Today is Saturday July 31st 2021. I placed ammunition on order on 08/04/2020 with a total of $228.35 for 10 boxes of Hornady 300 Blackout subsonic. I understand the wait and the fact that everything is backordered due to the pandemic, so i was very patient for this ammo. 2 weeks ago, i received a phone call from graf & sons telling me the order finally came in and if I still wanted it. Awesome! Right? The total came out to $322.28 for 10 boxes when i backordered a year ago for $228.35. They refused to match the price i initially placed my order for which I do not think was professional nor was it right. Graf and sons allows you to backorder, that in my eyes means if you order something, even though you do not have that product, you should charge me the backorder price being as you allow backorders to be placed on your website.

Slowest shipping. I could have ordered somthing from china and gotten it quicker than this. 14-20 day shipping delay? Really? Get it together people.be warned. Unless you want to wait a month for shipping take your business elsewhere these people are slower than slow.

Placed my order on December 8th for black powder supplies. Called in last week to find out where it’s at and was told they were working on December 4ths orders still. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful but management not so much. Here we are (23rd) and still no progress. Black powder season starts this Saturday (26) and here I sit without my supplies that I thought was placed in a very timely manner to receive in time. I live within an hour from you guys and even told the lady that I would come up and sit them outside once I got there for a no contact pickup and was only told we can’t do that after she spoke to a manager I guess. I am a small business owner myself and know that at times things can get hectic but if a customer is going out of their way to help (offering to pickup), then it is my duty to give the customer SERVICE. I normally don’t ever give a bad review but this one has me feeling stuck.

This place has a horrible policy of requiring its customers to email their drivers licence to them to validate your billing and shipping information. Asking customers to email a photo id in an unecrypted email inorder to reduce fraud is a completely inappropriate online policy and one that only leads to more fraud. Verification of my identity and addresss occur when they charge my card with the address I provided, not to mention the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. I strongly suggest everyone avoid this company if you value your identity.

Placed order on December 5th. Got confirmation email. Called to check on order on the 21st hoping it would be here by Christmas. When I called the lady in customer service told me that it should ship out on the week of the 30th. Which was fine. Now its January 5th and I called. And was told my order was canceled. When I asked why she told me they emailed me because they need photo id. I never received an email and she said it was sent on the 16th. If that was true why wouldnt they ask me for it on the 21st when I called? I know things happen but, I dont like being lied to. Very bad way to handle customers. And now I am out a Christmas gift and have to return gifts that went with it. Because of course its now out of stock. I have a feeling someone more important wanted one and I got the boot.

Graf & sons has the most intuitive and easiest to navigate websites of the many reloading suppliers that i know of. Other suppliers are just fine but generally take some time to learn your way around their sites.Graf & sons also has a very good selection of obsolete brass.One price shipping and everything is always well packed.I check the site often and take advantage of specials such as free haz mat and stock up.I have spent thousands here and have no regrets. Graf &sons are an honest dealer.

I had ordered some large pistol primers in bulk (hard to find these days). I am a repeat customer...but really had to leave this review because of Melanie. She reached out because the item I ordered had been recalled. At the time those were the only primers showing in stock. Melanie was able to get the order switched out for some Federal Large Pistol Primers, and saved me money. The communication on the site was awesome! They were overrun during the Covid19 crisis but posted daily on the website on the progress of items. Really great to have service like this! Melanie deserves a raise haha! You now have a customer for life!

I have been a customer of Graf and Sons since the late 60s. I have never had a bad experience. Top notch company.

Pricing is typically much higher than Midsouth, Natchez, and slightly higher than MidwayUSA. Don’t let the Fixed Rate shipping fool you. You’re paying for it! Don’t take my word for it. Compare the final cost with Midsouth, Natchez and MidwayUSA. Most of the time, either one of those three come in lower than Grafs. For the few items I have ordered, getting the product out the door was usually 2 days longer than with Midsouth, Natchez or MidwayUSA.

A buddy and I took a short trip to shop in person at the store. Friendly and helpful sales person assisted in my purchase. There was a great selection of products on the shelves and prices were very competitive. It was a pleasant shopping experience for me and I do not like shopping. Will visit Graf and Sons more often for my reloading and shooting supplies.

Excellent personalized customer service.

Ordered a large quantity of hornady ammo. I was told it was in stock when I ordered. Took them two weeks to then tell me it was out of stock and they were mistaken. When I called them they were dishonest. Ultimately they increased the prices and had in stock the day after they cancelled my order. Price gouging at its finest. Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!

Placed 2 orders through the website and due to a computer glitch they would not honor the pricing that was paid for. I understand mistakes happen but that is not the fault of the consumer that is the fault of the company that had listed prices on its own website. ** Updated ** if so unusual then you would of thought the customer service rep would of tried to accommodate with something other than oops I can give you the 1k of primers cause that is what you paid for, or I can cancel. Actually no what I paid for was 5k of primers according to my receipt that was emailed to me.
