Customers and Vendors Beware, do not buy anything from this shop. Unfortunately, I have been receiving too many calls from past clients. I sold the shop to Carlos Lopez two years ago and he has destroyed the reputation of Real X Trailers and has managed to rip everyone off along the way including me. Whatever story they give you is a big scam, it’s a con. If you’ve already given money, try to get it back ASAP and pursue legal means if necessary before he is gone. I would avoid doing any kind of business at all with this individual unless you’re willing to throw your money away

I cant say enough about Real X Trailers. Customers mean everything to them and so does their product. During my interests in the beginning, Moises and I basically built a relationship. He was honest and was willing to provide any and all information on making a sound decision. Once I decide to get the trailer, they seriously over build my trailer and wouldnt allow the trailer to leave until it met a rigorous inspection process. I am very happy and look forward to bringing in my trailer for periodic maintenance, to ensure I stay on the road without concerns.

I towed a 31ft 2006 Sea Ray 290 Sundancer (11,000lbs) on a brand new RR301X from Real X Trailers for about 250 miles and for the entire trip I could not even tell the rig was behind me other than looking in the rear view mirrors. The trailer is built extremely well and very stable even when semis whizzed by or high winds was blowing around. The trailer never moved or wandered out of the lane and towed like butter. I would highly recommend them for all of your Trailering needs. Thank you Moises for such a quality product.

We had a disastrous experience with another dealer in Miami. They took our deposit and never delivered. They strung us along for months making delivery promises only to tell us they could not build our trailer. Real X and Moises saved the day in a big way. They built us a special custom trailer for our 106 twin board boat. They did it in two weeks!! We drove all the way from Tacoma Wa to pick it up and it was perfect. We drove it to Boston, loaded our new boat and headed 3000 miles back to Tacoma. Spending this kind of money without ever meeting face to face or shaking a hand can be terrifying. Of course you can buy any trailer for a boat, but can you buy a trailer for a boat that comes with the BEST customer service there is around?!? I was lucky enough that my boat came with a Real X trailer. Had some brake issues, and had to replace bearing on my own. I had problems, and Moises gladly took my phone call AND facetime to instruct me on how to remedy the problem! He doesnt have to do ANY OF THAT! ESPECIALLY ON A SATURDAY! I highly recommend Real X trailers and you will see, you are not only buying a badass trailer!!!

I can’t say enough good about my new Real X trailer or the great customer service.I bought a RX28 in 2012 from Real X. That was a very good trailer that got sold with the that boat 7 years later still in great shape.I got another boat - So I ordered a new 26/28’ triple axle trailer (15k) over the phone with Moises expecting the same quality trailer. To my surprise, my 2020 trailer was even better. The attention to detail was great. Everything about the trailer was a little better than I expected. And the buying experience and customer service were a pleasure.The Trailer price was competitive, built better than expected, and delivered as ordered and exactly on time.The trailer tows great with the boat and unlike most trailers was so smooth unloads as well.I’ll be back for the next one.

Had a warranty issue with axles I purchased from manufacturers defect. Moises was super helpful in getting me a replacement unit in a short timeframe so I could get back out on the water. Great job guys!

This place and these people are incredible. My flats trailer broke an axle coming home from the ramp on Thanksgiving night and had to leave it by the roadside. Next day, Friday, nobody had a replacement axle in stock. I called Real X and they offered to MAKE an axle for my boat that afternoon to bail me out of my situation. When I got to their shop it was super clean, they were very nice and fit my little axle work into their work on custom trailers costing thousands. They even ground off the old lug nuts on the old axle without charging me. Best news was the price of the axle; about the same as the catalog versions. Super people.

I was going to purchase a different trailer brand. I was then made aware of this brand. Made by hand in a small shop by people that care. We drove from Massachusetts to Miami to pick up this trailer. I will say it was completely worth it. The entire experience was terrific. When you call you speak to the owner, he talks to you about options and there benefits. They then contact boat Manufacturer to get specific measurements. Then they custom build the trailer for you. I say they are a must if you are looking for a boat trailer.

These guys are amazing! I can not express enough my gratitude!I Live 3 hrs away. I had a emergency situation broke down on the Highway during Thanksgiving Holiday after hours and closed, gave me his personal number, he came to meet me at his facility after hours because we had to be towed. Gave me safe secure storage, with no obligation to have my trailer fixed there. It was just in bad shape . Needless to say they gave me a incredible deal on the repairs and I could not have been happier. They let me keep my trailer there for a week until I could get back. I brought my trailer in for regular maintenance and some repairs. They looked the trailer over very carefully, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a reasonable estimate. I purchased my Real-X trailer in 2011. It is still in excellent shape after 8 years. My 22.5 ft 1988 SEAWOLF fits on it perfectly. It glides on and off at the ramp perfectly every time. I have been a boat owner for 40 years and have used Torino trailers in the past. REAL-X trailers are much better made, using thicker aluminum and all SS parts. They were also 1000.00 dollars cheaper when I was shopping around for a trailer for my SEAWOLF. Moises, the manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I just took the trailer in today to have brakes replaced. Im getting the stainless steel ones. When you order your trailer spend the extra money on the SS. Its worth it in the long run. These guys are AWESOME! I highly recommend them.

Purchased a 24klb triple axle trailer from out of state and the Team at Real X was amazing! Trailer was built for a 2001 Blackfin 33 and it was a perfect fit. Delivered a high quality built trailer on time and at a very fair price compared to others in the market. Even helped with registration and adding tie down points at no charge the day it was pickup. Got a blown trailer tire on the Palmetto today while pulling a 24ft boat. With no spare tire, RealXTrailers came to the rescue. A replacement tire was brought and installed in no time. To start off my vacation I was driving from New York to the Florida with my family in my 35 foot travel trailer RV. We get to the area of Miami Florida and hear a loud bang. Now I’ve heard this noise a few time when a tire has blow so I quick think ok another junk trailer tire I’ll be on the road in an half hour. NO NOT TODAY!!! Well I look in my side view mirror and see my tire and wheel smoking rolling past my trailer as I slow down. Well this might be worse then a blowout. I pull to the side of the road and start looking threw phone numbers. I am a mechanic myself and can fix a lot of things but this I am going to need assistance with. One of the guys I called wanted 350.00 just to get me off the road. Real x trailer picked up the phone on a Sunday and helped me out repaired my trailer very quick and did a great job. We were back to our vacation in no time. These guys build boat trailers but saved me by working on my RV And what I thought it was going to cost was way less. They explained the cost and what needed to be done and helped me out greatly. Also he checked all my other hubs and made sure everything was ok that way I have no future breakdowns. We are traveling 1600 miles. Thank you again and I Recommend this company for anything trailer related. When I get a boat I will be getting a trailer fro these guys watched how they build the trailer and they use noting but the best materials and take there time and do it right.

I bought a Contender 30ST and was looking for a quality trailer and started pricing them out all around town. My last stop literally was RealXTrailers. I spoke to Mike and he specd out what I wanted, quoted me a price and gave me a completion date which we both agreed on. Now, not only did he build the trailer for a couple of thousand dollars less than the competitors, but he delivered on the date promised, which from my many years of experience in the marine field is very rare. I would strongly recommend purchasing a boat trailer from this company. I give them an A+

Unfortunately I can not put negative stars. I dont write reviews often, but I feel the need to do so because my experience with this trailer has been a nightmare.When I first ordered my new trailer I went with these guys because they seemed to be reasonably priced and they assured me that I would have my new trailer in 2-3 weeks.After 2 MONTHS of constantly calling them, They finally delivered my new trailer. Not only was it suler mate, but it was Way Too Small for my boat. They got the specs completely wrong.Then they tried to convince me that this trailer would work.Finally they took it back.A month later (3 All in) they finally get me a new trailer.The workmanship is not good, but I was already desperate.Fast forward one year....My trailer has never been dunked in the water. I use a hoist to put my boat in and out of the water.Now my breaks and my lights do not work. These guys use cheap materials and hardware.
