American Doors is a very reliable company. My garage door didn’t close on Sunday night, I was very worried to leave the door 1/2 open. I contacted them at 8 am and they had a tech that fixed my door by 10 am. Great customer service !

Their office was efficient and professional. The technician who worked on my garage door was very knowledgeable and respectful. He offered various options and worked swiftly to correct the problem. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend their service. They have a wonderful team.

Called to schedule an appointment, one the day was here told me 4 hour window. Called 1 hour into the time frame to confirm. Stated it would be in the afternoon when originally had me for morning. But they can send a technician out now before noon. Window comes and goes no tech. Calls back afternoon asking if theres going to be someone there for the appointment. Thanks but no thanks. My time is valuable if you cant keep an appointment how do you expect me to trust you with my money. Look somewhere else for professionalism.

Called to make an appointment, they have given me 4 hours window for next day, than on the appointment time they called back and said their technician is not available AND THEY HAVE TO SCHEDULE ME TO 3 DAYS AWAY... and when i complain the lady simply didnt care at all.. Just like prior comment, called and scheduled an appointment. They gave me a 4 hour window and they did not show up. I called to find out what happened and told me I was the second job but they would call the technician and call me back to advice me of the eta. 2 hours later and they did not call. Needless to say bad way to start any business with a potential new customer. I would not recommend their business.
