After trying to get a hold of somebody 2 give me an answer for a week I finally given up Ive left several messages my phone number my email for the owner of the company Jeffrey no response how rude. Apparently this is one of those companies that once they have your money they dont know who you are. Trust me when I tell you Ive seen plenty of companies like this who thought they were something and now theyre gone because of their total lack of customer service so keep it up youll be next

Padron in miami is a must for every cigar aficionado. A great selection of the exclusive Padron family. Prices will be normal retail. Its not a lounge but a retail store.

I was happy to discover that Padrons headquarters was in Miami and I made time to visit. They have a store front and carry everything from their product line. I bought two boxes just to say I bought something from there as its normal retail prices.There were multiple members of the Padron family there working and every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, polite, and happy to chat about anything. I learned a lot about cigars and they even showed me around the office (they dont roll cigars on site, that happens in Nicaragua) where they have boxes upon boxes and get them ready for shipping to retailers.As a regular smoker of Padron cigars it was a very enjoyable visit and I am glad I took the time to visit.When I arrived the door was locked, but theres a ringer that gets someones attention to buzz me in.

This place is truly amazing. It holds a true sense of elegance when you to set walk in. The sweet smell of cigars set the mold for a climatic evening! Our friend at the location always suggest something new. So we preceded in small talk about yatch sizes and some new cigar flavors that are currently in the market. He instructed us to a try the variety pack with has different flavors from mild to extremely bold taste. We basically purchased 4 boxes of the most exclusive brand. Endulged in old laughs and great times in Miami. The cigars are a gift to our special friends who specialize in manufacturing custom auto parts for corporate america. Until next time we meet again friend. Hard to say bye!!

I could not even log on to your website without encountering hurdles. Why do you have to make it difficult for possible clientele to visit your website?I have to download certain things which toi dont even use, to be able to view your website.That alone put me off of viewing your website

We wanted to stop here before a cruise on a Saturday morning. We arrived around 930, expecting that the store had opened at 9. Everything was locked up tight and there was not a soul to be seen. Walked as far around the building as possible, with no luck. Went to the old store across the street-same result. We were disappointed to be unable to buy a gift for a friend we were meeting on the ship. Not terribly impressed.

The only thing better then their cigars are the family members personalities. This family is nothing but class. The best in the business and what other manufacturers strive to be, or should. Doesnt get any better then Padrón.

Best cigars outside of Cuba, maybe better. Its extremely difficult to tell the difference between an outstanding Cuban cigar and Padrons. Ive been smoking Padrons for 51 years and I personally think they are the best hand rolled cigars available outside of Cuba. Once youve smoked a Padrons, youll never go back to another brand of cigar. These are top shelf and top quality cigars and you will know that the moment you taste these high extraordinary cigars. If you are unsure what type of cigar you should choose as a first time cigar smoker the staff will answer every question you have and explain the difference between each and every cigar they professionally hand roll individually the old fashion and old country way. Ive tried other brands and am always disappointed because they dont have the same high quality flavor that Padrons have.

Tried calling to for my cigar shop. I was trying to inquire about carrying your cigars. A guy answers the phone and asks if i spoke spanish I said no. I said is there Someone i can talk to he said no and hung up. I tried calling again and he hung up on me 6 times. All i was trying to do was ask questions. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I tried to call padron cigars because I was interested in buying their cigars wholesale and carying them in my cigar shop. So many of my customers keep asking me to carry them because they are huge fans of their cigars. So i called padron, and They drag me through a month long process of filling out paperwork and talking on the phone with several unprofessional employees, especially (ceasar) Who kept hanging the phone up on me. And after five weeks of waiting I get an email saying that they are not interested in wholesaling to me because I carry hookah and Vape products. Wow horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional environment Ive never seen anything like it

I have been smoking Padron cigars for about 5 years. I like the Padron Delicias Maduros because they are just the right size for me. I usually smoke one every night. Whenever anyone asks me why I almost never buy anything else, I tell them that my #1 reason is the draw. Its always perfect and effortless..I can ALWAYS depend on that from cigar to cigar. But lately, every one...almost without exception is plugged solid. Its like trying to suck a thick milkshake through a narrow straw. The company must have some new torcedors. I talked with some cigar manufacturers during an open house at Ye Old Pipe and Tobacco here in Phoenix, AZ. They told me that many of the best manufactures test the draw before they send them out...perhaps Padron is skipping this step now. What ever the reason, Im afraid that I am going to have to switch brands after all these years because Im tired of fighting with these smokes...I usually wind up throwing them out because they are too much work to smoke. Sad day for me. Maybe they are under new management and the emphasis is more on production than quality.

IMHO Padron make the best cigars on the planet. I have been smoking them for many years. They are my everyday stick and also my special event stick. I have tried hundreds of cigars over the past 30 years. There is nothing that does it for me better than a Padron. My everyday stick is the 1964 Aniversary Maduro Exclusivo. When I want to step it up a notch I enjoy the 1926 Family Reserve 80 years Maduro or the 1926 Family Reserve #50 or the #80 Maduro. Thank you to the Padron family for providing the best cigars available.
