My mother is 90 years old and wanted to shop local. We picked up floor samples and then took them into the store to order. After showing the flooring she chose, mother and I sat in the showroom and asked questions about installation and pricing. We ordered it in August, willing to wait until October for delivery and installation. We contracted with a painter to paint the rooms to match her new flooring. Everything had to come down off the walls and all the furniture had to come out. The day the floor was to be laid, we took Mom out of her house. When we got home we discovered the floor they laid was not the floor she ordered. When I called the store, I was told it was not their fault. No apologies, no solution, just blamed us. It was our fault they ordered the wrong floor. The only reason they get 1 star is because the floor guy was good. We will no longer do business here.

I have simply been delivering flooring to these folks for years now. With that said, Chad and Brad are the absolute best and if I lived in the county you can bet Id be doing business with them.
