My overall experience was good thanks to Moises Napole. He was very attentive/ patient and made sure to find me a car that was in my budget. His customer service was phenomenal! I will definitely return to this place thanks to him. Only downside to my visit was it took very long to finally sign the paper work in finance. However everyone was nice and friendly throughout my visit so that made it better.

Over the weekend I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I drove almost 6 hours to look at a specific used vehicle on the lot. I was met by a sales man, Jordi, in the lot. It was very nice as he wasnโ€™t pushy and was very down to earth to talk with. I was able to thoroughly go over the vehicle I was looking at as much as I wanted/needed. I received a fair trade in for my old vehicle and Gilberto in finance worked some magic and got every thing to my liking. This was my very first car buying experience, and it was definitely an experience. I went in with a specific car in mind. The day before i went to the dealership, I called them to ask if the vehicle was still available. Fiorella was the person we spoke too and she did a great job of leaving everything set up for us the following day.The next day I called ahead and met Javier over the phone. I had already come with some preconditions that Im sure made his life hell, but he was super helpful and told me hed work everything out with me once we got there. When we arrived we immediately were greeted with Javier and this dude was a kid. Like probably the intern of the whole dealership. But he was the nicest and most helpful dude, he helped us with everything and if he couldnt help us (or didnt know how) he immediately found someone who could. Javier ended up being my favorite dude there, stuck around way after his shift was up just to see the process through.Finally when we arrived at the negotiating table for the vehicle, we all played some hard ball. We were driving a hard bargain, but it definitely took a lot of convincing. Oliver was the main player who tried his best, but after some polite and friendly banter, and possibly some going to lunch to think it through, we settled on a price. A very reasonable deal on a fantastic certified pre-owned vehicle!Finally after some insurance proceedings we met the last person, the one in charge of all the number: Jose P. This man was right up there with Javier in terms of honesty, likeability, and character. It was obvious from the jump that he wasnt there to trick or treat us, he just wanted for us to be happy with a car. He walked us through all the processes, he even gave us great advice that we hadnt yet considered. Both Javier and Jose stayed well past their clock out times just to see this process through. I couldnt be more grateful for them.Overall this was a fantastic experience, a little lengthy but thats expected. I highly recommend Brickell Mazda, the people I named genuinely care about their customers.

I met Daniel on his first week at Mazda a few months back, and he made sure to follow up and work with me on the time frame I set for myself to lease a new CX-9. The salesperson, Lorena Ramos, was outstanding, professional and went out of her way to make the deal happen. The Finance manager was helpful. But they didnt pay off my trade in and now Chase is demanding payment for a car I no longer have. Brickell Mazda is in possession of the car! Chase is still demanding payment yet, the finance department is too busy to help. The accounting department did not call back to help and after 24 hours of making a call, Im still waiting. Then the dealer said Sorry, the accounting department is closed until Monday . By the way, they ran my credit 3 times following the signing of my contract prompting me to lock my Experian account. And to top it off, my credit score declined over 15 points because of their improper actions. I should have gone with my initial gut feeling and not done a deal with them a second time. Shame on me. Shame on them for a disaster of an experience. Wont be back...EVER!

Anyone who leases a vehicle at this location is overpaying by a long shot. I was quoted 480 for a CX-5 SUV. They did about 3 unnecessary hard inquiries, dropping my credit down. The staff is your usual Miami fake ness. I went to north Miami Mazda and got the same car with 3k more miles a year and all the extras for 270. And the ppl there were so nice! Do yourself and your wallet a favor.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!Do not purchase a car from this dealership, they practice shady business dealings like the bait and switch. I confirmed with a employee that a specific vehicle listed online was available for purchase. Lo and behold there is no such vehicle there. The employee was shocked it wasnt there, but of course there were plenty of other cars to look at! Roughly 1.5 hours wasted. If theyre willing to lie once, theyre willing to lie a hundred times. They do pressure you but usually every dealer does.... but at the end of 2 days going back and fourth on prices and down payment I went home with a car and they sold a car. Negotiated on down and went lower then what they wanted and they put the price range where I told them I wanted to be. They will help you out, just bring your A game. Quick service for a recall notification. The staff was friendly and straightforward. Notified me of issues outside of the problem I was coming to have fixed. The tune up and standard adjustments were covered by my warranty but I greatly appreciated the heads up about additional work.Pick up and drop off was easy. Do note that service done on Mazdas is performed at the GMC lot for Brickell Motors, I got a little confused even though it was on the original email sent to confirm my appt.

I brought in my car because of an unusual noise in the front end. My service advisor Luis Pelaez really made me feel welcome from the get go. He was not only knowledgeable about the car but he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From a cup of coffee to a loaner to make sure I had a car while my car was being fixed. Luis definitely knows how to interact with a customer and make them feel at a VIP level( something very unusual nowadays. We even got to talk about new trucks from GMC, that I am considering to lease. Luis called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up and explained everything that had been done to it. Employees like Luis should be treasured like gold. They make customers like me to stay with a company like yours. Well done

Amazing and quality service, came inside just to look and ended up buying thanks to an amazing employee ( I believe his name was Albert), really just impeccable service, the guy was super funny and helpful and even went with me to fill up gas. I found a listing for a Mazda 6 I was interested in on CarGurus from Brickell Mazda in Miami and went to check it out on Dec 11, 2020. Negotiations were pleasantly easy and drama free. (Thank you Fausto) Waited nearly 3 hours for the finance office and Im pretty certain the only reason they took me then was because Fausto caught me leaving to go home.The finance guy, Gilberto, tried to sell me a higher interest rate than worthy of my top tier credit so we spent more time on that but we got together in the end. Finished up at 8:47pm after arriving around 3:00 and then a 2+ hour drive home.Got home just before midnight after stopping for a quick dinner and couldnt find a copy of any of the paperwork from my deal. Literally the only piece of paper they gave me was the registration. Figured it was because it was closing time and it had just been overlooked, but it took a week of phone calls and emails before I was finally able to source a copy from Mazda Finance. Got a copy from Gilberto later that same day to.Fast forward to Jan 4, 2021. I contacted the lender of the car I traded as to when they would process the loan payoff. Surprise... we havent received a payoff.After 24 days, Brickell Motors hadnt sent a 10 day pay-off.I then spent several hours running around in circles attempting to reach Fausto, Gilberto, the finance manager, the sales manager and the general manager all with zero response. Repeated phone calls just got me transferred to their automated endless loop of a phone system with no extension numbers to actually reach anyone. For days no one returned any of my calls and the only contact I made was with the Digital Concierge Camillo. Camillo was almost helpful and said that he reached the finance manager who said they would send the payoff next week. Additionally, he told me I didnt need to worry about making Januarys payment on my old car (which I was still legally obligated to do.) Cant say I was even the least bit optimistic at this point.It took me the better part of 3 days of phone calls, voicemails and emails before reaching anyone with any authority who could help. I even found an email address for the owner of the dealership in a Google review inviting customers to contact him with any issues.. and that went completely unanswered as well. (Thanks Mario Murgador) Finally, I reached the sales manager, Alex Pou, who looked into it right away (once I finally got a hold of him) and got it taken care of. But I spent 5 business days trying to get them to pay-off my trade-in... which ultimately took them 29 days. (plus 10 more days for the lender to clear their funds)Additionally, my salesman promised me a second key for $50 if I came back when the service department was open. But one of the dealer reviews I found in the aftermath said they were promised the same thing and Brickell Mazda subsequently refused to honor it after the fact. Yeah, I dont doubt that for a second and wont be wasting the phone call.Ive tried to imagine possible scenarios for Brickell Motors complete lack of accountability for follow through to return a phone call or email and do a job they were paid to do in a timely manner. Cant really see where it was a delay due to the holidays since the pay-off should have been sent out by December 22. Or a covid related delay either since the Jaguar dealer we bought our F-Pace from at the end of October had no problem paying off our BMW in the customary 10 days. This just seems to be the way Brickell Motors is set up to do business. Caveat emptor.

The worst service department on the planet incompetence at it worst.The service advisor has no clue neither does the service manager.Went for a simple tire replacement I would hate to see if it was something worse than that.Oh no sir we cant find your policy for your tires oh ok we got it to oh its not going to be able to be done today to oh its going to take 4-5hours for the insurance to call us backWalked out called the insurance they told me it would take under an hour.If Brickell doesnt want to do warranty work they should make it very clear when you buy the car not make you waste 3 hours of your day !By far the worse experience Ive ever had at a service dealer. Buy the car there if you want but dont expect the service department to do anything for you

Eros my service advisor is simply the best there is when it comes to my service needs! Had an alignment dine a couple weeks ago put with all the rain lately I was concerned that driving through water throw off the alignment...I contacted Eros and he quickly reached out to me...I explained my concern and he made an appointment for me to return for inspection of the vehicle...in the end the alignment was perfect and I had nothing to worry about...I highly recommend Eros and Brickell Mazda for all service concerns and needs!
