I went there looking for a protective glass for my IPhone. The employees were very nice and helpful. I ended buying the one they recommended to me and thank God I did it because that same week I was in a car and I dropped my phone getting out of it and nothing happened to the phone or the glass.

My IPhone 7 Plus was taking forever to charge or sometimes not charging at all. I went in, explained to them my situation and they repaired it right here within the hour. They were very helpful and pricing was reasonable compared to other stores I called.

I have had the experience in other stores in the past that if I come in 5-10 min before closing the employees would give me a bad look. In this store I experienced something i never did. I came in with a cracked screen on my phone 10 minutes before closing . They were able to help me same day without any problems . I even insisted about coming back the next day and they still help me. I was very satisfied with my visit and this company demonstrated what really is customer service . I had a s4 with a broken screen and had the guy there fix it for me. he told me he had to order the screen because it was a two year old phone. he fixed the phone and called me quickly as he got the part but i had a family emergency and didnt have the money to pay for the repairs, he nicely told me not to worry that hell hold it for me at no additional cost til i had the money. i got it back and it worked great it even cost less than the rest of the other quotes in town.

Samsung users beware. Owner says he cannot completely repair (ie: factory seal) a broken glass but will attempt to do the repair and not tell you its vulnerable. A Samsung phone that is not completely sealed is vulnerable to getting wet from rain and bricking your device. Stay away.

If I can give less than 1 Star I would. First off when I walked in it smelled like pure smoke y el gordo that attended me looked stoned out of his mind, and was mumbling while he talking.It was a Tuesday night and we waited a whole hour for him to fix the phone (iPhone 8)Charged us $96 bucks and now not even a month later and the screen doesn’t even let me unlock my phone or press anything on my phone it’s been like this for 2 days now.. go to APPLE and spend the extra $30 to get it PROFESSIONALLY fixed. I’m pretty sure the owner either paid or gave a discount to the people that have commented below because this experience was HORRIBLE and I WILL NEVER FIX MY PHONE here ever again

Customer service was personal, cheerful, and professional! I took a water damaged iphone 6s to Dr Phone Fix on Snow Street. Will, the service tech, was knowledgable and honest about the potential issues. In ten minutes he fixed the phone for half the minimum estimate Apple quoted me. I highly recommend this company.

Called several times on Thursday, no one answered. Went in today they were at lunch at 3:45 pm. Went in later the guy looked at the ipod and just refused to look at it. After dealing with the no one answering the phone and the website not being helpful. I mentioned calling to no answer and I told him that the store was worthless. I was then called a douche and told repeatedly to get out of the store as I was walking out the door.

The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly, they were able to help me with what I needed for my phone fast and efficiently. I will definitely be back!

Very bad service, the parts they use are very cheap and started causing problems within a month of getting my phone screen repaired. I am sure they use the cheapest parts that they can find to maximize profit.Do not go there to save a couple of dollars, trust me find somewhere else and get your moneys worth.Very bad Store.

No stars but it wouldnt let me review it otherwise.Where to begin. My experience is so disappointing and long. Just a warning if you are taking your tablet in for repairs think twice. We took our special needs child tablet in for a cracked screen, that was all that was wrong with it. ..and because my husband wrote them a bad review on how the treated me & how they run their business. They decided to add some internal damage. ..how do I know...the techs who repaired it in less than half a day told me that they had taken screws that hold the battery in place off & didnt replace them,they damaged the charging port and some how there was a brown soda like substance inside...my daughter nor anyone in my household drink soda. Our mistake was to write the review before we had our tablet back. ..they did these things to our special needs child tablet out of vengeance. She uses the device to communicate and for soothing purposes, to listen to music. Which btw disappeared, SD card holding her music,gone.I dont know about the other locations, but the Hammocks Location in Miami was very disappointing. ..very unprofessional. My husband did reach out to Dr.Phone Fix Headquarters by phone & email ...I do not know what their response was. The gentleman at the Hammocks Location told me it would take 3/5 days to get our tablet back. ..they had it for 10 business day & never even received the replacement screen when we picked it up. The place we took the tablet to immediately after we left their location had the part within one hour and fixed all the other things that they had done to it, fixed within a couple of hours...so I got our special needs child tablet within a few hours....after waiting 10 days for DR.PHONE FIX to fix and never even receiving the parts to fix it. I hope this will be helpful to anyone that might be thinking of using the services of DR.PHONE FIX at the Hammocks Location.Thank you for your patience with this very long review. :-(P.S.If you see any good reviews about this location, they are probably fake.

Bought a case that was counterfeit. Later only did I find out after paying $25 for it. Found it on amazon for $6 with prime. And the screen still has touch freezing. No warranty. Place blows.

Came here for ups pickup. Idiots gave me one packet when I had four. I call to inform them why didnt they give me all of the packets that I had there, the idiot says he has no idea. Stupid people dont buy anything from here. No customer service skills. Imagine if you gotta deal with these dorks more than to pick up a package. I wouldnt trust them with this never mind my computer. Crazy. I will call ups and complain never to use these dorks.

Called to get a price quote on a galaxy tab a 9.7 inch digitizer replace and he doesnt do quotes over the phone because we dont make money giving quotes over the phone so we dont give them even after telling him I live an hr away, he doesnt care. Im not gonna drive an hr to find out you arent going to fix it or your going to charge what it costs to buy a new one... so your not going to make any money off me now!
