I received an edible arrangement from my cousin, which was missing one of the four fruits. When she called to request a partial refund for the missing fruit the employee offered to send it back out to me immediately instead. The employee asked if it was my birthday, and upon hearing that the arrangement was being sent because my family is having to put our dog down they went above and beyond and sent flowers in addition to the missing fruit. AMAZING customer service. 11/10 would recommend.Thank you for your kindness.

I ordered a box of mixed dipped fruit for my cousin who is putting her dog down as a way to cheer her up a bit. I initially ordered a box with apples, strawberries, bananas and pineapple, however the box that was delivered did not have pineapple. I called and spoke with an employee (I can’t remember if his name was Ruben or Ramon I’m sorry!!) who immediately offered to send the pineapple out to her. Amazing customer service and such a delicious treat! I know it put a smile on her face, thank you!!!Update: so they delivered my cousin’s pineapple but also gifted her an absolutely beautiful floral arrangement and a delicious cheesecake. I am so impressed and blown away! Seriously so thoughtful I cannot thank you guys enough.

I want to extend a HUGE shoutout to the young man that delivered my Mothers Day bouquet. I just had surgery and have to use a walker. When I opened the door, the young man ask me if I would like him to bring the fruit into my condo. I told him that it would be very helpful. There are not many teens that would consider helping. Thank you young man, your parents brought you up to respect, honor elder citizens.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. I am so mad. I ordered a balloon, 12 chocolate dipped strawberries, and a teddy bear. The first time they didn’t have the balloons, the second time, they gave me the wrong order and it was all smushed. I called and let them know, she said she’ll make it right. THE THIRD TIME, they STILL gave me the wrong order. Unbelievable. Worst place ever. Completely ruined Valentine’s Day for my boyfriend.

I had a bad experience today !I placed an order last night to be delivered today! I tracked the delivery and it took so long while in truck! I called them around 5PM and they assured me it will be delivered within an hour. 2 hours have passed nothing has delivered and they updated the tracker as delivered !!!!!!They ruined the surprise for us!Definitely requesting a Full refund!-----UPDATE-----i sent them an email, but did not hear back from them

I got something for my girlfriends birthday and wasnt what it was supposed to be only a few apples had caramel and it looks like some of the apples were starting to rot..I gave 3 stars because the person that helped me was very nice

Boyfriend bought me chocolate covered strawberries from here and it looks like the job was rushed.Presentation was nice but,some of the chocolate had remainders of other frosting from different projects on the bottom (I.e- there was green and blue frosting....) and the strawberries were not fresh.Disappointed. I will stick to revere’s location.

We have received at least four fruit baskets in the past year and most of the fruit is not ripe with very little taste. I do not recommend.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries the day before my daughters birthday and it arrived on time and the delivery person called me to tell me they left the package for her at the apartment office because they were unable to reach my daughter. So not only was the product great but the communication of the delivery was too. I would definitely use this Edible Arrangements location again.

What was delivered, was EXACTLY what I saw on the website, and we all know many times, that isnt the case. We dont always get what we pay for. Absolutely satisfied and so was my Auntie on her birthday....Thank You from my heart.

I ordered the sympathy arrangement with the doves made from pineapples and covered with white chocolate. The recipients really enjoyed the arrangement and I was very happy with the arrangement and the service.

Great little shop! We stopped in Saturday afternoon and the guy running the place was a sweetheart! Very polite and courteous. :) the froyo was ddlicious!! And the fruit is always fresh.. I love the chocolate covered everything!! We will definitely be regular customers!

The arrangement looked wonderful, however the strawberries had turned bad. I called the store the next morning and the manager said they would deliver a fresh arrangement to me same day. I called when they first opened and it took all day for the delivery to arrive. I spoke to the manager 30 minutes before I was supposed to leave work to see if the arrangement would make it in time. The manager was short with me and said my location is 10 minutes from them and they will get to me in time. The delivery guy that brought the original arrangement told me it took him 20 minutes just to find me in the building. Poor customer service on the managers behalf.
