This place use to be customer oriented when they had their full time manager, and old owner. NOT ANY MORE. Service is non-existant, and employees are not well trained and rude, especially in the usps area. I know this is a usps annex, but its owned and staffed by the owner of Howe st. AVOID AT ALL COST. GOING TO A MAIN USPS BRANCH WILL BE QUICKER AND NICER.
