As a first-timer, Devan made me feel so unbelievably comfortable. She was professional, efficient, and such a sweetheart. Will definitely be coming back and requesting Devan!!

If I give this place zero stars I definitely will. I got waxed on 7/25 and when I got home I called and again on 7/26 and told the receptionist that I still have pockets of hair that they never removed. I have paid to have jobs hair on the body part I have paid for and expect to not have hair there. When I called in again on 7/26 and spoke to a so called manager Christine that day, she stated that this is not her store and she doesn’t know who the manager is. When I asked her if they can accommodate me for Tuesday on 7/27 she said she doesn’t know and she doesn’t even know the manager. Probably they should re-train these waxers so they can do a correct job. Can’t even get anyone to assist when you got a terrible service. Word of advise stay away from this location. It’s over priced and nasty customer service!!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STARS I WOULD! Walked in at 10:39am … there’s a 9 min grace period! So I was right on time! SHAKEETA the manager checked in a 10:45am appointment before me and allowed her to go before me when my appointment was at 10:30 and I arrive in my 9 min window. I wasnt able to arrive at 10:30 because there was a hurricane the day prior (9/1/2021) and most roads were closed. Not only did she allow the 10:45 appointment go before me but she told me I’d have to wait 20 mins to be seen only to find out it would be with another waxer that wasn’t the original person I requested. So now I have to wait an hour to be seen by the waxer I had an appointment with. Poor customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Everyone knows there was a bad storm and most roads were closed due to flooding. Before checking in someone before me if you cared about your customers you could of called just to verify if I was coming !!!

Natalia did a fantastic job with my Brazilian, leg and underarm wax. Quick, thorough and didnt hurt much considering it had been a long time! Ill definitely return!

I came for an under arm wax after having heard from friends that they had a great experience with bikini waxing by Shavonne. She was great, made me comfortable, and she was very nice. Not awkward at all. Happy I went.

I was so happy I was able to get an appointment I booked online and scheduled on my day I had in mind. The check in process was simple scan the QR code from your phone, then you send a text for check in and wait for them to get you in. The receptionist asked me a series of questions and took my temp before my appointment. Dena was awesome she was very sweet and informed me of the cleaning process due to Covid-19. I would highly recommend you see Dena!! I had been to this location in the past and the service is always great, it was no different today!

Perfect in every way. Check in was easy, very professional staff, clean room and very attentive and quick service. I would definitely recommend it and will be coming back to this location going forward.

As a first time customer, I was dissatisfied with the quality of promotion offerings, cleanliness, and product with European Wax Center. First, I find it offensive how this company only offers first time promotion offerings to females and not males. When I entered the store, I let the front desk know how I am a first time customer and asked if they are running any deals for new customers. The women told me that there is nothing for men, but there are promotions for women; however, she can input me in the system as a new customer. This is uncalled for especially during a time where gender inequality is a sensitive topic. Second, the overall cleanup after my appointment was poor - I still had dry wax spots all over my skin and on my clothes. Lastly, with residual wax still on my skin, the wax was tough to clean off and took a while to remove in the shower. I do not recommend European Wax Center and will not be returning!

So, I went in to try a bikini wax for the 1st time ever. They were very nice, and its very clean. But the actual service done was not good. The person left all kinds of hairs in places she waxed. I thought maybe since it was a complimentary service, she didnt give it her all in doing a good job. But then I Thought to myself that if this is a complimentary service, they would want to do their best job so the customer comes back? I wont be back to waste my money on this kind of work. Why would I pay those prices to have just an ok job done and left with hair where their should be none? Especially when right down the road theres a place that does it much cheaper. No thanks.

Very pleasant atmosphere to start my waxing experience. I was so.pleased to have Jordan as my waxing technician because she did an excellent job. My experience was comfortable, her skills were professional, gentle and painless. All of these attributes are important to me. I definitely will return for all of my waxing needs.

I have been using EWC for a couple years now. I have an allergy to most adhesives, but the wax here seems to be much better on my skin. I have never had my skin peeled away and Ive always had such good experiences. The front desk ladies are always nice and everything is quick and easy to do.For a little over a year I have been going to Jordan and followed her here from another location. She was the first person to give me a Brazilian, which can be nerve wracking the first time. I felt very comfortable and always have since then. She does a clean and quick job and is great to talk to. She makes the experience stress free and honestly I look forward to my visits.

This was my first coming here for a wax and I was very dissatisfied. Not only did I experience the worst pain in my life ( yes worse than delivering a child) the attendant was rude and sarcastic. I felt she may have been unqualified and request she ask for help but she refused. As I lay my bare butt on the table I was furious and ready to get up to ask for help. I felt violated and mistreated. After another employee took over I knew she was inexperienced. I reported this to the manager and I was fortunate enough to receive an apology. Due to the lack of sympathy for a new client I would not recommend this location to anyone unless you have a special professional to offer you service.

I live near the Howell location so I usually go to that one. But one day my waxer was unavailable so I tried this location instead. I got my waxing done by Dena Z. who not only is a good friend of mine but she is also an amazing wax specialist! She made me feel very comfortable and she made sure to get the job done properly and precisely. I would highly recommend her to anyone whos looking into waxing and is in the area! Will definitely go back to this location soon just for her alone!Oh and also the staff there is very nice and professional and the place is very clean!

Although the idea of getting waxed was a little scary because of the heated wax etc, Jordan put me at ease. She was friendly, professional and did a great job. Im not going back to razors, creams or other non professionals. Shes the best.

I have been going for close to two years- Chay is an angel!! She is an expert at her craft and always makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her and this location. Clean atmosphere, good follow up on appointments.

I got my eyebrows done, and they are literally 2 totally different shapes. I can’t believe google won’t let me post a picture. Thankfully it was my first time going so it was free but I can’t believe how bad they look. I wish I notice while I was there so they could’ve fixed them.

What has happened to customer service? I called yesterday for an 8:30 a.m. appointment this morning and when I showed up they told me that they never put me in for 8:30 and I could come back at 11??? I woke up for an appointment that was scheduled and instead of accommodating me while I was there they suggested I come back later due to their own faults. They also offered to put some points in my account. Great customer service is not putting points in someones account great customer service is accommodating the 8:30 appointment you failed to schedule while the client is still present. if I wanted or if I was available for an 11 a.m. appointment I would have scheduled it then.

I have been to EWC in North Brunswick, Matawan, And Woodbridge and the Metuchen location is now my favorite. I have had multiple services (some I find to be completely unbearable) and Alexis is the only one who has ever made it literally so quick and painless. The front desk staff is informative and very pleasant. (I’m probably spelling her name wrong), but Casaya was so helpful and so sweet that I had to ask for her name for my review. All of these girls are great! I don’t think I could go to any other location again.

Started going to this location after I moved to Highland Park because its closer to me than the Woodbridge location. I usually go on Monday mornings/early afternoon so I have never experienced a wait. Staff has been professional and nice. I get a Brazilian from Chaylin and I was pleased with my service -she was detailed and efficient. I dont get any other service, but I would recommend her for a Brazilian.

My location is bridgewater and i get my service done at rt 202 location with Jordan. She is professional and always makes you feel comfortable. When i found out she is moving to metuchen location i was not happy lol. It is a ride for me, but Jordan is the only one i trust. She makes it less painful. I tried other people to service me, but they are painful. I super recommend Jordan she is the best! My first time in metuchen was two weeks ago. The place is very clean and i get to schedule my apt with Mikaela at the front desk she was very helpful.

The staff is always friendly, they have good deals when you purchase a pass, and the space is always clean.

OK so I wasn’t going to do this but as I sit in the car I’m a little annoyed with this location so I paid for one of the packages I think it’s like a 13 waxes and its over $400 now I did it so that if I didn’t have the funds (because I have other bills) you know and I still wanted to you know be waxed I could just walk in and walk out...pre-pay ! So tonight I had an appointment at this location my appointment was at 8 o’clock it’s took about 20 minutes so I come out the girl at the desk says do you want me to book you for four weeks I said no make it five she said OK same time I asked her what time and what day it was she said same day Tuesday I said OK fine just as I’m about to walk out she goes OK so where do you want to put your gratuity cash or card and I looked at her I said excuse me she goes where would you like to put your gratuity on your card Or cash so I kind of made a face like what and I said gratuity (I paused in bewilderment) and said do I have to? she goes no no but it is you know a service but no you don’t have to but it’s a service like she just kept repeating herself and goes but it’s totally up to you and then to myself I was like OK .....I’ve already paid you see I paid for the package to say that I have to have gratuity was a little nuts.... she stated it just like this “so where ARE you going to put your Gratuity” she didn’t say would you LIKE to leave a tip for your waxer I’ve been doing this for years and this is the first time that I’ve had somebody say where are you with emphasis on “ your”meaning you’re going to do it I was just so confused and then when I said no I’m not going to this time because I have tipped before plenty of times. She proceeds to snickers hee hee I was like what OK! I’m definitely not coming back to this location since gratuity is a must hear even if you paid like you don’t know what my Situation is you don’t know is in my pockets. I pre-paid because I know things can get a little rough sometimes but I will definitely never ever again come to this Location again the girl with the glasses with the Puff who is here on April 2 at about 8 o’clock is rude and I don’t appreciate the snicker while I’m standing there I choose not to because it is my right and I’m not saying that I shouldn’t have to leave a little gratuity but if I don’t have it I don’t have it you don’t know was going on in my pockets in my life. I pre-paid months ago so that I could do this and that’s the luxury you afford at no time did they say you have to leave a tip.
