High five to your driver for riding on my bumper during a snow storm as if that was going to make the 8 cars ahead of me go faster

This is the worst company with the worst service I’ve ever seen. Sad that company like Rational Ovens Put there name and service with company like Vally.

Amazing service! I was using another service company how had been out over 12 times in the past 3 months working on my Rational Combi, they couldnt get it running right just kept ordering parts I called rational who recommended using Valley. They came out and had the unit running at 100% the 1st trip. I will now use Valley for all my restaurants service needs. Thanks Valley!!!

Way too slow to respond. Way too expensive. I now use Casco Food Equipment Repair out of Manchester NH. Great company to deal with.

**Techs are delightful to work with and office is honest & arrived in a timely manner.Valley has never been a disappointment :)

Only there to deliver some copier machines

Two different service dispatchers(Casey,Marie) blew me off for 2 weeks, made 5 appointments to fix 1 piece of commercial equipment in a large function facility, said that they would be there 5 different times and never showed up or called. Do not even bother to call these people, complete waste of time .

They just take too long(DAYS ) to show up even if its emergency,

Worst service, take long time ( couple of days) to solve the problem...do not trust them if they say that they will come back in a month if something goes wrong with the appliance they repaired verbally as they wont come back to repair again even though the appliance they repaired is broke down in a week of repair unless you pay them in advance.
