We purchased a new refrigerator, 8 months later we call to call sears because it is under warranty, it has been 6 weeks and my parts are still on backorder and we still dont know when its going to get fixed.. i have called several times and have no other options but wait...

I am done with Sears after this last visit... The lady working was very rude kept cutting me off when I was speaking and trying to talk over me. Try to do business locally but I will go where I am treated right and appreciated.
