents, bumps and scratches all around my truck. Along with a poor prior repair for some damage on the bedside of my truck (done in CT before I owned it) Shadi had me point out everything I wanted fixed and he by far exceeded my expectations. My car was supposes to be there a week for some minor cosmetics... took 5!! Every week they say next week... not fun... the first time I called, after a week, they said I can come get it while they waited on a door part, but they would charge me a bunch to put the door back on which wouldnt have counted toward the final bill... was only supposed to be another week so I left it and before I knew it it had been 5 weeks when I could finally pick it up... I will not go back and I actually need some more body work done on another car...

The car looks brand new! they did a wonderful job with the paint and assuring that every details was taken care of. They even detailed my car for free. They did an amazing job on plasti-dipping my wheels black. It completed changed the look of my car. I would also recommend the headlight restoration option as now my headlights look and perform better. At night the HID headlights shine much brighter because the headlight is much clearer to shine through.

I broke my 2015 Honda drivers side rear view mirror when I hit some ice, and slid into the side of my garage. I guess I was just the unlucky customer. I didnt experience any thing like the reviews listed. Although the staff was friendly, they had my car for an entire month to paint it and get my subframe replaced. They also never addressed the original problem with the rear suspension that was wearing out my tires, even though I gave the paperwork directly from the Honda dealership. It cost me a lot more money and time than apparently everyone else experienced.
