This is the worst broker company there can be, its owner Len Miyar lacks professionalism and responsibility in his work. It starts something but doesnt finish it and still charges you the bill in full. You must improve such inefficient communication with your customers. He says he did his job but not really, since his job as a broker ends when the fedex receives the documents, which never happened for this or that reason. Oh and in addition to that it is not the first time that they look bad, I have even had to find and pay another broker to fix the bad job done by Miyar.
