Great people. I talked to the new owner and they told me how the shop changed company. Service is so much better now then ever before, as long as you don’t completely destroy the scooter they give you your deposit back. Will be coming here soon again! I suggest it to everyone- literally the cheapest prices you’ll ever find in South Beach.

Horrible experience with my friend when we rented scooter do not go there unless youre prepared to call cops they are shady and find ways to charge you extra when you come back. its your own risk! and may god help them, they refused to give us the full deposit back when we did not break defect any item on there bike. They simply denied we gave them the deposit amount because it was cash.

We pay 300 dollars more because we where lost over the 71st street just 10min. They watch your position with GPS and if you’re not between the 1st and 71st street, even if it’s a mistake just for a minute they ask you 175 dollars/ scooteur!!! Absolute worst place to rent from ever!!! Rented a scooter for 24 hours after the second hour the scooter would not start and the office was closed... the next day he was very rude and unreasonable about the whole situation which clearly wasnt my fault that there was a mishap with the battery of the scooter. Needless to say everything about this bikes experience was AWFUL!!! And he wanted to argue to make it seem like I did something to the bike. Absolutely pathetic!! Had I read all these reviews stating how fraud these guys were prior I would of saved myself the hassle. DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

All they want to do is blame you for everything and then try and charge you for. Just a bunch of BS. I am really pist. I had a horrible experience with these guys. They made me give them $400 of security deposit for two scooters and only gave me $300 back. We had to call the police and everything. Even though we had proof of receipts, it would have to go through small claims court and since we were on vacation there was nothing we could really do about it. Horrible people! Please pay a little extra and go somewhere secure.

So i am the latest victim of this scam! So yes he is making false stories and trying to keep deposits! i am acctually dragging him to court, cause my caution made me take videos and record our conversations. I asked him to give me in writing what he is claiming, he refused to, even that i have in writing. Now according to my lawyer we can sue him together and shut him down good, please who ever else has been affected by this scam contact me and we can contest on basis of lack of good faith and fraudulent business practices in court!He feels very confident that nobody goes to court and he can scam whoever he wants.So he responds to everybody the same way! go get attorney, because he feels he cannot be touched, i have a contract!!!!Contract?? my friend you are frauding people, You will drop your bike he will stand there tell you yea go ahead you are good!!!! no problem and then wont answer your calls for 4 days! when you are wondering where your deposit is! then one fine day will just say i have contract you broke my bike i have your money! thats it!!! and then go around blocking all reviews from his pages. Further more Goes on his facebooks blocks all complains, and fraud claims, gets his family to write good reviews and tries to stay in business. i mean these people are encyclopedia of defrauding people. more i research them i find out so much on them for example i have found out he is not paying his taxes! His business sales and his taxation showings are no where in proportion. tax evasion, also hires illegal employees and they try to act like thugs when you try to tell them to give you your money. So please save your self and dont go there because he will just right under your post go get a lawyer!!! which i am!! also once more if you have been defrauded by them once please contact me! i and my lawyer are building a case to shut them down ! i am trying to contact the city and IRS with these findings.

When arriving to this location after being warned several times about scams I met this man named Pierre and I decided to give them a chance after all because he seemed friendly and knowledgeable But I shouldve listened to my gut feeling after returning the scooters in The same condition I made a video showing exactly how I brought back the scooter after walking inside to collect my deposit money he went out to inspect the scooter so I come outside to find him pulling wires out so he can keep my deposit money he is the biggest scam artist on South Beach beware this man and Company pray on the tourist I shouldve listened to the locals never received my deposit back

NOT HAPPYAfter renting a scooter at 12:30 and returning at 2:30 pm after going to lunch south of Miami Beach less than 1 mile back, I was told that I had not refueled (which is not feasible since There is no petrol station in the authorized area of ​​travel) and hop 5 dollars of retained on the deposit which makes a scooter which is more expensive to the mile traveled than to rent a hummer.Top of the foutage mouth, it explained to me that with us the French is always the same we are never happy!Are very strong Italians, even in MiamiCHOOSE ANOTHER SCOOTER RENTER
