Ive been a customer at Firestone for over 20 years and have decided to move on. Edwin is the most angry and unhelpful person ever. Hes the person you deal with at Bird Road and Galloway. Ive had run ins with him at the 152nd street location as well. Consistently terrible to deal with and accommodating I tried to let Firestone know how utterly terrible he makes the experience but they have no customer service to contact. Therefore I have closed my credit line with them and will move on to another provider. Good riddance. Avoid bird road location.
Salvador is an outstanding employee providing the utmost customer service available. I came in with a rental from enterprise, after having been sent to two different locations to to swap my rental because of a flat, I was directed to this Firestone. As I went to open the trunk to show the flat tire, the road ranger had placed the large tire incorrectly in the trunk. The thing feel directly on my leg and my fingers. Salvador took immediate action providing me with cold compressions from their first aid kit, and assisted me with the vehicle immediately. After having such a horrid day, he made it so much better by ensuring I was okay, and made sure to make my experience at this location the most comfortable possible. Thank you Salvador for being a wonderful human being and genuinely caring about your customers.
Don’t set an appointment there is no point. Tried to get an alignment and set an appointment to do so. Got to the location and dropped vehicle off and advised that I would wait for it. I walked to the store across the street and browsed for about 45 mins. Received a call that they couldn’t start my car and asked me how to start it. I asked if they had the right key because there is nothing wrong with my car or battery. I rush back to the location of course to find that the service manager is flustered and busy and clearly had the wrong key. It is clear that Firestone does not train employees in customer service or anything. They do not value their customers or their customers time. This location simply preys on women who don’t know anything about cars because they are quick to take a female walk in but not honor appointments. It is shame because I am sure the people who work here are good people but Firestone has sales quotas and other bonus incentives that cause managers to continuously book more business without tending to current customers
Very slow and customer service is lacking. I would not recomend this location to anyone who values their time.To top it off, they did fill the tire to the correct psi, putting us in danger.
The staff is good but they tell you a wait time or expected time and then its 3 hours after the wait time, no warning that they will be late no anything and then your there they tell you 1 more hour and once the hour passes they tell you 30 more minutes My overall experience was just super frustrating because I was late to job when I came 3 hours in advance
*Been a month since this post. I have yet to see a reply from @firestone. All other complaints get a response within 48 hours. 🤔On April 10, 2021 we dropped our 2013 Suburban off for an oil change at this location (8690 Bird Road). We also asked that they check our rear left tire. The gentleman at the counter advised that it would be close to a two hour wait as “they were very busy”. I was willing to wait. After dropping off our car to be serviced, my daughter and I walked to The Carretta Restaurant located in the same shopping center, to have lunch. Approximately 30 minutes later I get a call from one of the techs at Firestone advising that the tire which I asked to be checked, needed to be replaced. I already had a hunch that it did, so I agreed to them replacing it with a brand new tire.At approximately the one hour mark, my daughter and I headed back to the Firestone to wait out the remaining time in their lobby. When we arrived we found our truck outside the bay and ready to go. I found it weird considering it was an hour sooner than expected. However the gentleman advised me it was done and gave me the keys and we were on our way.Fast forward to this past Monday April 26, 2021. My car began to make a clicking sound while idle and even more so when being driven. After some research and inquiry to a mechanic friend, it appears that this sound is commonly referred to as a “Lifter Tick”. Which is usually due to “dirt in your engine oil, low engine oil levels, improper lifter spacing, or overall faulty lifters.”Let me preface this by saying that our car had just had a tune up done at a Chevy dealership in late February of this year. Had it had “faulty lifters” or “improper lifter spacing” I can assure you, Chevy would have been MORE than happy to bring it to our attention and charge us for it as well. So this only left one option, it must be the oil? So I check the oil? and you got it, low on oil! About one quart. I thought I was going crazy because the oil was just changed 16 days prior, so I checked again and yes, still low on oil and oil even appears to be a little dark for oil which was changed a little over two weeks ago.So it was obvious, Firestone forgot to change my oil after replacing that tire. I was very upset, but was giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping it was just an honest mistake. I take it to Firestone that same Monday (April 26, 2021) in the afternoon. I advise the gentleman in the front named Edwin of my issue. He literally looks at me expressionless, types some information in the computer and asks me for my keys. Not so much as a “sorry for the inconvenience” or “Ok, we’ll look right into that”.After about 15 minutes Edwin comes back and tells me that not only is my car NOT low on oil but it has “TOO MUCH OIL”! Go figure after all these years it appears that I’ve been reading dip sticks all wrong! I think he could notice the baffled look on my face so he took me to the bay put the dip stick in and showed it to me. And hey wouldn’t you know, it was actually about a little more than a quart higher than when I checked it at my house earlier that day. I was at a lost for words. Not because my car miraculously reproduced it’s own oil, but that they would have the utter nerve and complete lack of integrity and common sense to add a quart of oil to my car with me standing in the other room! And having ALREADY TOLD THEM that I measured it, and it was low on oil. Then, Edwin told me that the reason for the clicking in my car wasn’t low or dirty oil but that the “rear main seal” is leaking. Again something that Chevy failed to notice and charge me for a little over a month ago! So, let’s look at that logic, according to them, my car was leaking oil all the while still having “too much oil” all at once!!At that point I found it pointless to engage them in any further conversation as any business that would go so low as to try to blatantly deceive their customers do not deserve the benefit of the doubt. My advice to anyone who’s reading this, PLEASE READ THE OTHER COMMENTS!
MY VEHICLE WAS TAMPERED WITH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. My girlfriend and I dropped off her car for a simple oil change today. She went in alone and I waited in my car for her to hop back in as we would come back and pick it up later. I warned her that they would try to sell her other services and to only agree to an oil change. About an hour later we received a call with a list of other things that needed to be serviced. Mostly, the regular stuff they always offer like the air filters and alignment. Red Flag. Although I thought it was strange that the brand new tires we bought and aligned 2 months ago already needed another alignment, I brushed it off and thought eh they always say this. We denied the extra services and only asked for the oil change. The mechanic said okay and told us our car would be ready in 30min. 30min later we receive the call to pick up our car but also they just realized that break lights were on and could not be turned off even when the car was turned off. They had no idea what could be causing it but offered to charge us to to look into it. We said no and quickly and hurried over to their shop. This time they looked surprised to see her accompanied by guy. I could smell the BS the moment I walked in the doors. Not to mention there was already a poor old lady complaining that she was charged (and too much) without being told the total of services before she swiped her card. I asked for the manager, Felix and told him that the break lights were perfectly fine when we dropped off the car; but before I could accuse anyone of anything he assured me they did not tamper with our car saying this is a big company, we dont do that here and that these things happen all the time. What a coincidence that our break lights broke right then and there. How lucky for us. Felix offered to charge us to look into the problem and give us a quote on the repair depending on what the issue was. I said absolutely not and threatened to call corporate. He quickly changed his mined and reluctantly offered to look into it for for free. I stood close by to watch the mechanic just pop his head under my steering wheel tap the break and play with the stop light switch. The mechanic looked me in the face and said this happens frequently to this brand of cars and gave me a really convincing explanation as to the mechanics behind the problem. but I couldnt get passed the stench of bs coming out of his mouth to listen to anything he said. They assured me I had to replace the switch and quoted me $100. In total they wanted to charge me $480. Instead, I just paid for the $29 oil change and left with two broken break lights that would not turn off. I called another firestone that was in the area (dadeland) to ask for the area managers contact information because I knew something was up. The manager of this store, Rene, politely inquired as to what happened at the other store, apologized for it and assured me he would take care of it for free. When I arrived at his location, I was barely out of the car before his mechanic approached me with a smile and said this will take a second. He popped his head under my steering wheel and fixed the problem in literally less than 5 seconds and with no tools. FREE OF CHARGE. The guy looked at me and apologized for what other shop did and was so ashamed, that I had to beg him to take a tip for his help and honesty. Needless to say I went back to the bird road location to find Felix but he was gone a whole hour before the shop closed and the mechanic who worked on my car saw me, hopped in his car and skidded off trying to avoid me. Ill be back tomorrow and corporate has a case number for this. If you need a firestone avoid this one at all costs (Id give it a 0 if I could) and head over to the dadeland location.
This is the worst place to get any repair, oil change etc!! Don’t make an appointment it really doesn’t matter!!! Very disappointed with the service there!!! Firestone should be ashamed of this place !!! It took three hours to get a oil change!!! Don’t waste your time and money in this place!!!!
Being an individual that has no real experience working on cars other than the usual replacing wiper blades, putting air in the tires and pouring antifreeze into the radiator, I rely heavily on professionals to give me advice on my vehicle’s needed repairs .On EVERY occasion I have brought my beloved Volkswagen Beetle, Blue, (yes it IS her color and I’m aware it’s not a very imaginative name) into this particular Firestone location, I have been treated with respect and honesty. In November I had an entire brake replacement done on the Beetle and had no issues afterward. A few days ago all of the warning lights on the dash illuminated so I figured it had to pertain to the brakes as many of the warning lights were in reference to the braking system. Um no.I took the car to the shop believing there was an issue w my brakes - turns out it’s a computer thing. Here’s the best part: I had made an appointment and upon checking in, the associate that was at the desk asked what was happening with the car and he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how they wouldn’t be able to help me. I stood at the counter and blinked a few times almost not believing that the car wasn’t taken into one of the bays and looked at by a mechanic and later told there was nothing they could do but here’s a charge for them taking a look - that kind of thing happens a lot!!I highly recommend this Firestone (in the past I’ve used other locations in the area and have had problems) as each associate I’ve come into contact with was willing to listen and take the time to discuss repair options with me in a courteous manner.Note: This place is ALWAYS busy and even with a set appointment you’re going to need to be prepared to wait. Trust me, it’ll be worth it!!
Employees are very unprofessionals, if you go there to get something fix, they try to talk you into buying other things that you dont need, not to mention the wait time, the 4 hours i spend there for nothing, i noticed a few dissatisfied customers. Do not bother with them.
The worst service ever let me start off by saying the manager Edwin is very rude and disrespectful to my family after we have spend thousands of dollars at this business they even gave the wrong key to my car which they ben jamming in my car door and the door no longer locks and when I confronted the manager he refused to give me corporate number I do not recommend anyone to take ther car ther its ben over a week since they broke my door and they promised to get back at me and my car door is still broken I havent even received a courtesy call Im taking legal actions
Great customer service, friendly faces
PLEASE AVOID!!!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR ANYTHING THEY SAID 5 MIN BEFORE. AND AFTER THEY GET YOUR WHEEL,THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS.
Great job, good service. Salvador was very helpful.
They found a problem where nobody else could
If possible to give - 5, I would give them!!!! So disrespectful, rude, making appointment is absolutely useless, they are making rules on the fly, if the store owner is not concerned with all the bed reviews, maybe the central office will be. I will make sure they get my call!!!!
Always is satisfied and now these COVIDs day you be more save and protect for all the prevention action that they take it
Took the time to schedule the service and upon arrival was told the scheduling does not work for that store. I show the advisor the Firestone website with my appointment and was told that there are many Firestone stores. Interesting.
Tooka super long time to get a tire change just because it was a rental
Fantastic services great price on tires . was in out in. Will be back for all my car needs.
On point! Quick and excellent service!
I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch. Because it was already 5:30pm and I was stuck in traffic, I called ahead to see if they would take me if I got there in an hour. The person on the phone said “yes sure, come on in, you may have to wait but we’ll do it”. I arrived just before before 6:30pm and the guy denied receiving the call and refused to take me due to the fact that there were 5 cars on queue and most of his guys were leaving. I came late so I understand closing time etc, but when I call ahead to be sure I can be serviced and they tell me yes, I expect to be helped. I also expect when you say open till 8pm that you honor your times of service. I used to use this location for all my tire needs, but I will not be returning again.
Great service with great people
I CAME YESTERDAY PAID FOR ALIGNMENT FOR LIFE $206, THEY TOOK MY TUNDRA OUT IN 15 MINUTES, WHEN DRIVING BACK I NOTICED THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING BUT CHARGE ME. TODAY I CAME BACK AND TOLD THE MANAGER I WAS GOING TO CALL THE CENTRAL, THEY FINALLY DID THE JOB UNDER MY SUPERVISION, IF YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION MAKE SURE YOU LOOK WHAT THEY ARE DOING OTHERWISE THEY STILL YOUR MONEY.
Messed up my rims denied it, my Porsche Boxster rear tires were bad went for alignment And replace rear tires a lot of injustice, they denied it, before coming I had put air on my tires as it was low on the rear and gas As I spoke Adolf as I asked him if they carried tires for my car, they discriminated me for being transgender female to male, offered 140$ lifetime alignments to male customer, as to me had to pay full price, even going as far as offering buy three tires and get the forth free constant offers to make customer none to me. Besides ruining my rims, there was a heavy mechanic picking his nose and cleaningIt in his shirt and eating, disgusting
Worst service ever!! Last time I came to this place to do a change oil everything with my car was fine, all of the sudden after the 3,000 miles when I took my car there again to do the change oil, all of a sudden this guy at the front whose name is Salvador told me I needed to change the four tires, do an alignment service, clean the file system cleaning, and do the battery replacement and the coolant fluid exchange with antifreeze, all for $1,428.24. That’s ridiculous crazy. I took my car to another mechanic and told me my car was perfectly fine. DO NOT GO THERE!! Avoid going to this place, always get a second opinion.
The second time they charge my account with works not mine
Nice staff lwad by Robert Ruiz, manager on duty. Reasonable price on oil change. They only lack products, cabin air filter would have to be ordered and would have taken a few hours. Other than that good place for oil change.
I just went for an oil change and got turned away because the gentleman states it’s to late for an oil change when they close at 5pm today !!!
Got a random screw in my tire, called these guys up and they quoted me a fair price and were prompt and very very friendly. It was such a good experience that I will only bring my car here from now on. The service guys and the staff manning the register were fantastic and I could not have asked for a better experience. Solid service shop in Miami, two thumbs up!
After spending hours at The Honda dealer, with a God awful experience on two separate occasions within 2 days, I came over to Firestone. I did spend pretty much the entire day there because I needed several things repaired or just looked at. I dealt with Claudia and Alex mostly. They were both very patient and knowledgeable. I spoke with the mechanic working on my car, who was awesome. I now have new rear shocks, rear breaks, spark plugs changed, etc. so much work done in car at half the price of dealer and pleasant service
I hate to say it because I’ve been a customer of this particular firestone for so long.... but I strongly believe these guys are purposely charging people for stuff they do not need; also I went to get an oil change when my car came out it was making noises it never made in the entire time I’ve owned it. Don’t bring your car here it will leave messed up. I want to believe they do not purposely mess with your car so they can charge for something else later on. I took my car to a different firestone and all the things these guys said I needed I didn’t end up needing... be careful with this firestone. Once again I hate to say it because I’ve been a longtime customer here.. I just can’t take it anymore with these people.
Very disappointed always find my tires here but never had any problems one time I have a problem theyre not responsible and my tires are less than 8 months old I suggest not to come to this place
My experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care has always been positive, but the last time I went, they proved to me that the store on 8690 Bird Road is managed and ran by an honest and caring team. The store manager, Edwin Tirado, personally took care of my car after it developed a potentially dangerous problems with the brakes. He was generous with his time and conscientious about the cost. I highly recommend this auto care shop.
Im always hesitant going to complete car care specialists because too many times Ive seen then charge triple the price of mom and pop car places, Ive had the bad fortune of getting charges $50 to put a patch on a flat so I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the great service and affordable pricing this morning at Firestone! Danny Hammer helped me out and gave me the safest, cheapest, fastest service on my wifes car. From the friendly greeting as I walked in all the way until paying he gave great service. Would definitely recommend this place.
DANGEROUS!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!! THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND RUDE PEOPLE WHO CHANGE THE TIRES OF YOUR CAR FOR DIFFERENT BRANDS WITHOUT TELLING YOU ANYTHING, PUTTING DIFFERENT MODELS WITH DIFFERENT DESIGNS THAT PUT YOUR SAFETY AT RISK !!!!
Super nice and very professionals I do recommend them.
Good
These guys from are very amazing professionals and excellent persons they are a very tight hard working team that really get things done. Im very satisfied with their service.
I went on Dec. 23 and employee refuses to apply a patch on the rear tire of my car... he said that the tire show signal of wear and I must buy from them a new tire between $150 to $200. I have knowledge about tire wear marks and my tire have even more than 50% life. employees do not like to work doing tire repairs and I think tire prices are to high
Don’t trust them. Called the shop for an appointment to fix the tire asked for an appointment, told Dan I was O.7 miles away and could be there in five minutes. They said come now we have availability. Told them repeatedly when i arrived that I had to be out of there in half an hour. Waited an hour and no work was done on the car. Every time I asked I was told by Dan they are working on it. I left disgusted.
So far I have had good customer service at this location. Prices vary by job,not the cheapest place to get your car fixed. Good tires and car batteries.
The cashier didn’t know what he was talking about. I went there with a online coupon for a battery from firestone website and he said it didn’t work and wanted me to pay full price. I left and went to dadeland location instead and they honored the coupon and had great customer service. This location only wants your money and doesn’t care about the customers. Make the drive to dade land instead. Trust me!
I came here to find out about the warranty of a firestone tire that exploded on the highway, the man who assisted me told me that they did not take any guarantees there, which surprised me because in the booklet the dealer gave me when I bought my new toyota, it says that the guarantee was in an authorized firestone service (this place?), then I showed him the booklet and he said that I should talk to the manager who after making me wait for a while told me without even knowing what my car was, that my tire had been damaged on the road and that that was not covered by the warranty, and then I asked him how he could say that if he had not performed any inspection of the vehicle, then he inspected it to confirm his magical initial diagnosis. In my opinion, if they ignore the regular process to deny the guarantee, it makes me suspect that this might be the case in all other services, so I would not buy there or recommend it to anyone.
This morning Wed. Sept. 17th, 2014, 8am. This is my experience while stopping at this Firestone location for a battery change, and estimate after scheduling an appointment on the website. First they said no time, after indicating to the attendant that I had a 8am appointment, I asked about the options price wise on batteries. He said If you want a battery its $149.00, when I asked what about the 3 options indicated on the website he reiterated $149.00. Service was unprofessional, uncouth, ill mannered, aggressive and condescending. Firestone should be ashamed for having their name on this location. I wonder what would happen if you left your car there? Avoid at all costs not worth the aggravation, and unprofessional demeanor. Avoid at all costs. This operation requires extensive boot camp on building a customer relationship, and common decency and customer care. First Class disaster of an operation, and thats putting it mildly. Pass this along nothing in my posting is exaggerated.
The best experience in the world.Honest people
These guys were great I needed a valve stem replaced they had me in and out in 10 minutes great experience
I hope this is not reflective of all Firestones but my experience with the service here was horrible. I have a car rented by enterprise due to a recent car accident. The rental got a tire low on air and enterprise told me to go to that nearest firestone and they would help me right away. The man that was manning the lobby was extremely rude to myself and my 65 year old mother when we were trying to be helped. I ended up having to go to a different Firestone where they actually helped us.
Awful service .... will never be back. Super awful reviews here .... arent that telling a lot???? Why you the person in charge keeps replying when nothing is done to better the attention and work... and customer service.... those are the main, things and pluses too keep that establishment open furthermore.
Edwin was very courteous and professional. Great customer service in and out in less than an hour . Awesome Thank you . : )
Called to ask about installing a set of Firehawk Indy 500s, the guy on the phone said to wait while he made a call and then came back and said that they arent available anywhere in the country and then tried to upsell me on a more expensive pair of tires. i called the next firestone on the list and they could get them before 12 the same day.
Quick service, but they over sold something I knew I didnt need.
Poor customer service, and area manager is not much help.Ive been to this location twice, and both times were very negative. The woman that works here is very rude and refused to provide documentation of repair recommendations based on the courtesy check. She claimed they cant provide copies and they dont have a copier (which I saw her use earlier), but when I spoke to corporate they said the policy is provide customers with that information for record keeping and to aid in transparency.I also feel that I cant trust what they tell me as I came in less than 30 days ago and they said my battery was testing great, then when I came back less than 30 days later, theyre now saying it needs to be replaced immediately because its testing poor. Im fine with this recommendation, but without the employees taking the time to explain this to me and show me records of the test to support their recommendations, I can only assume theyre being dishonest. Finally fed up, I called the corporate office to complain and they connected me with the area manager. He called 24 hours later which was great, but his response to the situation was honestly less than helpdul. He said the female employee I called to complain about has had several instances on her record of receiving complaints for being rude to customers. So as a result of my recent issues with her he was going to call her into the office to talk.He then proceeded to tell me the names of specific employees at another location that he knew for sure would provide me with quality customer service for future visits. While I appreciate him following up, this solution was less than helpful to me because: 1. If shes had several instances of being rude to customers, why is she still employed there? And what will an additional talking to do for someone like her who obviously doesnt care as shes a repeat offender? 2. I should not have to go to another location further from my home just to ensure that I will receive quality customer service. The standards of service should be uniform and improved at this location.Im a long term, loyal firestone customer and Ive been a patron at locations in Illinois, Nebraska, and New York, and Ive never had such a negative experience with a firestone until I came to this location in Miami.Im not going to continue to spend money and time where it seems that my business is not valued. So Im looking to take my patronage elsewhere. If youre considering visiting this location, my honest recommendation is dont waste your time.
Very professional team. I always got my car seviced at this location. Excellent team!
I didnt even need to go in to realize I do NOT want to go to this place. I called and spoke with the (MANAGER) Edwin, and aside from when I asked for his name, he again said Thank you for calling, Firestone. It didnt sound like he liked it when I asked for his name again. Point of the story, UNFRIENDLY AND UNINTERESTED IN HELPING. Plus, does anyone need TWO hours to rotate TWO tires. Get out of here dude. I will never give them my money.
Great staff, super accomodating
Not a good experience
Front desk guy tricked me into radiator change and fan change when i brought it in for coolent leaking problem. They didnt take time to check for water pump. I spent 1500 for these changes then problem persisted. And now they tell me its just water pump is the problem and they are not expert in fixing it. Very dissatisfied with Firestone not paying attention to customer problems. Now I am still making monthly payments on Firestone card they tricked me in!! Now I dont even want to look at services again. Left me with very very bad taste.
I walked in at 8:45am for an $85 oil change for my audi. They took my car in immediately. They thought they had my oil filter in stock but they didnt. Its 10:45am and im still waiting for someone to deliver the filter. The service is great but this is not convenient that everyone who came in after me already finished and left.
Good customer service, they do all possible for you to feel good. Place needs new furnitures by the way.
Great deal on a set of 4 tires and alignment i love the fact i have a year worth of realignment as we found a few more items i need to replqce and once i i do i can come back to be realigned service was extremely fast crew knew what they was doing very fqmiliar with thier jobs and had great additudes
Overcharge you and not trustworthy. Disrespectful.
Always use this shop
Great service. Prepare to pay!!!!!!
They give good service. Just be aware that they will try to push the more expensive oil change with full synthetic oil even when not needed.
Awesome service.... Manager was first class
Fast & quick. Everyone super nice
I might have gotten lucky, cuz I got a nice courteous service rep. I went in to get a new battery cuz mine was starting to fail occasionally. I got the internet deal for $115 bucks, and Diana was good enough to give me this price even though she said the battery I needed was slightly different from the offer. Totaled to 125$ with taxes etc. They also inspected the brakes for free, and said the pads were only 50% through so didnt need replacement right away. Even though I had to wait for an hour and half for the job, it helped that the waiting space had armchairs and a TV. Both this place and Tire Kingdom should hire more people like Diana to work the customer service -- very often you have to deal with young guys barely out of their 20s who seem very angry with you or just not in a bad mood. Diana was nice and thorough.
Great set of guys, good service and good prices.
Its a good place to fix your car
Edwin is the Absolute most amazing professional I have ever dealt with. I come to this particular Firestone on Bird Rd and 87ave in Miami because of him. He is honest, trustworthy, caring and concerned about your issue. He will not rip you off and, in my honest opinion, incredibly ethical. Edwin, if you read this Google Review, I would like you to know how grateful I am that you went above and beyond for me every single time I visit your store. You make me feel like family. This last experience, I had brought my car in for something that was concerning for me. I am getting ready for a trip to Disney with my 8 year old daughter and the last thing I want to do is rent a car and waste money. He treated me like a son, he checked and checked and didnt charge me a dime. Didnt try and sell me something I did not need. And this is coming from a customer(me) asking him to find something. I told him to find something wrong with my car and I will pay. I dont want to go on and on because this is not my first interaction with him. This last time, I came to his store because the last Firstone at a different location didnt really offer the same experience. He deserves recognition for this. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU EDWIN (MANAGER AT FIRESTONE ON BIRD RD)!.Sincerely,Gievan
The staff are very Friendly and the work performance is Great !!!
Great service at this location. Best in town
This location is horrific with the exception of the young lady working the register who tried to help me and was obviously embarrassed by the actions of the three employees in the service area, there lack of respect and unwilling to help attitude is second to none.....Incident occurred on 8/9/15 at 4:38pm(et)At 8690 bird Road Miami Florida
Quick, efficient, cheap, good service and good delivery. Very professional.
Needed tire service quickly and they delivered
Great service. Fast an efficient as promised.
Great service and very friendly staff.
I have been serviced at this Firestone on several occasions and have always been satisfied.
The service is ok, the place is good, but is more expensive than my toyota dealer.
Very good service and fast. Thank you
The worst firestone visited, bad attention and mechanical assesory.
Its cheap and quick
After making an appointment online they didnt have the tires when I showed up and wanted to sell me more expensive ones
Noone answers the phone in this place.
Great service, good quality work.
Rude staff
Dont remember the guys name, but the sales rep in the front with the glass is a d***. Terrible service. Not willing to help at all.
Long waits. Absolutely terrible customer service. Go somewhere else.
I go here for my automobile needs
Great service.
Excecled advice. By service lady
Love the place.
Great customer service.
Outstanding service and crew!
Very friendly and helpful
Poor customer service 😢
Super nice people
Nice shop, friendly staff
