The owner took the time to understand what was happening and clearly communicated on the phone what the problem was and what the next steps were. The technician arrived on time and was thoroughly educated about the job. He was very nice and managed to get the job completed in the time frame the owner shared. EXCELLENT contractor. It doesnt get any better than Actisys. They were listed on Angi (ex Angiess list) with very good reviews. The owner himself came to provide a very competitive price quotation and installed my hurricane rate garage doors within a couple of days. He also went out of his way to help me provide all the tedious documentation required by the insurance inspection mitigation to lower the premium by 75%.

FANTASTIC Company! Very Knowledgeable, FAST and Reliable. I called on a Sunday with a problem with my Garage door opener and spoke with the Owner Smitty. He explained exactly what I needed to do and send Norman out at 9am the next day. Another Garage door company had told me to get a NEW Opener system (with lots of upselling). Smitty said we can fix your current system for much less once we look at it. Sure enough Norman came out explained what is wrong and fixed everything. In addition I added 2 outside keypads and 2 new remotes for both garage doors! First time in many years that both garage doors are working! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACTSYS GARAGE DOOR, Inc.
