I had gotten a dream machine from here, and from day one, my replacement hose has not been the correct hose for my machine. I have spoken to this office and the lincare home office and each blame each other for not getting my supplies correct. Seems like an easy fix but apparently its too difficult for them. I would just like to get my correct supplies in the mail and not have to take time away from work to drive to their office to exchange my hose. Which btw I usually have to wait a week for the correct supplies to be shipped to them.
