Very clean place to shop, nice people running it, not to over crowed

Nice farm store with everything you would expect. Plenty of Ariat and Carhartt clothes as well as a good selection of dog supplies.

I bought a pair of Lee Jeans and a week later they ripped down the side of the back pocket. I brought the jeans and my receipt back and wanted to exchange for another pair. The cashier was going to exchange them when I assume he was a manager steps in and asked me had the jeans been washed. I explained that yes I had washed them once and he proceeds to go into this long drawn out excuse of if they have been washed we can’t exchange them. Even though I had the receipt and everything. I told him that was a crock, I spent 40.00 on a pair of jeans wore them once and you can’t exchange them. I will NEVER spend a dime in this store again. Lesson learned lie and say you haven’t washed them or you’re out 40.00 because of someone’s ridiculous policy. That will be the last penny you get from me.

Negative 2 stars, DO NOT RECOMMEND! There were over 30 people at the store, only saw 2 staff members. Mouth breathers coughing all over eachother in line. Not a single person was wearing a mask, not even the staff. There was no help to be had and no sh*ts to be given. And this is why I would rather drive an hour to the city to spend my money at TSC instead. I have spent thousands upon thousands at TSC over the past year because of their dedication to customer service and public safety. Thank goodness Tractor Supply Company bought out Orschelns, now maybe there will be some common sense safety protocols implemented at these stores. We shall see. For now, Im on the road heading folks, heading to the TSC store I trust. Never again Orschelns of Mexico, never again.!

Went in for t posts and fencing and miscellaneous items. Teenager that was working led me straight to everything. He even wanted to help load the fencing in my truck, but I needed to show him that someone twice his age could still do it.

Cashier wasnt very nice. Why do you hire young kids with bad customer service skills at all of your stores. So for 4 different stores 4 different kids. Grrrrr

Going here is always a joy, I can get different brands of bird feed that i cant find anywhere else here. Terrific service too!

I came to this store looking to buy a insulated cover alls to wear for cold weather. They had a large selection of different brands and i bought a pair.Its a good place to shop i encourage you to go there.

Everything I need when it comes to outdoor supplies. Buy a variety of specialty items and nick-nacks as well. Puppy shots, treats & fencing supplies. My kid enjoys going for the toys and candy.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I would like to see more items for goats besides feed and minerals, like medication. I hate to say it but Tractor Supply has so much more for goats and calves. And whatever happened to employees stopping and helping customers load stuff into their vehicles. Instead they look the other way or just keep on moving.

Just in town and had to stop by and walk the store. Picked up a couple of things. Love some of the clothes but.... too expensive for my blood.

Orschelns always has great customer service. They treat you like you are a family member there.

Nothing fancy, but you will find what you need from clothes to hardware. I like their work gloves, especially elk skin, and they carry my favorite licorice from Australia.

Personally its my favorite orcheln between the one in fulton and mexico, they seem to have more in stock the employees are helpful, and little more genuine in assisting you if you need help finding an item or if you are unsure of what exactly you need.

Staff was friendly loaded 6 horse mats into my van for me, these are not light. Very good service.

Often hard to find any staff in the isles when you need help. Clean but not much updated, also inventory is shifting more from farm service to clothes and lay consumer.
