Warning you to double check your scripts before you leave. The pharmacist and the check out counter personnel are not checking if all the scripts have been filled. This happened to me two times in one day I had to go back as I realized that some were missing when I got home. I called them back and they admit that they missed it but I was not happy when it happened a second time that same day. Two trips to CVS.

Picked up a photo here. Received good communication from Francesca about the item being out of stock and a call when the item came in. Much better experience at this location than the CVS in Piscataway.

Big time slackers. From the pharmacist manager to the store inventory keeper 0% professionalism. They just dont want to engage with the customer and provide any help. Seen better experiences of the pharmacist trying to help the customer and providing them options at different locations. Looks like these guys think they have shed money from their pocket if they provide customers more options or spend an extra minute addressing customer questions..

This CVS is fantastic. It has a great location in the heart of Metuchen and all the store staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The pharmacy is great as well. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. They have taken the time to get to know me and my fiancee and our medical needs. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. The old lady cashier gives a really hard time with offers and coupons.

I recently had to switch to CVS from Walgreens due to a change in my insurance, and I cannot believe the differences between the two. I never had a problem getting my prescriptions refilled at Walgreens, but this CVS sends refill requests that arent received, all of my refills are delayed, and it seems like they make absolutely no effort other than the absolute minimum required to get their paycheck. They have been rude every single time I have called, cutting me off mid-sentence and talking over me, and acting totally disinterested in helping to resolve any issues. If I had any choice in the matter I would be using Walgreens, because this CVS absolutely sucks.

The pharmacy is Metuchen is absolutely wonderful! Alla is so nice and extremely helpful. I will be inputting survey so that CVS knows how lucky they are to have such wonderful people working at their Metuchen pharmacy.

A little to pricey

Frosted mini wheats were on sale, (24 oz) two for seven dollars. They only had one box so I got a raincheck. About a month later I tried to use it, but again there was only one box. So I was going to buy the one box using the raincheck, but the woman behind the counter said the raincheck was changed from a one to a two. I was only buying one box anyway. I told the lady that was how I got it. She than says that I changed it. So basically she called me a liar, which got me angry, so I left. This isnt the first time that this woman had a nasty attitude towards me. CVS on Pearl Street in Metuchen needs an employee adjustment if they dont want to lose customers.

Excellent new store!! Different than other cvs. Service is awesome and the pharmacists are very helpful. especially the guy pharmacist Hamang.. is very knowledgable and helped me throughout the store.

There is NO restroom for customers. It doesnt make any sense since sometimes it takes longer than 30 minutes to picking up medication.

New store in the heart of Metuchen.

I have to go through the reviews to figure this lady rude to just me or there other ppl, who had similar experience. Francesca is extremely rude and unpleasant even our the phone.
