Superior customer service. Need a phone go to this dealer and ask for Mikey. You will be appreciated and very well treated. He tells you straight exactly what the deal is! Ask him anything, so helpful. We went to him right after walking out on rude salesman at a different dealer.
This was a great experience, purchasing the iPhone 13 Pro. The individual who helped was fantastic. Her name was Catherine and she was quite knowledgeable as well as friendly and easy going. Kudos to her and the Verizon store at the Loop in Methuen. If her boss reads this, give that girl a raise!!!!
Methuen Verizon store is the worst store. I ordered a IPHONE 13 Pro over a month and half ago. They told me it would be there Oct 1 then it wasn’t and they made every excuse possible by passing the buck and me speaking to multiple people. Each person said I don’t know where it is. The next time I called was after the first week in October and they said oh it’s in the Revere store and there’s a agent that will bring it to Methuen tomorrow. That didn’t happen. Then this past week they say it will be here on Tuesday and that didn’t happen so Friday they said it will definitely be here on Sunday morning and after just calling now as I’m writing this the guy says well I don’t know where r phone is and I didn’t sell it to u. He claims he will ask around as he put it and let me know if anyone knows where it is! Terrible customer service!!!
I have worked with Bonney for a few years now and my family has been very happy. She is professional, responsive and proactive. Honestly, she is the reason we stay with Verizon and why we have purchased so many new phones from that location. It is all about relationships and Bonney is the key relationship face of Verizon for us.
I went in today because my cell was damaged over the weekend. Bonnie at the store in Methuen went above and beyond. She understood how important it was for me to get a phone, as I run a business. There was another gentleman there ( I didn’t catch his name, sorry) working with her, and the teamwork displayed was fantastic. Truly how people should work together. Only Verizon store I’d go back to.Thank you!!!
Ive been a customer for many years and this is by far the best store. Employees are very polite, nice and extremely knowledgeable. They answer every question and if they cant they ask a co-worker or research it. They arent just going for the biggest sale - they try everything to get you a deal. Highly recommend!
Cat helped yesterday with an issue I was having - not receiving text messages on a newly issued work phone. She was able to assess that I needed an updated SIM card, and backed up all my contacts from the old card. By the time I left, I was receiving texts and ready to continue on with my work day. Both she and the young gentleman she was training made the experience a pleasant break in my day - and you cant say that often these days when youre trying to get a problem resolved. Id happily return to this location - great customer service.

Yesterday, I decided to turn in my Apple mobile phone that was giving me trouble. I ended up at the Verizon store at the Loop in Methuen where I met Bonney Hewett. She assisted me in finding a phone that suited my needs and proceeded to configure it for me. I couldnt have asked for better, professional service than what she provided.
Ty daSilva was the young man who assisted me with a malfunction on my phone. The young man was extremely knowledgeable and made my time at the store painless. They explained everything in detail, in a way that it was easy to understand everything with all the changes involved. Best part was there was no pressure! After struggling with the VZW web site, which for me has been poorly designed, pushes add on and new sales, for several days it was so great to have such solid, knowledgeable, and service-oriented professionals to work with. He was able to help me with getting a new phone, while being knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He also made every effort to check if we could lower our phone bill, which is always appreciated. 😀 I never felt like I was forced to buy anything, and I feel comfortable with my purchases and phone. Went in to transfer a line from an ATT company account to Verizon and add it to the family account. Was assisted by Kyle Harrington, and he patiently walked me through the entire process and ensured it was switched over successfully. He was also very helpful in updating our old family plan to the new Verizon plans that just came out last month, saving us $50 per month. Top notch service all the way around.
Nelson was absolutely amazing! He helped us through so many loop holes and was so patient! He even stayed on the phone with us after the store closed until everything was sorted out! Best phone retailer experience I have ever had and highly recommend!

When my cell phone died last week at work, I had three hours to get a new phone and get on the road for an out of town trip. I was stressed beyond belief. The service that I received at this store was second to none. The sales people were friendly, professional and above all else, knowledgable. They switched my old phone out for my new one and the process was seamless. They explained things about my phone I didnt even know existed after four years! I highly recommend this store and will go back there for any of my cell phone needs! PS The follow up with my plan and purchase was fantastic.
Very nice employees and very knowledgeable. But be aware that they will sign your name up in their database and you will start getting a lot of emails and they wont ask your permission.

Worst experience ever for what should have been a simple exchange of a NEW 7 day old defective phone. Employees working that day were unprofessional.
Went in to pay a bill and was told it would be a few minutes. So I gladly waited thinking it wouldnt be too long. Meanwhile, shes teaching this lady how to use every single thing on an iPhone and then starts talking to her about college and jobs and creating small talk, while I am still waiting and waiting, having to get back to work. It would have taken five seconds to let me pay my bill and have that lady sit there for the few seconds and play with her new iPhone. I understand being busy, but multi-tasking is a great quality to have when working. Wont be paying my bill here any longer or going here for anything else at all.
Terrible customer service. I went in to switch phones, I explained to the service rep I did not know how to clear my old iPhone & switch the SIM cards or setup the phone. She gave an attitude immediately, grabbed the phones & took the SIM card out of the broken phone only. Rudely asked what my account info was. I explained I still don’t know how to factory reset my iPhone. She rolled her eyes & reset everything. Tried selling me a new phone case. I said I don’t need one, I just need to switch the phones for now. She took the SIM card out of the broken phone & let the iPhone reset. Told me, all set. Walked away & started helping another customer. I waited for the iPhone to finish resetting. She rudely looked up from across the room and said “do you need something? I said you’re all set. You can leave now.” I said, “I was waiting for you to help me switch the phones.” She said “you never said that. I’m helping someone else. You’ll have to sit there & wait now.” I said “if that’s the case, I’d like a manager.” She said “That’s me! You’re looking at her. You’ll have to wait, I’m busy now.” I left & went to another store. This manager needs to learn customer service and how to speak to customers. As soon as, I left the store, she said something that apparently was amusing because I walked back in & the other rep Nick was laughing. I will never step foot in the Methuen store again. Salem NH was much more helpful & pleasant. The phone was not “all set” the SIM card she switched wasn’t working in the phone. I ended up needing a new card for my phone. Instead of sending people away, she should also check & make sure everything is working.
Kyle fix my iPad holder in a few seconds, which is something that Andover office said that couldn’t be done. He was excellent!! Always going to come back to this store!

I was very satisfied with the customer service at this store. Sales rep Matt Kahn was extremely helpful in helping me select the right phone for my needs. He listened to my concerns and happily and patiently answered all of my questions, also showing me how to use the phone that I ended up purchasing. He spent as much time with me as I needed and I did not at any time feel pressured for time or to purchase any items. I recommend this store and ask for Matt!
Ive been in this store several times now to assist an elderly friend, and without fail we receive courteous and patient service. While there today Ramell made a special effort to help my friend navigate her new phone, treated us both with respect and smiles, never rushed her. Very much appreciated.

My phone died out of nowhere today, but he was able to make my frustrating experience more tolerable and at the end of the day I ended up with a great phone!
BUYER BEWARE of questionable sales tactics at this location. While there may be two sides to every story, I believe this location and its sales rep completely deceived my family into an upgrade that will cost us much more than it should have. And when I went to return the phone, they claimed part of the transaction cant be reversed, which will essentially cost me $175 that I could have avoided if they were more upfront with what they were selling.I was certainly frustrated when I tried to make the return, and was surprised when the same sales rep was very quick to take my frustration and throw it back at me. He was sleazy, even my 14yo could recognize that. I asked for who the manager was, and he tries to tell me that everyone is a manager here. He was wrong, a guy like that isnt manager material. I have talked time the manager, and he hasnt been much help yet to resolving my issue, but Ill update if and when they provide resolution.And when asked if they are a corporate verizon store, the answer he gave was yes. But they are not. They are an authorized reseller. While everyones experience will not be the same, I Urge you to skip this store and get your Verizon business elsewhere.

I was there to sign up for service for two phones I had already bought. the one waiting on me tried to talk me into one of their phones by insulting the phone I had saying it was for old people and then being so incredulous because he could save me $1200 IF I spent $700 on two MORE phones.

This was by far the best experience Ive had getting a new phone...having lost my phone, I was already upset, and Ben made my visit wonderful...he set me up with a brand new phone, set it, and showed me how to use it....however, what really made my visit, was that when I asked him to help me set up my blue tooth...he took the time, went to my car, read my car manual and set it up for me...thats above and beyond service...thanks Ben!!!

Broke my phone today and was stressing all day about going in. My first step into the I was greeted by the friendly staff Kevin and Cisco and I knew the process was going to go smoothly. Cisco worked with me and helped me pick out the perfect phone ( Moto Z) for my lifestyle and price range. They were closing soon but Kevin and Cisco didnt mind spending the extra time helping me understand my plan, my phone, finding the perfect case, and even applying the screen protector for me! Very thankful I went to this location and super pleased with the service I got! 10/10
This place... Listen! If you want an unpleasant experience, and want to deal with idiots, I mean people. Who ironically dont know anything about phone tech. Then come to this place, the employees at this store half the time dont even know whats going on. The management sucks and they barely carry any devices or accessories. Go somewhere else. Oh & watch out for Doug & John hes one of the biggest morons there is.

Living near the loop has made me live this new location. I used to have to go to the mall (which is a pain if your on the run) or go to BJs which has a Verizon in it as well.Well... Lemme start by saying that this location is perfect for Verizon. Its in the loop, one of the most visited attraction in Methuen. Its by the Home Depot, supermarket Shaws, clothing stores Gap, Old Navy, etc, and even a movie theater and resturaunts. Its right off 213 which is near 495 and 93 for any people that take either highways. Ok now that Ive clarified that its location is perfect.The store and the customer service is phenomenal. Ive gone in 3 times since theyve open to resolve issues with my phone and other family members phones as well. I was assisted by Alex and Casey within the several time i went in who each were great agents. Knowing that Im not very techs, they were able to set up my new phone with all the info backed up and the personal settings just how I wanted it. Packed up my old phone as directed and even offered me some coffee.They were able to get each issue fixed and had me outta there within an hour or less. I highly recommend this new location and these agents for their care was amazing and really tended to the customers needs.
GO TO THE ROCKINGHAM VERIZON AND ASK FOR PATRICK OR JERELL FOR A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. This place is garbage every single person there has no idea what they do ruined my account by adding a device that I didnt want. Requested a iPad mini on my behalf of my account and never called me when it arrived saying there trying to track it down because it went to Boston and then a month later say it was in the back of the store in inventory. This is an indirect store and if they mess up which they did with my account they are unable to fix the mistake they make.
I went into the Methuen store because my kids were burning through my data, and I wasnt sure what to do. The rep went above and beyond to get me 4 more gbs of data and walked me through how to set up the unlimited feature. I didnt know that this option was available. This is now my go to store. Verizon needs more reps like this.
