I am a home designer and builder. There isn’t one showroom that I haven’t visited between Palm Beach and the Florida Keys and Opustone is by far the best! They have a spectacular selection of stones, wall and floor concepts. All of their locations are impressive, beautiful and large but I prefer Doral because of their customer service.My sales associate is Hector Hernandez and he is the best! He is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their inventory. He also has a great eye for aesthetics and design. He truly cares about making my clients happy. Not only they have a wonderful selection, but Daniela Zayas, the sales person who helped us, was very patient and resourceful. She was a class act. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable as Daniela explained in detail the materials available and made helpful recommedations. We will look for her for each one of our future projects.

I went to visit Opustone already clear on what I was looking for and was met with a terribly rude and condesending man - Segundo Diaz. I must’ve explained exactly what I was looking for more than two times but he did not listen and simply kept providing me unsolicited advise. He walked away mid conversation and took a call while I was talking with little regard. Awful experience. Go down the street to MileStone. They are much nicer there.

Visited their Miami showroom and was impressed with their selection of Terrazzo! They have a beautiful showroom and their state-of-the-art warehouse (it has A/C!) was impeccable and housed just a fraction of their marble and other stone slabs. Sidenote, they have great coffee and refreshments which was really appreciated after a long day of shopping around.

I recently purchased two slabs (quartz and quartzite) at Opustone. After visiting 7 different stone distributors, my fabricator (Dario at Crislia Kitchen) insisted on Opustone. Compared to the other Distributors I visited, Opustone is exceptional—their selection and staff truly make them unique. Nadya at the front desk makes you feel welcomed and is very informative. And my salesperson, Hector Hernandez, was very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. Hector listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me to act quickly; in fact, I met with him 4 different times before making a decision. Updating a kitchen can be a daunting project, but Opustone made choosing countertops easy and fun. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Opustone!

We recently renovated our home and used Opus to purchase our materials. They have a beautiful showroom, unique products and a friendly knowledgeable staff (our salesperson was Matt Lax who was great!). I work for a construction company that was remodeling a student leasing center and we needed to have a particular brand and style of marble shipped and fabricated to us in two weeks. Opustone was one of the few places that sold the brand name of the marble we needed. After realizing the designer for this project specified a marble product that was not available in the USA, Monica, our sales associate, was very prompt at finding a replacement product for the remolding and emailing the results. In fact, she was extremely on top of this project. She would always return calls and emails right away. She was SO friendly and helpful the entire time! These are characteristics that seem to be far and few these days. I have thanked her many times for everything. Without her, I am not sure we would have had this key piece of the project in the very short time needed. Monica is wonderful!

Great selection but the service is awful. There is nothing worse than to have someone take care of you and then have them jump off to someone else leaving you waiting for a response. There are plenty of selections in South Florida as far as high end tile to be treated like that.

This past weekend I must have visited close to 10 different marble and tile shops all the way from Pompano Beach to Miami. One thing I learned was that the prices are lower in Miami, but many of the stores there were far from impressive, that is until my contractor and I walked into Opustone. Wow, do they have their act together. The selection, the displays, the organization of the place, it all just came across as a 1st class operation. Most importantly, our salesperson Jonathan Bustinza was very professional and it was apparent that he really wanted to give us the best service and that he really cared. Opustone came highly recommended by an interior design firm we used for our complete kitchen remodel. After working with their staff, I would have to agree with the recommendation. I was impressed with their large on-site selection and helpful, knowledgable staff. We found a beautiful quartz for a very reasonable price. I would also note I had a number of questions given my lack of experience in stone/countertops, and their branch manager Ennio went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. It is rare to see someone spend the kind of time he did with me, hence the reason I feel compelled to write this review and let others know about the wonderful staff at Opustone.
