This place has poor customer service and liars. I called on Saturday 10/30/2021 because i needed an fuel filter change. First they said they couldn’t do it because apparently it was to late so i they told me to come on Sunday 10/31/2021 at 7 in the morning so i can be first and they can attend me fast. I come at 7 am on 10/31/2021 and no one is here. Making me wake up early to come here and they are closed. Horrible service and service staffs.

The Miami Lakes Dodge dealer is a total scam with poor customer service. They are unprofessional and use shady tactics to trick customers. I received a phone call from a lady that works in this dealer claiming that there was an offer for a newer Dodge truck than mine and most importantly the monthly payment was going to be less than what I am currently paying right now with the new special promotion. Sounded too good to be true, so I asked her if they calculated with real current numbers and she ensured me it was real. She said they calculated all the numbers and claimed the numbers were accurate so all I had to do was to go in person to receive the promo and do the trade in. So I did, I went in person just to find out it was a scam. The dealer did not have any new trucks in stock (zero inventory) and the phone call was a lame, unethical and unprofessional tactic to waste my time and trick me into coming into the dealer with false information. I wasted my time and I do not recommend this dealer. The agent even drove me to the nearby parking lot where they keep the inventory and there was none. No promised promotion or new trucks at all. Later on, I figured out the dealer have a specific department that target current customers and trick them with misleading information so they can come into the dealer. They based the numbers in a program called AutoAlert which is a data mining software that gives the call center department information, but the actual dealer seller/agent does not even use that software or information at all. So why do the staff from the call center bothered to pretend the information is accurate when it is not. Also, when I spoke to the dealer staff they knew exactly what I was telling them, that they use nasty tactics and lies to bring customers in. Im sure if they lie at the beginning and show no respect to their customers time and money, they will keep on lying and tricking you during the sale/contact. What a shame the management does not care to provide good customer service, train your staff so poorly and make them do unethical things. Please do not go to this dealer. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

I had a really bad experience on this dealer. I went on 01/09/2021 for the service (oil change). The first thing I notice was that the car had the service done and nobody notified me, I was the one that asked after 2 and a half hours. When I got to the car, it was full of grease all over the car, in the door handle, steering wheel, in the door interior and exterior, in the armrest middle console, front bumper and on the hood. That was my first and last time at that dealer, I DON’T RECOMMEND TO GO THERE. I never got the survey to rate this poor service.
This dealer has a terrible service and they are not professionals. They tell you that they checked the car and they do not register it in their system and when you go again they say that one was not there and since it is not registered in the system you do not have proof that you were there or they give you an undated paper Neither signature of what they supposedly did and still they dont register it in their system and when you go they tell you the same thing. Ive been trying to fix my car for 2 months and nothing. My car started to shut down and the car said that it was low on oil and they at the dealer did an oil change and they told me that this type of car used the oil faster. The car kept turning off 5 more times and each time it turned off I would take it to the dealer again. Conclusion: the 5 time I took it, I had to leave it at the dealer and when they checked my car in their system it did not appear every time I had gone to the dealer, that is, they did not do the correct procedures. After that I had to leave my car there with them for 3 weeks so they could check it out and they never gave me a car so I could continue doing my things because they at the dealer said they didnt have a car to give me. They have very bad attention with the customer service and I am truly very dissatisfied with the attention of this dealer.
As usual my service with Chris Wilcox is outstanding! Hes fast and very educated on his job description. I absolutely love it when I come to Miami lakes dodge. I look for Chris everytime. I think without him the service department wont be a smooth sail.

It is been a bad experience my vehicle has been here for three weeks and they did not called me to let me know they have found nothing wrong with the truck. I came and they sais tompick upnthe vehicle but tbey did not give me the paperwork telling me what they did in the car. Service is really bad.

Was having issues with my Dodge Journey wouldnt start so i went there to find out battwey and alternator was bad had repairs took all day went back the next for brakes rotors and tires they never called me to lete know my cat was ready it was after 5 when i came back the mechanic was gone omce i pulled off the cat started shaking i called back multiple times they picked up then hung up. When i came back they said my rim was bent wont fix it. I escalated to a manager he said they didnt do it but can give me a 80 discount on a 600 rim. Went to the GM who attended to sell me a car statinf rhey dont bend rims. Like wth i dont want another car. What horrible customer service

I found a 2019 Dodge Challenger at a great price online. The pictures of the car looked good and as I stated, the price was good.I contacted the dealership to see if the car was still available because I live far away. I was told it was and was given an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I drove TWO HOURS to the delearship. Once there I was told they couldnt find the keys. Then I was told the car was offsite because of an issue with the bumper. The salesman drove me to the car which was maybe 3 blocks away. The car was outside and missing the entire front bumper. Not to mention the car was not even close to the condition seen in the pictures online. I dont know why these people scheduled a test drive when the vehicle wasnt driveable. This was a total waste of my time and gas.

Ive been coming to Miami Lakes Automall for over a year for maintenance since buying my Ram 1500 and have had an okay experience until this week. Gregory M. was helpful in getting me set up with my routine maintenance and always has been in the past. The issue i had was that whoever quoted my repair tried to overcharge me almost $200 for a part that i bought from your parts department a few months earlier. I bought the part in February for $86 and on the quote to get it repaired this week I was going to be charged $357. It was a hassle to even get the part that i purchased from you all because I was never even called to pick it up when it arrived. I had another issue with a warning light on in my car but I didnt get it repaired that day because i didnt trust the quote. I feel as though i have to get a second opinion on anything i bring to the dealer and at that point why would i keep coming back?
My buying experience was very nice, I got the deal that i wanted i less than a half an hour, the treatment and everything was great, my only complaint and the biggest is the bad costumer service that they have, Ive been trying to communicate with someone about a check that they should have paid me more than 40 days ago for a trade in and still have no answer, every time I call the dealer no one is available to tell me whats going on with the check, I left more that 10 messages to different people in different departments explaining my problem and never got an answer back, I went to the dealer, talked with a financial guy and told me to communicate with him that he will find out, there was an error in the address, but still havent heard of him, I spoke to the General Sales Manager to tell my problem and he told the guy that sold me the car to take care of me, unbelievable, so there is no one you can go and give you complaint, I couldnt find out any General Dealer Manager to tell my problem, I guess there isnt one, a guy told me the sales manager was the general manager but as you can see he didnt care about my problem, When they wanted to sell me the car I received calls every day, more than one a day, now that they sold the car to me is not there problem anymore what happens to you, thats not how you treat you clients,today still trying to communicate and find out whats going on. I never give a review neither good or bad, if I like a place I go back and if I dont i just dont go back, but I wanted to share my bad experience so far so that if you go to get a car there, is a very good place to get a good deal just make sure to fix all your problems before you get out of the dealer with you car

My service was pretty good, you can get packages first oil change which comes out cheaper in the long run than paying for individual oil changes. Service was fast as profesional. I came to get a car for black friday advertised for the whole month of november and the advertisement said they had many to choose from. I even called twice today and they told m they had plenty. I came the same day and they told me they dont have it any more they sold out and that deal is not available in all florida. False advertisement Alert.

Worst Buying experience ever. Bought a new truck it had tire issues, electrical issues, Moisture in the headlight and insulted. been at the dealer 6 times since my purchase in a two week period. Service Advisor were pleasant to deal with. But what a waste of time this whole thing has been. Then when i brought up some compensation for my time they were like sure let see what we can do . When I went to claim it now nobody knows what i am talking about. lesson learned dont ever buy a car here.

You know how an experience can start well but end up terrible? Thats this place. New management supposedly but that didn’t help. Actually, part of my terrible experience is *because* of the new management. I know car dealerships are generally bad places. But I would be cautious here. Definitely be careful with the games. And if you are told about how honest they are being, thats when you should be even more prepared for lies.

I had a bad experience with the parts department, specifically with Mike. Went there to get a part and I dont know if he was having a bad day but he was very rude and disrespectful. When he brought the part from the back and I saw it wasnt what I was looking for I told him and he threw it on the table and said whatever thats what I have with an attitude. People need to understand that no matter how bad your day is going if you are in customer service you need to treat the customers with respect and professionalism. Im very disappointed and hope this doesnt go unnoticed because is not just because you are losing me as a client but all the people I could have referred.

The service here is a complete joke,the way they have it set up to drop off your car is the worst,I stood around for a half hour waiting my my service advisor to come to his desk so I can drop off my car,after them telling me I had to wait for him,after I got frustrated on waiting considering I had an appointment for them to tell me oh u can just talk to any service advisor..I tried to talk to someone and the guy just took my keys and threw them on the desk...incredibly rude ...dealer you wonder why you’re dying ? It’s because you don’t care ...after I gave. The gentleman the keys I have been sitting here for another half over and they have not even written up my vehicle smh
Can I give a zero star? The financing changed everything up last minute and we didn’t end up doing the deal and two weeks later still waiting for my refund on the deposit that was given on a deal that we thought was a deal. Funny enough that bumped up the price three times just because we didn’t take the vehicle the first day and supposedly the vouchers were finished and they couldn’t honor the price they gave us the first day. So here we are two weeks later and the money has not been returned for the deposit. We leave messages daily to see what’s going on and no one even returns our calls or when I get transferred to someone they can’t give us information, not even the managers. How sad!

I went the Miami Lakes Auto Mall Ram Dealer to purchases my 2019 1500 Laremie Black Package. My previous car was totaled in an accident so I was in need of getting something right away. I had an experience that was great with the Salesman thats goes by his last name; Neptune. Neptune was nothing but a great person and easy to deal with and would go the extra mile for his customer. After many issues that went unresolved after original truck arrived they were willing to work with me to make sure the truck I got was perfect. The GM of the Automall, Alex Oharriz & his assistant Joyce are nothing but top notch and believe in the mantra customer comes first before anything else. GM of RAM Dealer Juan Cabrera helped finalize the deal after many poor attempts by Sales Manager. Juan assured me that he will do anything possible to make sure I was satisfied and he did just that.Overall these 4 people made up for what would have been a lackluster experience in purchasing a car. Many dont realize how much effort some will put into a deal and what they showed me ultimately led me to stay with them even when I had other options.I would recommend to see Neptune(Salesman) & His GM Juan Cabrera when you are purchasing a car from the Miami Lakes Automall.
